Project Overview
INTRODUCTION
---------
Misty Eyes is a horror visual novel, that centers around two main characters: Amethyst Daze and Natalia Lohst (Amy and Nat, respectively). As you play, there will be multiple branching choices, some resulting in game overs, and others a new dialogue section. Follow the past and present in an attempt to make amends to the dead, and hope to find the secrets that Amethyst hides from Natalia.
WHAT I EXPECT OF THIS PROJECT

This is a project that I expect replies to messages within 3-4 days (As I understand sometimes people can be busy). I expect lines to be turned in within 1 week-2 weeks (Sometimes more) at most per section of the story (Past or Present section). I will inform the time limit per section. I also expect you to have a Discord, as that will be the platform of communication! You also must be 15 years of age or older, due to the dark themes of this game! There is one exception to this rule, and they were already cast for a role prior to the making of this casting call.

Depending on if this game does get a profit or not, I will be trying to pay based off of how much I can pay. However, I am not sure of the future, so this may be a no payment project!

Amethyst Daze Role Open!
I got word that Amethyst's voice actor cancelled the role. Because of this, I need the role filled! Amethyst is a protagonist, so she'll have a lot of lines! -
Two New Characters!
I added two extras for voice acting roles! Please keep in mind that they are only in a small scene of the entire game! Nevertheless, they don't have to be voiced with a North American accent, it can be any accent. -

Age Restriction Update
I have lowered the age requirement to age 15, instead of 16, due to some people that have asked about it (I have shared this on a different platform). Again, there are few exceptions to this rule.

Natalia is a bright and energetic teen, that takes up the second protagonist role. She tends to look on both sides of the coin, but sometimes falls into the more pessimistic side of things. However, this is only after the incident with Nathan. At the end, she's an overall kind person who's gone through a lot of loss.

Matt Surges
Nathan is the character that is killed by one of the main characters, and we find this out through memories. He should sound like someone who is calm and collected even in the worst situations, and only starts to break down right before he dies. I expect there to be some emotion in the voice, though more mellowed out versions of the tones.

Jay is the main antagonist of this series, he is a demon that later on Natalia (the second protagonist) ends up summoning in an attempt to learn more about Amethyst (the first protagonist)

I forgot to add this character, due to the person who was going to voice act her cancelling.
However, Allison is a very mature for her age character, who is overly protective of others when she cares. She's a motherly figure more than anything, despite being a ghost. While she's technically around an adult's age, she still sounds like a teenager. You are expected to be able to sound more towards a motherly figure in tones, but not always, you must also be able to sound frustrated.
