Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood Abridged (FMABA)
Project Overview
Welcome to my casting call for FMABA.
This is a casting call for all different kinds of help. I already have 121 Subs on my YouTube channel and it's growing everyday. This will be a serious project and will be judged by a few key points.
The key points:
- 1: Background Noise
- 2: Slurs
- 3: Pronunciations
- 4: accents and authenticity
- 5: Emotion
Going over what the key points mean:
- 1. minimal background noise is needed. viewers do not want to hear talking, static, or other noises that distract the scenes.
- 2: slurs. you must be able to speak clearly so it is easy to understand what you are saying. slurring words will have people not understanding jokes and scenes making it not fun to watch.
- 3: you must be able to say words correctly. if there are words you do not understand you can ask for help.
- 4: if accents make you say things a little differently that's okay. i'm talking about very heavy accents that change the word completely. unless the character has an accent that is.
- 5: you must express emotions in your voice. if the character is sad. sound sad. that's it!
Requirements:
Discord is a must.

Be Active. At least 3 Times a week. (A simple Hi will be enough)
be over 14 at least. if you are under 14 have parents permission and tell me if you are in your audition.

What those parts do in the project:
Voice Actors: the main key to what we need. they will voice a character.
Sound Engineers: They will make sound effects like walking sounds, explosions, fight sounds, Etc.
Scene Animators: They will make the magic of putting everything together. Making things run smoothly.
Artists: if we want Thumbnails or make original Skits.
Writers: There will be 2 writers. The ones who help with jokes and the other will help make things go smoothly.
Also:
i will be using original quotes. to not spoil anything for the autidioners that dont get casted but would still like to watch.

After losing his right arm and left leg due to a failed Human Transmutation attempt, Ed became the youngest State Alchemist in history by achieving his certification at age twelve. Three years later, Ed has become fully engrossed in his search for the legendary Philosopher's Stone, an item with which he hopes to restore his younger brother Alphonse Elric - whose whole body had been lost in the aftermath of the human transmutation.

King Bradley (キング・ブラッドレイ Kingu Buraddorei?) is one of the primary antagonists in the Fullmetal Alchemist series, being that he is one of the seven Homunculi. Bradley was also the original Führer (大総統 Daisōtō?) of Amestris. In the mangaseries and the 2009 anime reboot, he was known as Wrath (ラース, Rāsu), the final homunculus created by Father, but was changed in the 2003 anime to Pride, created by the ancient alchemist Dante. In both series, Bradley is the leader of Amestris and is seen to have almost inhuman swordsmanship. However, in the manga and 2009 anime series, he is an important character being that Amestris was created for the sole purpose of exacting Father's plan to become the ultimate being. As Führer, Bradley is the respected Commander-in-Chief of the State Military, even though his political standpoints are often questioned in certain instances such as the Ishval Civil War, which was only one of many insurrections focused on creating a massive Philosopher's Stone for Father.
Open your eyes. 'God' is nothing more than a construct created by man to inspire fear and promote order. If you wish to see me struck down, for all these atrocities, use your own hands to do so, not 'God's'.
God you say? Now this is intriguing, how much longer do you think your 'God' plans to wait before unleashing his fury? Just how many more thousands of lives must I take before he decides to strike me down?

She is mildly flirtatious, but serves mostly as an object of lust for others, feeding their desires so that she could fulfill her duties to Father. She was usually partnered with Gluttony to whom she appears to have a particular (almost motherly) closeness.
Bloodshed gives way to more bloodshed. Hatred breeds more hatred. Until all of the violence soaks into the land, carving rivers of blood. And no matter how many times it happens, they never learn. Humans are made up of violent, miserable fools.
You killed me. I hate losing. But there worse ways to die than at the hands of a man like you. I love how cold and focused your eyes are. I look forward to the day when those eyes will be wide with agony. It's coming. It's coming..

Greed (グリード, Gurīdo) is the embodiment of some of Father's greed. He is called the "Ultimate Shield" because he can rearrange the carbon in his body to make his skin as hard as diamond, thus making him impenetrable by most weapons. As his name implies, he is a very avaricious character, who likes living in luxury, surrounded by powerful minions and beautiful women. He also has a habit of flipping people off in the manga. Despite his generally greedy nature, he is shown to care for his subordinates, as detailed below.

This ability can be used to assume the form of any existing person (or original personas that Envy themselves creates). They can even modify their own voice to directly copy others.

Homunculus (referred to as "Father" (お父様, Otō-sama) by his "children", the other homunculi) is the central antagonist of the Fullmetal Alchemistmanga and 2009 anime series. He is the oldest Homunculus and the progenitor of the Homunculi, creating them directly or indirectly. Arrogant and self-righteous, he deems only power over and ownership of the world, "perfect goodness and being", and "divine order" worthy of his attention, and he seeks to become absolutely "superior" to the human race. One of his outward looks bears a striking resemblance to Van Hohenheim.
"Father" was created from the essence of the Eye (with some of Hohenheim's blood mixed in), and thus Father's shadowy actual form greatly resembles the Eye. "Father" inherited much knowledge from the Eye, and, when it comes to amount, only those of the Eye and Truth exceed his knowledge.
It's remarkable how weak they are. They have an innate fear of the dark. And how do they handle this fear? They simply pretend that it doesn't exist. They run away from it. How could anyone say humans aren't weak? It's an inherent trait. How about we take advantage of their weakness? They certainly do make a good natural resource. Right? It's all they're good for.
Humans who dare to play God must pay a steep price for their arrogance.
Who are you anyway? Do you even have a name? WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?

She is Edward Elricand Alphonse Elric’s close childhood friend of ever since their young life in Resembool and is almost like a sister to the two and essentially their only family. An amateur surgeon and mechanical repair specialist/enthusiast, Winry is Edward's rear line support as his personal automail engineer and mechanic, making sure his prosthetic right arm and left leg are always in good working order. Additionally, she provides a great deal of emotional support for the pair and plays the role of Edward's love interest.

Maes Hughes was an Amestrian State Military officer stationed in the Investigations Office in Central City and Colonel Roy Mustang's best friend, as well as the closest supporter of Mustang's secret bid for the position of Führer. A devoted family man and exemplary soldier, Hughes was generally well-liked by the other characters (unless he was pushing his love of his wifeor daughter on them) and his murder served as the major starting point for the story to unfold.

The Truth is an enigmatic, metaphysical being who appears when a person attempts Human Transmutation. Seeing Human Transmutation as an unfair exchange according to the equivalent exchange laws of Alchemy, Truth will bring the alchemist into the Gate and forceably take their most valued attribute, or something of value that represents their anticipated relationship to the person they are trying to create or resurrect. Truth will accept otherwise impossible exchanges when a Philosopher's Stone is used, as it or part of it will be used for the exchange instead.
As a negative version or "conscience" of the alchemist who performed Human Transmutation, Truth is perceived by the finite human mind as punishing them for "Playing God". As a "God", or "the Universe", Truth embodies the universe, serves as both a deity and Monad for it, and also represents the consciousnesses and consciences of living things. Truth oversees everything in the universe, and regulates all Alchemic exchanges in the world.

An Ishvalan survivor of the Ishvalan Civil War, Scar's moniker comes from the large X-shaped scar on his forehead and sports a conspicuous and intricate alchemical tattoo on his right arm, which originally belonged to his older brother, and which he uses as his murder weapon of choice.
