Project Overview
Let's Go To Bed is an animated film project about Millie Abrams, the weird new girl at Lakeside High.
Millie is new to the town of Lakeside, having recently moved in with her adoptive family, and is now starting her junior year at the local high school.
As a social outcast, she'd never really known anyone else she can properly relate to - until she first saw him:
Jasper Crow, the school's resident weird emo loner guy that no one really likes (except his best friend), and basically becomes obsessed with him.
She's too nervous to actually interact with him, but when she gets invited to his brother's house party, she finally gets that opportunity but not in the way she expected.

I am making this for my media class but I will probably continue with it beyond then (hopefully it doesn't end up like my last project). Some characters may also be used in other projects of mine.

Main Character
Millie is the main protagonist of Let's Go To Bed.
She is somewhat eccentric and isn't afraid to speak her mind (she is autistic).
She can be sarcastic at times, and somewhat obsessive to a degree.
She has a crush on Jasper and becomes very nervous around him.
A lot of other characters don't really like her.

(flustered/nervous) Oh my god- Are you okay- I mean, you're okay- More than okay, actually-
Jasper and Tristan are identical twin brothers, so they would have the same voice actor.
They are both seniors at Lakeside High.
- Jasper - Main Character
- Jasper is quiet and reserved, and is deemed "the weird kid" by other students.
- He has a flat affect and speaks in a monotone voice. He also has Tourette's - his tics worsen when he is distressed or upset. (he is also autistic btw)
- He is close friends with Adam and is dating Betsy, however he doesn't really like her.
- His birth-name was Elias (usually shortened to Eli), but he doesn't like to be called that.
- Jasper is afraid of Tristan.
- His nickname is Jazz :)
- Tristan - Secondary Character
- Tristan is a bully and wannabe-jock. He is usually cocky/smug and enjoys teasing his brother. He can also be aggressive at times. He believes in toxic masculinity and doesn't show remorse for his actions.

Secondary Character
Adam is a kind-hearted jock who likes music and sports. He is on the football team alongside Riley, Max and Tristan.
He is friends with Jasper and Betsy, and is dating Vanessa.
He has dyslexia and autism.

Tertiary Character
Millie's adoptive sister. She is very cheery and talkative, and is very kind to her adopted sister.
She is on the cheer squad with Betsy, Vanessa and Chloe.
She thinks Jasper is creepy and is weirded out by Millie's obsession with him.

Also, Millie, whatever you do, stay away from the weird quiet boy... I think his name is, like, Onyx or something.
Secondary Character
Betsy is outwardly a good-girl type with her sweet demeanour.
She is in a relationship with Jasper.
She's friends with Adam and Vanessa, and is part of the cheer squad with the latter, Tawny and Chloe.

Tertiary Character
Vanessa is a cheerleader alongside Betsy, Chloe and Tawny. She comes from a wealthy family.
She's part of Adam's friend group but she doesn't really get along with Jasper.
She is a bit catty (pun intended) sometimes and often makes fun of him behind his back.
She dated Tristan at some point, and he taught her that calling his brother "Eli" is a great way to upset him.

Tertiary Character
Chloe is also a bratty rich girl on the cheer squad. She is friends with Vanessa and dated Tristan at one point.

Characters who are only in one or two scenes and don't have many lines.

- Deborah Wren
- Millie's adoptive mother, though she is ashamed of the girl. She can be described as a "Karen" type.
- John Wren
- Deborah's husband and Millie's adoptive father. Unlike his wife, he is very kind and fatherly towards Millie. He is a little scared of his wife.
- Principal
- The principal of Lakeside High.
- Teacher
- Substitute teacher for Adam and Jasper's English class. They are unaware Jasper is disabled.
- Can be male or female.
- Riley Dogge
- A jock and member of the school's football team. He is friends with Adam and Tristan. Is also a bully.
- Max Deere
- Also a member of the football team. He is actually very kind but unfortunately also a pushover. He is friends with Adam, Tristan and, to some extent, Riley.
