Girl Scout Demon Slayers Anime Trailer
Project Overview
I'm working on a Series-Pitch trailer for a potential anime series titled
"Girl Scout Demon Slayers".
(-This was a rough idea for a scene I made in 2016.)
Short Story Description:
They’re dangerous, violent, fearless... and yet so sweet and adorable!
In the midst of a city, where demons and monsters attack.
There is only one group of girls who know how to
hack and slash their way to their next badge,
-the Sugar Scouts that is!
Long Story Description:
Girl Scout Demon Slayers follows Pop, a boy scout
who makes friends with a girl scout named Ginger.
She reveals to him that the Sugar Scouts are secretly
demon slayers in training.
Through a series of events, they end up recruiting Pop as a new member.
Pop goes with Ginger and
her troop as they earn badges and sell cookies,
all while trying to battle the sugar demons sent by Malice.
Malice is a clever and conniving evil character that wishes to cover the world in his "sugar-coated perfection".
This involves turning everyone and everything into a Sugar Demon like him.

I have made some previous animations featuring the GSDS characters,
but this project will be a trailer for the actual series(if it can be picked up).

This trailer will be 1 - 2 minutes long and feature short clips
of the characters to give the viewer an idea
of who the character is and what their personality is like.
(The potential show would be very comedic and action oriented.)
I'll need voice actors for:
2 - adults,
3 - ten year old kids,
1 - five year old girl.

Voice Actresses are encouraged to audition for multiple characters and improvise additional/alternate lines.

Caramel is the elected leader of Butterfly Troop.
She likes to keep things organized, but she has a tough time trusting her fellow scouts to stay on schedule.
Caramel starts out very worried that she's a bad leader.
She's a little softspoken and shy, and doesn't like to give orders.
(She'll learn how to trust her friends and be a good leader by the end of the proposed series.)

Licorice is a pushy and arrogant young girl.
She is more compulsive than the others and rushes headlong into a battle despite a plan.
Licorice believes she's better than her fellow scouts, and prefers to fight alone.
She's not very fond of boys, and likes to tease Pop every now and then.
(She'll learn how to keep a cool head and find that her friends are her real strength by the end of the proposed series.)

Razzle is a very calm and pleasant young girl.
She appears to be very kind-hearted and loves nature.
Razzle has a hard time battling the Sugar Demons, as she doesn't want to hurt them.
She loves her little sister "Berry" and will worry about her and her safety during a battle.
(She'll learn not to hide her true feelings by the end of the proposed series.
I hope we all get to be great friends!

Berry is a happy and curious 5 year old girl.
This is her first year as a Sugar scout with her big sister Razzle.
Whenever Butterfly troop struggles to sell a box of cookies, they send in Berry.
-Her small size and adorable demeanor makes it impossible to say no.
She's very cowardly and would rather run away than fight a sugar demon.
(She'll learn to be brave and care for others by the end of the proposed series.)

Ms Bitters is the ScoutMistress' assistant, and the combat instructor of the Sugar Scouts.
Ms Bitters is very stern and rigorous.
She'll have her scouts run sprints through an obstacle course of falling trees and open holes as morning exercise.
She is constantly angry and hates the Sugar Demons to no end.
----------------She speaks with a type of Southern redneck accent.----------
(like Ms. Mucus from Camp Lazlo) .

ScoutMistress Macaron is the pleasant scout leader of the Sugar Scouts.
She has a very positive and motherly attitude.
Macaron sees Sugar Demons as more of a nuisance(like bugs in the wilderness).
She leads the girls in every main camp activity, while her assistant handles the combat training.
She cares about her scouts, just like a mother cares for her children.
Afterwards, we can all have snacks.
