Hooded Quickies (The Owl House/Star vs. the Forces of Evil Comic Dub)

Amity as a younger witch was once very sweet, but her parents forced her to cut ties with her best friend, Willow and become friends with meaner and wealthier children, and to make sure Willow would be allowed at Hexside School, Amity complied.  With this, Amity grew to be colder, selfish, and meaner.  It's thanks to a human she met named Luz Noceda whom she had a rough start with that she began to see the error of her behavior and formed a friendship with the human teen and even fell in love with her and thanks to Luz, Amity broke off the toxic friends she was forced to make and rekindled her friendship with Willow.  Amity and Luz eventually became girlfriends and Amity was much kinder than she had been before and would even put her life on the line for Luz just as Luz would do the same for Amity.

Luz is a girl who loves fantasy and has a high imagination which got her in trouble at her school in the human realm.  Due to a mishap, she ended up in the demon realm and met Eda Clawthorne and under her, trained to become a witch.  In the demon realm, Luz finally felt more like she belonged as she met new friends such as Willow Park, Gus Porter, and eventually befriended the more cold and closed off Amity Blight whom she helped reform not only into a better person, but ended up becoming the girlfriend of.

Luz in personality is usually bubbly, perky, and geeky, but she can be tough when need be to protect those she cares about.

Janna is a troublemaking girl with a love for the occult and Macabre stuff.  She tends to act very obnoxious and sarcastic, and she can come off as apathetic at times, but deep down, she does really care for her friends even if she has a bizarre way of showing it.

Due to Janna's own weird interests, she became one of Star's best Earth friends and was there for her when she needed advice and help.  In fact, Janna's love of the weird and unusual have made her one of Star's greatest Earth allies.  Janna is always ready to jump forward into helping in these causes. 

Tom is the demon prince of the underworld and ex-boyfriend of Star Butterfly.  He was once a rival and enemy to Star's friend, Marco, but after taking time to become a better person, has since become friends with him.

Tom is very short tempered and has been known to be controlling, but he's become more understanding and respectful over time.  While still having some anger issues, he's far more in control and apologetic than he used to be.

Tikki is the kwami of creation who is currently in the care of Marinette Dupain-Chang.  Tikki is bubbly, cute, giggly, and has a sweet tooth for macaroons and other sweet treats.  Tikki also acts as a guide for Marinette when she is in doubt or is there to comfort her when she is sad.  Also, along with the love interest of Marinette, Adrian's kwami, Plagg, both Tikki and he know the secret identities of each other's holders, but are forbidden from telling their holders due to a spell, and also try to keep each other from figuring it out to protect each of them from knowing the other in case Gabriel akumatizes one of them.  In these chosen comics, both Tikki and Plagg are frustrated with their owners not properly pursuing each other or how the romance is going.

Formerly the Golden Guard of the Emperor's Coven on the Boiling Isles in the Demon Realm, Hunter later learned he's nothing more than a clone of someone Emperor Belos used to know and now he doesn't even know his own true past and ended up wanting to stop Belos from destroying all witches in the Demon Realm.

Hunter tends to be self reserved and not know how to socialize well due to not having much of a chance to make friends.  Thanks to Willow, he's had a better chance to socialize and become a better person.  Even with that, he still can act with edge and reservations as he doesn't want to appear weak.

Originally raised as Princess of the dimension of Mewni, Star is a teenage girl who loves action, adventure, and near all things girly and cute.  She was relocated to Earth by her parents to try to tame her wild side and befriended a boy named Marco Diaz who's family also took her in while she stayed on Earth.

Overtime, she realized her people and the monsters living in Mewni were not so different and monsters were actually being mistreated and not the evils she was raised to believe.  With this, she began working towards making Mewni a better place for both Mewmans and Monsters alike.

Star has a big heart and strong morality, and she works towards making things fair for everyone she can, though she can be reckless at times as well.

A sweet yet clumsy girl who is an amazing fashion designer who also has a love of video games, and a boy named Adrian Agreste.  However, she is so awkward and scared of being rejected by Adrian that she acts like an absolute klutz around him.

However, along with her daily life and interests, she's also been chosen as one of the protectors of Paris when she was given a special jewel called a Miraculous which contained the kwami known as Tikki who acts as both Marinette's guide, confidant, and power source.  When Marinette tells Tikki "Spots On!" she becomes the super hero known as Ladybug.  Together with her partner, Cat Noir who is secretly her love interest, Adrian, she protects Paris against Hawk Moth/Shadow Moth/Monarch who unknown to them is Adrian's own father, Gabriel Agreste.

A scheming, ambitious woman, Odalia held a controlling grap on the interests of her employees and other members in the Blight family, playing a role that emburdened them with high expectations to vicariously satisfy Odalia's ambitions. In order to obtain more influence, she colluded with Emperor Belos, supplying him an army through her company for her family's survival after the Day of Unity. This revelation ultimately causes her family to sever all ties with Odalia, leaving Odalia to depart with them on bitter terms.

UPDATE: This role has technically been cast, but I'm always looking for understudies in case I need a backup.

Lila is a teen girl from Italy and when she transferred to Paris, she instantly became popular at school, but it was not through honest means.  Lila is an extreme level liar as she craves attention and doesn't care who she hurts along the way to get it.  She's become obsessed with obtaining Adrian as her boyfriend as she sees him as a catch.  However, thanks to Marinette when morphed as Ladybug due to Lila lying that she was close friends with Ladybug, Adrian learned the truth about Lila and has since known how manipulative, selfish, cruel, and evil Lila can be.  While Adrian and Marinette are the only good guys who know the truth about Lila, no one believes Marinette about her behavior as Lila's sweet voice, acting, and behavior has everyone fooled.  However, as Lila has tried to ruin Marinette's life, Adrian has agreed to remain Lila's "friend" in order to protect Marinette from Lila's harm.

Libby is a kind, yet awkward and unlucky girl who is also into history, conspiracy theories, and the supernatural.  Upon meeting and getting to know the new girl in her hometown of Brighton, Molly McGee, she wanted to become friends with her which Molly in return wanted to do as well.  However, due to Molly's other best friend who was a secret, a ghost named Scratch, some conflict came up where Libby became sus of Molly.  Due to what this was costing Molly, Scratch agreed to reveal himself to Libby for Molly's sake, but ONLY Libby.  After a rough start of getting to know each other, Libby and Scratch have also become friends, mainly on the grounds of protecting and poking fun at Molly's traits.

Libby is INCREDIBLY introverted and she only wants the right people in her life, and Molly as mentioned became one of those people as did later Scratch.  Due to this, Libby is considered an outcast by various people, but those who see and understand her like Molly truly understand what a good person Libby is.

Steven is a young child who is half human and half gem.  He has a mostly pure heart who tries to see the good in everything and everyone and knows only to fight to defend those he cares about.  He looks down on his mom after learning who she was and what she did, but accepts Garnet, Pearl, Amethyst, Peridot, Lapis Lazuli, Bismuth, and his father Greg Universe as his true current family.

I would prefer a woman audition for this role please since I don't want someone who can age out of the voice.
BTW, if you audition for Steven, you must also be willing to voice Spike from Friendship is Magic in future comic dubs and projects.
