My Hero Academia Abridged
Project Overview
If you're like me, you're a huge fan of the ongoing anime and manga "My Hero Academia" (Boku no Hero Academia). I'd just like to rip away those voices and make it a little bit funnier! It'll still tell the story of MHA and will still feature some emotional moments, but the main intent is to make it a little bit funnier for people who've already watched the show. But as I said, it will still feature emotional moments and character arcs that will allow some people who may have never watched the show, to experience it for the first time.
Below are just a few roles, many more will be needed for the actual show. The majority of the ones listed below are just for episode 1, in addition to some of the more major characters that will appear down the line.

Izuku Midoriya

Izuku Midoriya has always dreamt of being a hero. Although he began his life quirk less, fate delivered him the power he had longed for. He's a young boy and very intelligent. His passion is what sets him apart from every other character. He's the protagonist, so his voice must be distinct and extremely likable for viewers.
1. SMASH!
2. I have to beat you. It's the only way to live up to the expectations All Might has given me!
3. Come at me with your full power, Todoroki!

All Might is the Symbol of Peace, and his voice must sound as such. He must heroic, commanding, and sometimes intimidating.

Katsuki Bakugo

Bakugo is yet another extremely important character to the story. He's almost entirely a stereotypical bully, but he does have more emotion beyond that. The voice for him has to be very demanding of attention, and very very angry.
1. Get out of my way, Deku!
2. Quirks are physical abilities too, morons.
3. It's my fault All Might retired. If I was stronger, he wouldn't have lost his power!

Shoto Todoroki

Todoroki is and will always be, my personal favorite. He needs to have a certain mysteriousness and "badassness" for lack of a better term to his voice.

2. You're ingenium now? Funny. The Ingenium I knew never had THAT look on his face.
3. I met with my mom at the hospital. She forgave me quicker than I could've ever imagined.

Mrs.Midoriya is a minor character, but an important one. Her voice needs to have the genuine concern that most mothers have.

Oh poor Iida...he doesn't get enough spotlight in the show. As class rep, his voice needs to be commanding. But he also needs a versatile voice that can be humorous yet also highly emotional.

Uraraka is highly important to the story. Not only is she crushing on Midoriya, but she's one of the strongest female characters in the show. She needs to have a higher pitched voice and be able to display many emotions. From fear, to in love.

2. I want to be a pro hero so I can make lots of money. That way, I'll be able to help my family!
3. I don't have a crush on Deku!

Yaoyorozu is easily one of my favorite characters. She needs to be sincere and confident, but sometimes not confident at all.

Another super important character. Eraser Head is an all around badass. His voice needs to be deep, but not too much like Batman. He's a very commanding figure, and a definite badass.
