Project Overview
This casting call is mostly based off of the previous comic dub group casting call which you can find in the link here if you would want to listen to how takes for taken characters were done: Casting Call Club : Genshin Impact Comic Dubs Group
This casting call will focus on listing individual roles who would be contacted to lend their voice if a comic has their character in it. Those casted may be invited to a different Discord group server aside from the one in the previous casting call or may be invited to the same group server - I'll still have think between the two options.
Hello! This is a casting call dedicated to giving voice actors roles for various comic dubs in the famous MMORPG game, Genshin Impact! I'm looking for those who are flexible with their voice acting skills, which I'm looking forward to hear. The projects in line with this are completely non-profit and are for fun, so I hope you enjoy yourselves during auditions and when recording for the roles you land! What you see above is a sample of one of the works I personally dubbed, to give you an example of what to expect.
Before anything else, I would like to introduce myself. I am WindVA, and I have been voice acting for months now on few projects here and landed few roles with only fewer following through. Because of this, I have decided to create my own YouTube channel where I post my works for those to enjoy! However, I cannot voice every character, so I decided to create this casting call dedicated to getting others to voice act. All works will be posted in my YouTube channel. Here's to working along with you all!
I will be voicing some characters myself, which might explain why some characters from the game will not have any roles here.
REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be at least 18 to audition. Although the comics that will be used would not contain any NSFW, I would like to keep the group's environment mature as some swearing or cursing may be involved in comics. You may audition if you will be turning 18, but you have to notify or ask me first.
- You must have a good quality mic. The minimum requirement would be a good USB microphone, but if your recording is good, along with little to no background noise, then that's fine!
- You must be flexibly capable. Which means that you are able to submit your recordings on time, and that you are able to do other voices, especially extras. You have to be available for any comments or feedback, if possible. Communicating with each other will be necessary.
- You must have Discord. Discord will be the main app for communicating and submitting lines, along with getting updates and other interactions, so you must have your Discord tag attached to your audition so that you would be invited to the group server.
- Have fun! Remember to enjoy and have fun with your auditions for your roles, and in the server!
AUDITIONING INSTRUCTIONS:
When auditioning, you would only need to do 2-3 takes per line, but if you are capable of doing more, the better! You can audition for multiple roles (which is highly encouraged!), but if you get accepted for two roles or more, then you have to be flexible! You do not have to sound exactly like the character, but you are more likely to land the role if you are able to closely resemble their voices, and you can add your flair to them if you want! Make sure to leave your Discord tag with your auditions.
I will start re-reviewing all auditions two days before the casting call deadline arrives, but I will be willing to listen to auditions sent within that period. You will be sent a message in Discord if your audition meets expectations, but you will have the option to accept or decline the invitation so that I may be able to check others who have auditioned. You will be sent a server invitation if you choose to accept, locking you into that role.
More roles may be added and the deadline may be extended, so keep posted. I will try to leave as much feedback to your auditions as possible, so...

Furina de Fontaine is a sword-using Hydro character. She was introduced as the flamboyant and sometimes overconfident Hydro Archon. However, this is later revealed to be a public persona necessitated by the prophecy, and after the truth is exposed, she discards her guise and abdicates her role to live a much humbler life.

Neuvillette is a catalyst-using Hydro character. He is the Iudex of Fontaine, and the leader of the Marechaussee Phantom. While Neuvillette upholds the rules of the court with utmost reverence, he is quite aloof when dealing with human emotions and often distances himself from the public eye.

Lumine is one of two playable protagonists, along with her twin brother as the other, until an Unknown God ambushed and captured one of them, and sealed their ways of travel, leaving them stranded on Teyvat. They are accompanied by a travel companion named Paimon throughout their journey.
