Omori/Sunny
For Sunny, his voice should be shy and reserved. There should be emotion but only a small amount as to not overpower his general character (helps give off his silent protagonist aura).
For Omori, his voice should be extremely monotone but still keeping his reserved expressiveness. To keep his general image (the black and white coloration he has), sounding gentle and monotone will express his character enough.

During his youth, KEL is a bit bratty, impulsive and rude, always getting into little tiffs with his friends. He is very competitive by nature, always wanting to win games or races, and is indeed very energetic and fast. He also thinks romance is gross and that girls have cooties.[3][4] However, even though he is loud and likes to annoy his friends, he genuinely cares about them to the point of constantly protecting them with a strong sense of justice.[5] KEL appears to share a strong bond with his brother HERO and occasionally bickers with AUBREY over petty disagreements over minor topics. He even sees the quiet SUNNY as someone who is a great person and believes the best in him. These traits are shared with his HEADSPACE counterpart.
The present-day KEL still retains his happy demeanor but appears more mature and understanding towards others. He is very social and likes talking with strangers when SUNNY is busy with jobs.[6][7] He constantly tries to help others in-need, which could often lead him to making rash choices at times. KEL also desires to reconnect with his old friends, notably when he encourages SUNNY to be more active and healthy. He even tries to understand AUBREY's reasons for her anger and repeatedly protects BASIL from bullies as well, displaying the same sense of justice he possessed when he was younger.[8][9][10]

HS: A mild personality and passionate in domestic work like baking, cooking, and cleaning, making him an ideal employee he is a pushover but very caring
FT: He is well-loved by the folks of FARAWAY TOWN and admired for his charisma as well. KEL even describes him as being "naturally good at everything", and is proud of him for that. He notably possesses a talent in succeeding in virtually everything he tries, though he admits his reputation is heavily exaggerated. HERO is rather calm and understanding towards anyone he meets, even trying to comfort them in times of distress.

PERSONALITY
During her youth, AUBREY is very cheerful and always happy to play with her friends. Strong-willed and always acting true to her feelings, AUBREY serves as a constant source of morale for her friends.[3] This extends to often reminding the group of the right thing to do whenever they are distracted.[4][5] Despite this, she becomes sad and worried quite easy; she is the most anxious one of the friend group when BASIL goes missing.[6][7][8] Often she is clumsy, resulting in yelling from KEL, who she always fights with. Her childhood traits are shared with her HEADSPACE counterpart, albeit slightly different with her puppy love persona towards OMORI.
In the REAL WORLD, after finding out about MARI's death, she began coping through strong feelings of hatred against her old friend group, interpreting their reactions as them moving on too quickly.[9] She felt burdened by a sense of loneliness, given both the death of her best friend as well as the lack of support between her and her friends. She turned short tempered and violent, taking those bursts of anger out on others such as BASIL with the help of THE HOOLIGANS. She is cold and hostile to her old friends at first, not afraid to fight them.[10] Even so, she is still trying to find peace by praying at the local church,[11] and visits MARI's grave often.

BASIL's HEADSPACE counterpart is rather cheery, yet shy and humble. He is quick to forgive, as shown with his encounter with BOSS after hide-and-seek, and is rather empathetic in nature.[9][10][11] BASIL is also quite friendly, and his shyness seems to stem from thinking lowly of himself and putting others' needs above his own.[12][13]
He's very sentimental, keeping memorabilia of his friends and happy memories through photos, and planting flowers that remind him of his friends.[14] BASIL notably shows great care to plant flowers with flower language, each one corresponding to how he sees his friends.[15][16][17][18] His empathy stretches to his plants as well, showing a lot of worries when they're in danger of being hurt, and talking to them as he would with his friends.[19] It is noted that he avoids conflict due to his kind, sentimental demeanor.[20] He doesn't learn to battle, although he eventually does with enough encouragement from his friends during the console-exclusive BASIL RUSH event.
Compared to HEADSPACE BASIL, his FARAWAY counterpart is more anxious and sensitive overall. This more melancholy demeanor is most likely the result of a deep depression over the aftermath of MARI's death combined with AUBREY and her friends' bullying further whittling down his self-esteem. Due to being a witness to MARI's murder, it can be inferred that he suffers from guilt or worse, possibly in the form of SOMETHING.
It can be noted that when BASIL grows deeply attached to someone, he can develop a strong sense of devotion and protectiveness toward them: his desire to protect SUNNY and their secret led him to go as far as to subject himself to the HOOLIGANS' bullying and deliberately withdraw from his friends for multiple years, the latter shown by how he never lets himself cry in front of others, always locking himself away in either his room or the bathroom. From this, BASIL can be described as immensely selfless and loyal, doing everything he can to protect SUNNY from any harm no matter how much he hurts himself in the process.[21][22]
Although he does not let it show much due to the aforementioned tendency to distance himself from them, BASIL misses his friends and has the wistful desire for things to go back to normal.[23] This could explain his sense of comfort behind physical possessions making him recall pleasant memories, something that he himself reflects on.[24] In spite of his depression, BASIL continued to dedicate himself to gardening to the point that some of the flowers prior to the incident lived up to the present day,[25] perhaps indicating that he immersed himself in the hobby as a distraction of sorts. It is only when his GRANDMA fell dangerously ill that he began neglecting to take care of his plants.[26]

SWEETHEART is self-centered, bragging about her demeanor and appearance often. Her vanity is fueled by the constant attention she gets from the SPROUT MOLES who make up the majority of her vast fan base. After her breakup(s) with SPACE BOYFRIEND, she begins to become entranced by the idea of true love, and causes havoc trying to find it. She presents herself as a very dramatic person and enjoys theatrics, following her every impulse and causing drama for no apparent reason.
She also loves being in the spotlight and has a strong desire to be adored, despite showing disdain for her love-struck fans. She is also a spoiled brat that is prone to outbursts and public displays of anger or rage when rejected or undermined, due to usually getting everything she wants. SWEETHEART is also quite narrow-minded due to her inability to comprehend why HERO rejected her twice, as well as her lack of tolerance towards those who oppose her, specifically OMORI and his friends.

She's often spoken of as being kind and gentle, and plays a sisterly role in the friend group with SUNNY, HERO, KEL, AUBREY, and BASIL. Her first appearance shows she has a mischievous side, poking fun at KEL and AUBREY's mannerisms and afterwards teasing HERO. These traits are shared with her HEADSPACE counterpart.
Later in the game, it is also revealed when MARI was younger, she would pull pranks on HERO especially, such as putting bugs in his school desk. It is also shown that she was a perfectionist, spending hours at a time practicing the same piano piece over and over again.
