Project Overview
Life is a Table continues with the 5th installment! Shade has gone missing, Darius is forced to find alternative work and Killian is hiding beneath the surface of it all.
When a break-in reveals that Killian is back, and collecting devices that could destroy Cunto, Darius is forced to band together with past friends and allies, and prove what it means to be a hero in a world full of villains.
Will Darius stop Killian before it's too late?
Will Shade return?
Will Killian assemble the greatest of villainous devices to plunge Cunto into a realm of chaos and despair?
Who knows! I do!
As usual it's a bit wacky and funkalicious, so have fun with it!

Louis is a mercenary and the lead tactician for the Diabolical Guild of Villains. He is a war veteran, having served under the UNSC for many years. After a mission gone wrong, he lost his wife and unborn child, leading him to leave in search for a new purpose. And that purpose was to help Killian's team and teach what he learned from war.
He's basically your typical edgy soldier guy. For voice we're looking for something gravelly and gruff, sorta like a man of few words, usually speaking monotone. Good example would be Ulysses from Fallout: New Vegas

(Mild confusion) You... want me to guard a rock? Is there further purpose? A reason?
(Monotone) Castle One, fall back. All units prepare for heavy suppression and wrap up.
Baxter is a rookie to The Diabolical Guild of Villains and serves as their swordsman. He is a fanatic for the villains and puts his faith whole-heartedly into Killian, viewing him almost like how Darius views Shade, a symbol of the future.
Baxter can be rather cocky and aggressive, often sarcastic and bitter. He loves a fight and enjoys pushing people into action.

(Annoyed) Oh don't give me that shit. Act all stoic as you want, Darius, but deep down you know you are proper fucked!
(Taunting during a chase) Hope I'm not too fast for you lot. I'd hate to make a real mockery of you now, would I?
(Inspired) Of course he'll save me. He saved all of us. See, Killian gets it. The world is ours for the taking, and I just wanna live a little.
Cassie is a dealer at a casino she secretly owns. She loves to gamble, hosting varying games with significant risk, but overall she ensures that the house always wins. She is obsessed with casinos and their games, having been lucky most of her life. Her luck has made her thrilled to play each game, even the ones she loses.
Cassie worked with bank robbers and would stage robberies at rival casinos. Eventually she made the deal of a lifetime, being challenged to a game of 21 with a demon. She would win, and be awarded a casino, which she now masquerades as a dealer for so she can enjoy the games.
Over time, her interests would become more and more dangerous, having felt a thrill ever since she bet her life with a demon. Eventually it became a well-known rumor the best games at her casino were the ones in the back, all or nothing.

(Intrigued, eager to set up a game) Dead man's hand, eh? Well I'm always looking for new artifacts. I'll deal for this one!
Nolan is a Quarterback for Grifball and is a champion of the game. He is a fun-loving jock with a great laugh and a heart of gold. Oh! Also he loves taking photos of dead bodies and takes hours a day to watch them.
He is the brother to Blu, a serial killer and love interest for Shade. He cares for his sister, always hoping there's some news that she is alive and on her way back to the team. However he is quite independent, having been attached to the limelight and living up as the champion of Grifball.
His obsession with death began as a child, having witnessed a person be killed in the street. He grew fascinated, and it became a strange guilty pleasure, something he'd keep hidden, people couldn't possibly understand his perspective.
His role in Life is a Table 5 is minimal, but will play a bigger role as the series progresses.

(Mellow) Sup nerdtendo, you up for smoking some pumpkin seeds at the quad later or is that too mellow for your jam, brotendo?
(Non-challant) It's interesting to see, isn't it? Death. Like... wow... it's beautiful. Yeah I don't expect you to get it and it's whatever, really... but holy fucking shit is it mesmerizing.
Skeleton Crew are a faction of mercenaries set up by Louis. They are known for their white suits of armor and deafeningly bad voice filter quality. There are quite a large number of them, so as many voices the better. None of them have a specific personality, so feel free to go nuts.
Also the yelling is optional, really do whatever you want. Just keep in mind they have really distorted voice filters, so loud adds charm. A clear image of what I'm going for is the Crimson Lance from Borderlands 1.

Fuck did he mean by that? "Complete the task at hand", like bitch you didn't even tell me what that task is!
Command, Raptor 2 is not responding. Requesting authorization to inspect area with Pincer 4 and 5, over.
The guards are cannon fodder characters that are instructed to guard an artifact known as The Freakydex. Unfortunately for them, Killian and his team break in and cause chaos.
There's at least 10 guards, so please feel free to provide a variety of voices, you may be cast for multiple if suited. It is up to you how you want to play them, serious or silly. If you want to go the extra mile and provide efforts and death sounds that is fantastic, but not required!
