Voice Actor
Sara Chidouin (Sar-ah Chi-doe-in)
closed
Unpaid
Role assigned to: DaAwkwardLauren

Sara is a very focused, intelligent, trusting, and kind person. At the start of the Death Game, she becomes a trusted leader figure for her confidence and ability to take responsibility for gaining information and clues to solve each of the puzzles. Sara tends to show more maturity than the rest in the group during the death game as in game some characters refer to her as the "big sister" type of person whom they look up to and admire. To most of the other participants, she is considered to be brave, strong, and dependable.

Sara is the most important character in this game, being the protagonist. She has the most lines and has a very wide range of emotions throughout the entire game. I imagine her with a medium to medium-high pitched voice that displays a lot of warmth.

  • "What should I do?! I can't borrow from anyone!! Have to think... have to think!" (Sara is panicking. She just learned that she will be sacrificed like her best friend.)

  • "Joe... finally... I won't have to run from you anymore." (Sara is giving up. She sounds weak talking to a hallucination of the dead.)

  • "I need to push aside the evil clutches reaching for me!!" (Confident! Sara is learning to recover from her trauma.)

Voice Actor
Joe Tazuna (Jo Ta-zoo-nah)

Role assigned to: Gale

Joe is an extremely upbeat, excitable, considerate and loyal person. He is easily embarrassed when others misinterpret him and is sensitive to how people perceive his appearance. Like Sara, Joe puts in all his efforts to help the group succeed in the puzzles. He consistently convinces the group to believe in Sara and her abilities and generally places most of his trust to her.

There are actually two sides to Joe portrayed in the game. His normal self and the hallucination that Sara sees. It is very important for the actor to portray both sides with strong emotion and contrast. Normal Joe has a medium to medium-high voice that has a lot of bounce and energy. The hallucination, however, has a deep and distorted voice. He should sound like a horror movie villain.

  • "Oh, you know! You introduced us, right? Me and Ryoko! She's such a good girl, I'm moved!" (Joe is calm and talking about a girl he was on a date with.)

  • "How does it feel to have my card?"
" 'Course, you did kill me."

"No worries, that card doesn't definitely mean you'll die, y'know?" (All of these lines are taunting Sara as the hallucination.)

  • "Sure enough... It's hard for a guy and a girl to say this sorta stuff to each other, huh? I love ya, Sara! You're my best friend!" (This is the last thing he shares with Sara before he gets executed. He means it with all his heart.)

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Gin Ibushi (Geen Ee-boo-shee)

cast offsite

Gin tries to remain positive and optimistic in the situation that he's found himself and the other participants in. He shows in game that he trusts others easily and believes in most of the people that he meets. It's very rare to see Gin looking down or sad. He's very clingy and gets attached to those he meets and gives them nicknames.

Being a child, Gin has a very high-pitched voice. Most of his lines should be filled with energy! Most of his lines end with an exclamation point for a reason! He usually ends his sentences with the words "woof!" or "meow!"

  • "Big sis Sara! Stay with us, meow! Please come to your senses!" (Gin is trying to get Sara to keep moving and not give up. Very determined!)

  • "...big sis.... sara... so...rry... meow..." (Gin was just poisoned, and is very weak and struggling.)

  • "Don't call me a kid! I just introduced myself 'cause you guys don't seem like anything special, woof!" (Upset. He does NOT like to be called a child.)

Voice Actor
Reko Yabusame (Reh-ko Yah-boo-sah-may)

Role assigned to: deleted196948

Reko is in general a friendly person however she can lose her cool at times. Reko seems to act kinder to those who may be seen as "weak" this is shown when Reko immediately comforts Kanna Kizuchi and acts differently towards her when finding out about her sister.

Because Reko is a singer, I would prefer if the actor who plays Reko could sing. Besides that, I imagine that Reko has a low, intense voice, that can turn soft and caring at weaker participants.

  • "Who the hell're you guys?! Where even is this?! Graahh!! We've been abducted by some crazy assholes!" (Reko is angry and also panicking. This is at the beginning, when she is known as "Punk Lady")

  • "H...hey Kanna? Easy now. What's up?" (Reko's voice is caring and soft. She's trying to calm Kanna down.)

  • "Wrong...!! That's wrong!! I'm real...!! Because...!! I...!! I'm alive...!! My memories...!! My feelings...!! Overcoming their deaths...!! My pain...!!" (Reko is desperate. It was revealed that she was a fake AI created for the death game.)

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Keiji Shinogi (kay-jee Shee-no-gee)
closed
Unpaid
Role assigned to: Taleseni

Keiji is shown to be very quick to trust Sara once meeting her in the Death Game, Keiji often refers to himself as the "friendly policeman" throughout the game. In the main games, Keiji can act cold and harsh towards those who he suspects, whereas outside of the main games Keiji may act trusting and kind towards all of those entrapped in the Death Game with him unless they have done something which makes him suspect them.

I imagine Keiji's voice to be low. He does not show too much extreme emotion in the game. He needs to sound caring while comforting Sara.

  • "Sara... calm down." (Comforting and sweet)

  • "Why am I... not being punished?! I've... killed a person!" (In complete shock, ashamed.)

  • "But then came the thing of my nightmares... I shot a person." (Regretful)

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Kanna Kizuchi (Kah-nah Kee-zoo-chee)

Unpaid
Role assigned to: HoloMaru

In game Kanna is shown to be a person that resembles "a little sister". She can be dependent and often relies on other people to help her out due to the fact that she often believes that she is incapable of helping herself, or those around her. Kanna is shown to be able to get upset easily and is one of the most vulnerable and unstable of the group. Kanna is also quite childish and can be easily swayed by others words and actions.

I imagine Kanna's voice ranging from high to very high. Her voice is mostly afraid and weak but shows great intensity at times.

  • "After I came here... My sister... Aahhhh... AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH! She's dead! My sister! Why?! How?! It's my fault! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" (Kanna is screaming in this line)

  • "...Please don't be nice to me anymore... I'm afraid... of having hope!" (Kanna is begging to Sara.)

  • "I want you to believe in Sou... Because he's really not a bad person..." (Kanna's voice is soft. These are some of her last words.)

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Sou Hiyori (So Hee-your-ee)
closed
Unpaid
Role assigned to: DanganYoung

Sou is a complex character with multiple personalities. To a majority of the group, Sou behaves as an incredibly helpful, generous and knowledgeable figure. Similar to the main cast, Sou plays a heavy hand in contributing to the group's advancement. Although, when speaking to Sara alone, Sou reveals a more threatening side as he stresses his disdain and distrust for her. He frequently uses his own intelligence in manipulation to get other participants to do his bidding as well, and often will derail discussions for seemingly his own amusement.

Sou's voice should show a very high variety of emotions because of how he acts. I imagine the range for him is medium to medium-high.

  • "Oogh... *pant* *pant*... Sorry I... I gotta... use the toilet!" (Sou is panicking and clearly lying.)

  • "Well whatever, as proof of a rebuilt friendship, shake my hand, Sara." (Sou is calm and happy.)

  • "...I'll kill you... Worthless... It's all worthless... The floor masters... Sara... Every one of the riffraff... I'll kill every one of you who killed Kanna...!" (Sou is the angriest he has ever been.)

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Nao Egokoro (Now Ee-go-core-oh)

Unpaid
Role assigned to: boxmaniavo

Nao is an upbeat, quirky, loyal and motivated girl. Easily frightened, Nao can become frantic over stress-inducing situations. Her sometimes overwhelming panic can be quelled by her own force, but only if a person she cares about is in more danger than herself. She has a deep attachment to her mentor Mishima and often relies on him to get her through difficult times.

I imagine Nao's voice to range from medium-high to high. The actor must be able to show a wide variety of emotion.

  • "I feel like I'll never paaaaaaaaaaaaaaassssssssss!!" (Nao is being honest, and also running to catch up with a car.)

  • "This is just a lie... right? Professor? Please... please get up..." (Nao is desperate and lying to herself.)

  • "I'm begging you! It doesn't have to be 24 hours... At least let us retry...!!" (Nao is begging. She is scared)

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Kai Satou (Kai Sat-oh)

Unpaid
Role assigned to: KGOKev

Kai has an aloof nature, often quiet, even during intense discussions and accusations. Because of his quiet nature, he isn't considered to be much of a person of interest to the group. Though like the others, he makes it apparent that he wishes to try his best to contribute to their advancement, even if his withdrawn demeanor and weird aura puts Sara at unease.

Kai's voice is quite monotone and usually stays calm. His range is medium to medium-low.

  • "I am astonished that you would tell such a lie, miss Nao." (Subtly upset, but mostly calm.)

  • "...Do you understand miss Nao? Please retrieve the laptop from Sou in the hidden room." (Kai is threatening Nao with a knife.)

  • "...!!... I am family...?" (Kai is confused, but also joyful.)

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Q-taro Burgerberg (Queue-tar-oh Bur-ger-berg)
closed
Unpaid
Role assigned to: AutoisAlien5

Q-Taro finds it very difficult to trust those around him, as he believes more in evidence of peoples characters rather than speculation. His restrictive trust exists because Q-Taro hopes that he's able to protect everyone from any dangers that the Death Game may present to them. He's very truthful and is more of a logical thinking person rather than thinking with his emotions.

Q-taro's described as having a "weird" dialect, so I would like the voice actor to have an unintelligible dialect. It can sound like a certain accent, but just the teeniest bit off. I also imagine his voice having a medium pitch.

  • "Well... it's the truth. I haven't discussed my first trial, have I?" (Q-taro sounds regretful.)

  • "Sorry... Gin... If I'd pressed it from the first... ya wouldn't have to be so scared..." (Q-taro is weak from poison.)

  • "It's possible, all right! And as the sage, I'm making an announcement!" (Shouting. Q-taro is determined.)

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Kazumi Mishima (Kah-zoo-me Me-shee-mah)
closed
Unpaid
Role assigned to: Braven

Being a little odd, Mishima often puffs mad scientist laughs after sentences, and his emotions often conflict with his appearance. Mishima seems to enjoy acting strange to amuse others, behaving cryptic and overly analytical of everyone's actions. His unusual social quirks aside, Mishima makes it clear he has no ill intentions and frequently reminds others to be safe and cautious.

Mishima does not have as big a role as the others participating in the death game, because he dies in the first part. Though he appears as an AI in chapter 2, so I would like if you stuck around through the whole thing. I imagine his voice to be like the typical mad scientist and have a medium pitch.

  • "M...miss Nao? What's the matter? Exams are a ways away yet. And I'm sure you'll be fine, miss Nao." (Mishima is being caring towards Nao.)

  • "You truly are easy to manipulate... This laptop... this chip... They were major nuisances for the death game." (Evil. This is Mishima as his AI self.)

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Alice Yabusame (Al-iss Yah-boo-sah-may)

Unpaid
Role assigned to: slicer02

Alice Yabusame is the older brother of Reko Yabusame. He is very aggressive and defensive against Sara and the rest of the group. He appears later in the game than everyone else, being discovered by Sara. He is shown to truly care about his sister and the rest of the participants in the death game.  Despite his path, Alice is believed to be a good person by the rest of the cast.

Alice's voice needs to be intense! His range should be low and gruff.

  • "When I awoke, I thought 'yikes! this is a big yikes! indeed' " (Alice explains why he hid and is a little bit afraid.)

  • "She's a person whose life has value! My one and only... sister." (Alice is broken. He watched his sister die right in front of him.)

  • "GIVE REKO BAAAAAAAAACCCKKK!!!" (Alice is screaming with rage.)

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Sue Miley (Soo Mile-ee)
closed
Unpaid
Role assigned to: Ariana Rosario

Though Miley is called The Laughing Doll, she isn't as friendly as her name seems to hint at. She likes seeing the participants in the death game suffer, even going as far to torment them by crushing their hopes. She finds amusement in their despair as the cast start questioning their chances of survival.

Miley's voice needs to be crazy. It needs to show her madness and her lack of care. Her range is medium-high to high.

  • *Say something you think would fit*

  • "Eheehee. Now everyone, enjoy yourselves as I check your answers!" (Miley is mad with glee.)

  • "Hey! Gashu!! Gashu are you listening?! You've really gone and mucked things up!!" (Miley is pissed.)

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Rio Ranger (Ree-oh Range-er)
closed
Unpaid
Role assigned to: NameNoMatter

Rio Ranger is infused with negative personality attributes - particularly inferiority towards humans, creating a bias against them. He has barely any compassion or kindness as he was made that way.

He is often shown calling the participants 'bastards', which is derived from his bias against them.

Ranger's voice needs to be completely mad. I want his voice to be similar to Monokuma from Danganronpa, so it can be performed by an actor of any gender.

  • "Hey! Don't get so mad! Everybody seems pleased, don'tcha think?" (Ranger is surprisingly nonchalant.)

  • "She's garbage now. It's just a corpse." (Ranger is practically laughing at someone who's upset.)

  • "F...fix me already, dad!... What're you saying?! I don't wanna!" (Ranger is begging like a child.)

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Gashu Satou (Gah-shoo Sat-oh)
closed
Unpaid
Role assigned to: Carson7645

Gashu is the father of all the other dolls in the game and the only human floor master. He is shown to be abusive to both his biological son and his robotic son. He only appears for a small portion of chapter 2.

Gashu is one of the worse people moral-wise in the story. His voice should be low and evil.

  • "That is in the past. Why do you think you are the most human out of the dolls I created?" (Gashu is cold and calculating)

  • "Humans have it nice. I envy humans. Why am I a doll? What's so great about humans?! And so on." (Gashu is mocking Ranger.)
