The UMBBC was there since the beginning, and like SERA, they witnessed what happened with VERD0S, however, The UMBBC managed to escape, and is now wandering the facility, staying out of sight.
The UMBBC should have an authentic sounding British accent, sounding somewhat like Wheatley and The Stanley Parable's Narrator combined into one.

Arctica should sound as if she has to put up with idiocy almost every day (Which is somewhat true).
