We are looking for passionate, creative people to help bring Gleamlake to life! Whether youre a writer, artist, animator or storyteller, if you love animation and want to be part ofan exciting project, we'd love to hear from you.

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to join our team and work closely with our Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence and attract new audiences to our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish approximately 2-3 TikTok posts per week

  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager on content ideas and strategy

  • Create engaging content based on our films, production updates, and available promotional material

  • Adapt content to current TikTok formats and trends where appropriate

  • Help introduce our projects to new audiences and increase engagement

  • Communicate regularly with the Social Media Manager and follow the established posting schedule

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of TikTok and short-form content

  • Ability to create engaging, audience-focused posts

  • Reliable communication and ability to meet a consistent weekly posting schedule

  • Interest in animation, film, or indie productions is a plus

  • Previous social media/content creation experience is appreciated but not strictly required

Role Description:

While we already have an active Story Development Team working on the screenplay, we’re looking for a writer with a particular focus on romance and character relationships.


Your role will be to help strengthen the emotional and romantic aspects of the story, ensuring these moments feel natural, meaningful, and well-integrated into the overall narrative. Rather than writing independently, you’ll collaborate closely with the existing Story Team throughout the script development process.


Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Story Development Team to develop and refine romantic storylines and emotional character interactions.

  • Attend story meetings and actively contribute ideas during discussions.

  • Help strengthen relationship dynamics, emotional beats, and dialogue where appropriate.

  • Review scenes and provide suggestions for improving the emotional progression of the screenplay.

  • Collaborate with the Director and Story Team to ensure all changes remain consistent with the overall vision of the film.

  • Work directly with the Head Writer and Director on story structure, character arcs, dialogue, and screenplay development.

  • Help oversee and coordinate the writing team.

  • Review outlines, scenes, and drafts and provide detailed feedback.

  • Maintain consistency in characterization, continuity, worldbuilding, tone, and established canon.

  • Participate actively in writing meetings and major story discussions.

  • Assist with assigning, organizing, and reviewing writing tasks.

  • Help translate the Director’s creative direction into clear story and screenplay material.

  • Work with the Head Writer to identify and resolve story problems.

  • Lead or coordinate writing discussions when the Head Writer is unavailable.

  • Keep track of approved story decisions and ensure later revisions remain consistent.

  • Serve as one of the main points of communication between the Director, Head Writer, and screenwriting team.

The Head of Production serves as the primary bridge between studio leadership, production management, and department leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the Founder/Director to develop and maintain the overall production plan.

  • Oversee the Producer and support them in coordinating departments, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Help establish, document, and maintain the production pipeline across departments.

  • Coordinate with Heads of Department to ensure each team understands its responsibilities, deadlines, dependencies, and required deliverables.

  • Track overall production progress and identify scheduling, communication, or workflow issues before they significantly affect production.

  • Help establish realistic production timelines and milestone structures.
