Jonathan Joestar is an English gentleman who fights for what he believes in. He is the first Jojo and the main protaganist of Part 1 (Phantom Blood).

Speedwagon is originally an enemy to Johnathon, but is taken by his gentlemanly nature and swears to protect him. In contrast to Johnathon's posh accent, Speedwagon has a less proper accent, as he was a street thug. In part 2 he is an old man with the same values, but he is more frail.
I've lived in darkness ever since my birth, and have met all kinds of villains. So I can tell a bad person from a good person just by his smell... And this guy stinks! He stinks worse than shit!
You're wrong! All that was good in that man, he passed it along to Jonathan, every bit of it! You can be sure JoJo's gonna live an upright life, using what his father gave him. Wamuu is one of the three pillarmen, and he has an extreme love of honorable battles with worthy opponents. He carries himself as a very powerful and honorable warrior.

Jotaro Kujo is a stoic protaganist who punches first and asks questions later. The line between a cringey voice and a cool voice is a fine one, and you will definitely have to walk it for him. He has a fairly deep and gruff voice, and his main emotions are stoic and pissed off.
He has a role in parts 3-6, although he only appears in part 5 briefly.

No one ever said Jotaro Kujo was a nice guy. I beat the crap out of more people than I have to, some are still in the hospital. Kakyoin is originally an enemy after being controlled by DIO, but becomes an ally once the fleshbud is removed. He is a relatively calm character.

Avdol is the most mature out of the crusaders. He is a loyal friend to Joseph and is an overall serious and responsible character. In most cases he is the voice of reason, however he can also be loud and joyous in some occasions, even engaging in some foolish acts when he returns to the group after faking his death.
Mr. Polnareff, I hope you don't think the flames of Magician's Red only burn upward or with the wind. I am not bound by the laws of nature. I can control fire as I wish.

Mr. Joestar, I may have to get a little rough. Sometimes suffering is the only way to make a fool see reason.
Polnareff is a loud and humorous character, and the least mature of the group. He was also an enemy at the beginning, same as Kakyoin, but after DIO's fleshbud was removed he became an ally. He becomes a more mature character when he appears again in part 5. He is French, however an accent is not required.

Koichi has a wide range of emotions and ways to read lines, going from a fairly weak and shy friend to Josuke to becoming a confident fighter, holding his own against the Morioh serial killer. Towards the beginning he is very impressionable and easily trusts people, leading him to some bad situations and becoming involved with people who take advantage of him.

Okuyasu is Josuke's friend, who was originally an enemy. He has an extremely powerful stand but because of his lack of intelligence does not use it to its full potential. He has a gruff, loud voice and is generally unaware of how he looks to others.
It's like...like, an elegant feeling, packed in water! I mean, for example, it's the kind of water a princess from the Alps would drink while playing her harp! It's just... crisp! Like how water would taste after you've been wandering around in the desert for three days!

Rohan is a stuck up manga artist who has a strong hatred for the main character, Josuke, despite being an ally.

Kira is a serial killer that cuts off women's hands to keep as "girlfriends" for himself. He is responsible for the death of many women in Morioh and just wants to live a peaceful life with no interruptions. He believes he is superior to most everyone and doesn't believe he can be caught, because luck is on his side. He monologues a LOT, so the audition lines will reflect that.

Giorno is the protaganist of Part 5, and has an extreme resolve to complete his goal of taking over the mafia. He carries himself confidently and has a sort of regal air to him, if that makes sense. He's mature for his age, only 15.

Abbacchio is a serious and bitter member of the Bucci gang. He has a strong dislike for Giorno and is extremely loyal to Bucciarati.

Mista is the gang's gunman, and fairly laid back and comedic for the majority of the time. He has tetraphobia (a fear of the number 4) and it's mentioned a lot in the story.

Fugo is a young man who betrays the gang halfway through the part. He is often seeing getting angry easily, and his stand reflects that. He is smart and tries to teach Narancia, who lacks a complete education, but gets angryand violent when he does not understand the concepts he is teaching.
