Project Overview
Summary
Into the Metaverse is A 90-minute anime, action-adventure film that tells the story of Rikka Takanashi who teams up with a mysterious Ninja (Kakashi) to explore the worlds of the Metaverse in search of a mythical creature, known as the Knuckles.
This project was filmed entirely in virtual reality with actors from across the world, using VR technology to motion capture.
Paid Roles
These roles include main characters and supporting characters, and are very crucial roles in driving the plot forward. You will need to be open to performing these lines with the director present in a call to ensure the best delivery.
Unpaid Roles
These roles may have limited screen time or dialogue, and some might be used merely in the background. However, they play a vital role in bringing the scenes to life and making the film vibrant and realistic. You will NOT need to be in a call with the director for this role.
What we're looking for
You're welcome to try to do impressions of some of the well known characters but we're also open to fresh, original voices that could become exciting new interpretations for these characters, rather than simply trying to mimic their existing voice.
Note: All roles must be open to revisions if needed, and must have an open communication. All roles will be credited in the film.

Animated films like Wreck it Ralph, How to Train Your Dragon, & Kung Fu Panda, were huge inspirations for this project. We want the music to create the right mood, adding atmosphere and ambience with music that matches the appropriate emotions for every scene.
The composer must have open communication with the director and collaborate closely with them during the post-production stages. Please provide Discord username and links to demo reels.

Kakashi is a relaxed and past-his-prime ninja. He appears unconcerned about matters and has come to terms with his reputation as a washed-up and seemingly worthless ninja, even though he possesses considerable ninja skills.

Ayame is Rikka's best friend. While Ayame exudes a tough exterior and fiercely protects Rikka, she also possesses an endearing clumsiness and occasional obliviousness. Ayame can inadvertently serve as the voice of reason, offering sage advice without even realizing it. Additionally, Ayame has an unwavering adoration for sweets, adding a delightful touch to her vibrant personality.

Deku is Rikka's crush, yet he remains completely oblivious to her feelings, despite being in the same class. Deku is a naturally reserved individual, often preferring quietness over being the center of attention, the complete opposite of Rikka.
