Project Overview

After the mega success of dubbing the first episode of my original web serial novel, Loose Canon, I've decided to give the full-cast audio treatment to more episodes!

Episode 2 is almost completely done, but I'm missing a few small parts. There is a possibility that these roles will be recurring (in which case, I will reach out to those I cast at a later point) but for now, these are just one-shots!

This chapter is slated to debut next Thursday, so the turnaround is tight, but the parts are very short!

Ophira is one of six council members tasked with maintaining order in a multi-dimensional refugee city. She has a very "sugary" demeanor, which earns her the nickname "Sweet." If you can find the sweet spot (haha) between "coddling Mom voice," "old school princess voice" (think Snow White), and doting grandma voice, you've nailed it.

Said very patiently: “Well, you know the procedure. Send her back to her own canon. Polaris 5, from the
looks of her…”
Said as if mustering for an explanation: “Elweyn…” (pronounced elle-win)
Gasped in shock: “What?”

Zrael is one of six council members charged with maintaining order in a multidimensional refugee city. He is exceptionally cranky, which has earned him the nickname "Bitter." Of all the council members, however, he's the one who really gets stuff done, so everyone just puts up with his shade.

Said sharply, in an "are you out of your mind?!" way: “With supernatural powers? That could be disastrous.”

"Diadem" is an unnamed supporting character. Her voice can sound pretty much like anything as long as it's not too jarring! (ie, this isn't the place to break out your Cookie Monster or Smeagol chops).

Said quizzically: “Just send her back to Earth. She should be reconciled now, so what’s the harm—?”
Said in surprise and confusion: “But…she doesn’t have an oculus.”
