Vince is a short African-American gangster and gunman for one of the competing criminal organizations in the city. Vince has a very quick temper and is easily offended. If I had an unlimited budget, he'd be played by Kevin Hart, so I'm looking for that kind of energy. He is very eager to kill people in this episode but is not given the chance until the very end.

Felix Torres is the head of one of the city's criminal enterprises. He has a charm that masks his ruthlessness. He would like to see his main rival off the streets, so as to capture a larger share of the city's illicit activity. While of Hispanic descent, he does not have to speak with a Spanish accent.

Vance Little is the head of one of the city's criminal enterprises and the employer of Vince Chapman. Vance has a smoothness and sophistication that seem at odds with his criminal cutthroat nature. While Black, he does not have to speak with an urban accent.

Jamaal is a one-time criminal who has gone straight and wants no part of the underworld. He still knows people in the life and that is how he encounters the folks in the story. While Black, he does not have to speak with an urban accent.
