Project Overview
About “Magicals”
Magicals is an animated series about a school
called O'Heary. It is an isolated elite boarding school, where teachers, students
and the rest of the staff live together as a big family. However, things are not what they seem and the boarding school hides many secrets: a group of students will try to discover the truth behind the death of one of their teachers.
This will be uploaded on YouTube for children’s entertainment
means it will be rated PG
In this project, we will be using a Gacha base from an upcoming game called Gacha Designer. And the project will be made through an animation program not the game itself. So it means it will not be drawn frame by frame, but will be animated by rigs in Toon Boom Harmony.
This also might possibly be a long-term commitment
but we will have to see with the director.
Auditioning Guidelines
Please send all auditions according to the following format:
1. Please send all auditions in either .mp3 or .wav format.
2. Please do not do more than 2 takes per line.
3. Do not edit your audio aside from normalization,
compression, and noise reduction.
4. I suggest including your demo-reels if you have, or any extra info
you think is necessary on your audition description.
5. Please add your discord in your description so I can contact you.
6. And please slate your name at the beginning of your audition.

Sarah is an applied and studious girl who has got a scholarship to study at O'heary. She is the pride of her family, whom she is obsessed with not letting down. With her good behavior, she hopes to achieve a better future for all of them. Although Sarah hates poshness and classism. And Isa, her friend and her roommate, have found many virtues that have made them intimate. However, Sarah will often feel like the poor girl in a world of the rich. Accustomed to being cautious and obedient, the mystery that the boarding school hides will completely absorb Sarah, making her even falter in her studies.
(Perplexed/Confused) Where the hell am I!? Where is the school bus, how did I get here??
(Frustrated) Listen, I need you to help me get out of here. Because I have no idea how I got here and everyone is telling me it's because the school needs me or- whatever.

Brave and charismatic, Isa is not afraid or slowed down, as she is used to dealing with situations that are uncomfortable for her. Her family is famous due to the prominence of scandals in the magical world, something that she hates and tries to hide, she decides to get away from public life and go to work with her uncles in the corners of the Island where O'Heary is located. She changed her name into Andi to avoid any recognition. And is now loyal and affectionate, she has a great sense of solidarity among peers. Sarah, her friend and her accomplice, is one of her favorite entertainments. Until now. Andi and Myke spent their free time indoors, but O'heary's secret will end up focusing all her attention. The relationship between Andi and Myke will be affected by the appearance of Godric. a new student who has warmed Andi's heart.

(Enthusiastic) [You are meeting someone new]Oh heyy!! You must be my new roommate! Welcome to O'heary Academy, my name is Andi.(Pessimistic) [But your roommate refuses to stay in the academy] Wait what!? Why would you want to leave O'heary? You live here!

At 16 years old, Isaac will have to grow up suddenly and become the father and protector of his little sister, around whom he will build a world of magic and fantasy to distance her from harsh reality, while facing the dark events in O' heary.

Kelly is well aware of the reasons why her mother has sent her to O'Heary, but not for that, she is willing to change her haughty and capricious attitude. The iron discipline of O'Heary will not be able to with her strong character. She doesn't care about the risks she has to take to do her will. Accustomed to acting as she pleases, she will soon try to impose her wishes on teachers and students. Manipulation is one of her most outstanding skills and she will not take long to put it into practice. Whoever decides not to become her accomplice, will be her victim.

Carl, the disappearance of his best friend was a serious setback for him. The investigation of his companions has always seemed to him to get into unnecessary trouble, however the events of O'heary push him to try to discover who is behind Elvin's disappearance.

Rich, troublesome, arrogant and despotic; Myke is in school because his father is one of the main shareholders. In a boy very inclined to get into trouble, however, his classism and bravado hide a marked lack of affection. His father, owner of magic potion factories, who is always busy and whom he barely sees, makes up for any show of affection with gifts and whims. He goes out with Isa and pretends to be her classmate, that he is only interested in her as a trophy, but the young woman is for Myke the closest thing to a family.
