Flowey is basically the same as he was in Undertale. His voice should sound high like a child but with a hint of crazy to it.
(fake cheerful, undertones of a psychotic killer veiled beneath a cheap smile) "Why, you’re in the Underground, of course! (pause) That’s unrelated. Anyway-"
(he's starting to lose his cool and peek from behind his disguise) "No! I already told you, you’re in the Underground! (pause) ...you seem to have missed the point. You were supposed to catch them idio-friend! Let’s try again!"
(your plan is finally working and everything is going your way) "Heheh, simple! I stole the human souls while you two were fighting! And now.. I’ve almost become a god! Once I get your soul I’ll destroy this world and then move on to the next! But that won’t matter to you… because you’ll be dead. Now, time for me to get your soul and FINALLY gain my TRUE POWER!"
(everything is starting to fall apart around you) "Stop! This isn’t right! I’m supposed to win! (pause) NO! YOU CAN’T DO THIS! THIS ISN’T HOW THE TIMELINE SHOULD GO! (pause) STOP!"
(you've just been defeated and you can't understand why Frisk is doing what they're doing) "But.. But I tried to kill you…! I ruined your “happy” ending! (pause) That’s.. So stupid! You know I’ll come back, right? I’ll kill you! I’LL KILL EVERYONE YOU LOVE!"
Mettaton is a flamboyant television show host. He should be very cocky in his normal state.

(t.v. host level of over-enthusiasm) "Hello beauties and gentle-beauties and welcome to tonight’s quiz show! Here’s our newest contestant, everyone: the fallen human! Tell us your name, kid. (pause) Well, Uh Frisk tonight is a very exciting show! If you answer a question wrong… you die!"
(sly and overly cocky) "Tsk, tsk, tsk. Dr. Alphys, you aren’t helping our contestant here are you? Well then I’ll ask them a question you’d be sure to know the answer to. Frisk, who does Dr. Alphys have a crush on?"
(sincere, emotional, starting to tear up) "Wow.. I had no idea you all cared so much. You.. you all really feel this way? (pause) You all.. Love me so much.. I can’t leave! Everyone, I’m staying here! The humans have their idols.. but.. but the Underground only has me. I can’t let this place lose its spark, it would be cruel. I love you all!"
(confused, scared, somber) "...what do you mean you don’t need me to distract them anymore? (pause) Well I’ll try but it’s probably too… late."
(angered) "I won’t let you get away with this! You will pay for your sins!"
Asgore is the king of the Underground. His voice should be deep and regal.
(cheerful) "Give me a moment, I’m just attending to these flowers. (pause) Now, what was- (somber) oh. It… It’s you. (pause) Well, I knew this would be coming eventually. I just.. Didn’t think you’d be here so soon. (pause) I’m so tempted to offer you a cup of tea.. (nervous chuckle) ’m afraid that just isn’t true. My people have suffered long enough. (pause) Come now. Just.. think of it like a trip to the dentist."
(sad, angered, and upset; fighting) "Quiet, human! This is the only way! (pause) There is no stopping this! Your race shall pay for what you took away from me and my people! We want justice! (pause) I am not proud of what I’ve done but it is necessary for our freedom. We will see the surface again!"
(sad and in pain) "Human, I… You really remind me of them… I cannot kill you. I can’t do this anymore, I don’t wish to harm you and I didn’t even truly want to kill those other children.. I.. I was so full of rage.. And I didn’t want to let my people down, but.. you are different."
(dying) "(coughing) Wh.. Who did that..? (pause) You… be..trayed…. m..e…."
This is the teenage version of Asriel Dreemurr, prince of the Underground. He should sound friendly and somewhat shy. I'm welcome to any voice types!
(quiet, thoughtful) "Yeah I… thought I was going to, too. But.. when I didn't, I was so confused. I checked to see if my soul had gone back to being empty and non-existent but when I checked… It looked like this."
(still quiet, slightly more cheerful) "So what are you doing down here anyway?"
(smiling slightly, a little sad) "You really aren’t gonna let this go easily, huh Frisk? (laughs a little) Alright, well… When you’re done with your little “mission” then come back here and I might come back to the surface with you."
Dogamy is one of the Royal Guard dogs in Snowdin. I'm looking for a deep male voice for him.
"(sniffing, aggressive) Do you smell that? Must capture all humans!"
(confused) "Are you a weird puppy after all? A dog that pets other dogs?!"
(snarling, angry) "We must eradicate it."
Dogaressa is one of the Ryoal Guard dogs in Snowdin. I'm open to any kind of voice for her.
(terrified, distraight, your husband just died) "Dogamy! No!"
(angry, snarling) "I will avenge you, Dogamy!"
(confused) "Wait, it actually smells like a weird puppy?"
(ecstatic, excited) "Whoa! This weird puppy has enlightened us!"
Grillby is a quiet and reserved bartender who works at Grillby's in Snowdin. his voice should be quiet and soft yet still carry emotion to it.
(sighing) "Nothing really different than when you were here half an hour ago. (pause) Of course, the never-ending tab."
(compassionate) "Yes, but he and I are close friends. It doesn’t bother me too much."
(cheerful) "Well, come have a seat. As you can see the place is cleared out since everyone is getting ready to move to the surface. (paiuse) Sure thing, young one. I’ll be back in a moment."
Woshua is a Monster found in Waterfall. His voice can be anything, so just interpret him how you think he would sound,
(matter of fact) "You look dirty. Here. This item will clean you up instantly. (pause) Take it. It’s magic."
(solemn) "He found the golden-yellow flowers of which the human had spoke of and laid her down. But that’s not what the villagers thought."
(whisper-yelling, angry and terrified) "Are you insane?! You’ll lead them right to us you nincompoop!"
Aaron is a Monster found in Waterfall. His voice should sound somewhat like a surfer dude or frat boy.
(Enthusiastic and cocky) "Flex with me! (pause) Cool! Thanks for flexing with me, kid."
(sad and upset) "“That monster killed that child,” they screamed. “I thought all those beasts had been banished.” Asriel tried to explain himself but the humans brutally attacked him, leaving him so weak he could barely escape back to the barrier."
(panicked) "Wait, where’s Shyren?! SHYREN!"
(desperate) "Please Undyne, you have to find her..!"
There are 3 Temmies so three people will be chosen for this role. They should have a high pitched voice and talk liks a small child.

Froggits are Monsters from the Ruins while Final Froggits are evolved versions that are found in the C.O.R.E. I imagine them to have a somewhat nasally voice, kind of like Kermit the frog.
(calm) "Let me tell you a story. Once upon a time there was a human. They fell down a hole in a mountain."
(happy) "Just one more soul, and we can finally leave this wretched place. Why aren’t you smiling?"
Vegetoid is a Monster found in the Ruins. I feel their voice would be raspy and erratic.
(calm) "The human took refuge in the Dreemurr’s house and became an adopted sister to Asriel and Fae. They were all happy."
Migosp is a Monster found in the Ruins. Their voice should be raspy and medium-low.
(sad) "Until one day… the human fell ill. She died in the home she had come to know with the monsters she had called her family. The whole kingdom mourned her death. But she had one last request…"
Shyren is a Monster found in Waterfall. Her voice should sound shy and quiet.
(Cold and miserable) "They didn’t spare anyone they saw."
(Cold and miserable) "This was our story."
Max is one of the Royal Guard from Hotland. I'm open to any voice for him.
(panting, just ran up to this small child) "Hey kid! Wait up! We’ve heard reports that there’s a human in a striped sweater running about Hotland! Here, we’ll escort you to safety."
(coming to a realization, slowly talking) "Wait, bro. Turn around. Don’t that look like a human to you?"
(angry) "Yeah, but it protects us from scum like you!"
There are three spiders, one of which I already have, so two people will be chosen for this role. I'm looking for a higher pitched voice, male or female.
(taunting) "Ahuhuhu~ Did you hear what they said~? They said a human in a striped shirt would come by~"
(cynical and sadistic) "You know what I heard~? I heard they’re scared of spiders~ I heard that they tear our legs off~"
Vulkin is a Monster found in Hotland. Her voice should sound high pitched.
(solemn and sad) "He arrived back at the castle, battered and bleeding. Toriel and Asgore ran to him, attempting to bring him back to Fae so he could be healed. But alas, he dusted right there in the throne room."
Night Knight is a Monster found in the C.O.R.E. Her voice should sound commanding and powerful; very knightly.
(solemn yet powerful) "That day the whole Underground cried. All hope seemed to be lost. King Asgore blamed the humans, for he had lost two children in one day. He made a new rule: any human to fall must be killed and he would collect their souls to break the barrier."
