New Reddit YouTube channel needs female voice actress

Hi!
My name is Lance, I've been a media producer for a number of years now. Thanks for clicking on my post!
I'm looking to launch a Reddit YouTube channel. I've always enjoyed that specific kind of YouTube video, and I'm hoping to find a female voice actress who can work with me on a consistent basis to make it happen.
I would be doing all the production aspects of the project - everything besides the voice acting, which is where you come in!
I'm hoping to emulate the works of some already popular Reddit channels, like emKay, rSlash, and Fresh.
The key to the success of this endeavor is charisma. This will be a personality-driven kind of role. I'm looking for a gal who is fun, and her voice expresses it :)
Please do not apply for the role if you are not interested in working together consistently... I'm hoping to find a voice for my channel, I don't want someone who's only good for one session.

I just don't know what to put initially.
I tried to leave the payment amount as "negotiable," so that we can really negotiate about it. I'm hoping we can come up with something reasonable for both of us, so that we can work for a long while to come.
Also worth noting that as the channel grows, your payment will as well.
As mentioned, I'll need someone who can work together on an ongoing basis. I'm hoping to produce 2 videos a week, each about 10-15 minutes long. Some improv ability would be nice, but as long as you can let the material sound fluid and natural it's not necessary.
We would be reading from subreddits such as r/choosingbeggars, r/nicegirls, and r/tinder.
I would send you a Google Drive folder full of pictures, you send me back voice recordings, I send you money, easy. Then we do it all again. (And hopefully, we have some fun along the way!)
