Caramel is the elected leader of  Butterfly Troop.

She likes to keep things organized, but she has a tough time trusting her fellow scouts to stay on schedule.

Caramel starts out very worried that she's a bad leader.
She's a little softspoken and shy, and doesn't like to give orders.

(She'll learn how to trust her friends and be a good leader by the end of the proposed series.)
