NEW CASTING CALL
We are casting for new characters in a new link:
"A Springlock Failure" is an animated FNAF fan series that is currently in production. It aims to take aspects of many different FNAF media and create a cohesive story from them. It hops between many characters as protagonists, but the main character is the villain himself William Afton.
This series is meant for diehard fans of FNAF as well as those who have enough of an interest to know the broad strokes of the story.
Season 1 is likely to only take place in the beginning of the timeline until the end of the "Scott Cawthon Era" FNAF games (Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator).
Season 2 is planned to cover the "Steel Wool Era" games in the future, when the story that currently being told comes to an end.
With this being said, we are looking for voice actors for named(-ish) characters that have not yet been cast.
This includes Season 1 characters:
Jeremy Fitzgerald (Young)
Fritz Smith (Young)
Phone Dude / Fritz Smith (Old)
Phone Guy (FNAF 1 + 2)
MCI Children besides Cassidy
Gabriel (Freddy's Spirit)
Fritz (Foxy's Spirit)
Suzie (Chica's Spirit)
Jeremy (Bonnie's Spirit)
We also have a variety of extras, so feel free to try out for those as well! I look forward to getting some new team members!
-Best of luck, Silv3r
We are casting for new characters in a new link:
With the deadline finally met, this project will be casting roles in the next few days. For some, we may ask to have you for another role, as an extra, or even for other SolidSilv3r projects.
As a first-time director, I am honestly stunned by the sheer amount of talent we have to look forward to! From the amount of submissions, it will take some time to whittle down the list to 11 (plus extras).
Those casted will be given the role on CastingCallClub and sent a friend request on Discord. If you choose to decline any role, your username will be taken off of the CastingCallClub page and we will reselect a voice actor.
Thank you all for the support, and I can't wait to work with you!
-Silv3r
I am absolutely astonished by the amount of traction this project has been getting as of late, so for anybody late for the party I am extending the deadline for this casting call by 5 more days!
I can't wait to work with so many new faces, and get to know a dozen or so new voice actors for this project.
It's big in scope and scale, but I know this will be a challenge that everyone will have fun with!
So give it your all, and share it around until the deadline hits because after that there is not likely to be many more casting calls for this series.
Best of luck!
-Silv3r
As some characters have little to no auditions, we're going to open auditions up for another week or two.
In the meantime, characters that are needed quickly may be cast ahead of the deadline, so if you're waiting to audition, DON'T. You could lose the chance to.
Also, please feel free to share this project around to get as many auditions/eyes on it as possible.
Thanks for your support, and good luck!
-Silv3r
Jeremy Fitzgerald is one of the more important side characters in the first season of A Springlock Failure. He has a deep connection with Michael Afton, brought together through the tragedy of the "Accident of 1983" at Fredbear's Family Diner. Jeremy and Michael's interactions must be fluid and natural. They should sound like two teenaged best friends who bust each other's balls and get on the other's nerves every chance they get.
Jeremy's actor should be able to portray a very emotional character as well as a nearly emotionless one, as after the Bite of '87, Jeremy loses his vibrant emotions and becomes forgetful. Any interpretation should work if it fits the general description, but a Bass or Baritone voice is most likely what we're looking for.
Note: A voice actor of color would be preferred for the role but is by no means required!
(Worried) Hey, Mike. How are you holding up? Seemed pretty intense in there.
(Somber) It's okay, man. I get it. I...I get it. It's hard to move on, but sometimes we need to. If you just live in the past, then...shit, I don't know what I'm saying man, I just...keep the past with you. But don't let the past keep you.
(Mostly emotionless) I don't feel like myself. (Beat) What's up with you? Why are you being so weird? I'm fine. I just um...I don't feel like myself right now.
Fritz Smith is a younger kid who comes to Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria in 1987. He is infatuated by all things Freddy's, a sort of super fan. So much so, that he sneaks into Freddy's the night he gets hired, tampering with the animatronics to try to understand their robotics and immediately gets fired.
(Excited) Dude, you work for Freddy's? And you don't smile every day thinking about how cool that is??? You're. A. Superstar, man.
(Sly, douchey) Heyy, man. Could I score some of that Freddy's Pizza from you? Family and friends discount?
(Sly, douchey) Duude, CDs are the future. Vinyl? Old news. Cassette? Old. News. CDs are where it's at, bro.
Fritz Smith (or Phone Dude) revived the Freddy's franchise after it shut down around the time of William Afton's strange disappearance. He once worked at the 1987 location, and now he has channeled that older version of himself in order to recreate the magic of Freddy's (perhaps due to a mid-life crisis of sorts). By chance, he reconnects with Michael Afton, who applies for a night guard position at this new location "Fazbear's Fright: The Horror Attraction".
Note: You are not expected to fully read every line. You may choose to either read one full line, read pieces from all of them, etc. As long as we have around a minute or so of your voice.
Hey hey, glad you came back for another night! I promise, it'll be a lot more interesting this time! We found some, some great new relics over the weekend, and we're out tracking down a new lead, right now! So uh, lemme just update real quick, then you can get to work. Like, the attraction opens in like a week, so we had to make sure everything works, and nothing catches on fire! Uh when the place opens, people will come in at the opposite end of the building, and work their way toward you, then past you, and out the exit. Uh, yeah. You've officially become part of the attraction. Uh you'll be starring as... ..the security guard!
Uh, now let me tell you about what's new. We found another set of drawings, always nice, and a Foxy head! Which we think could be authentic! Then again it might just be another crappy cosplay. And we found a desk fan, very old school. Metal though, so watch the fingers, uh heh. Uh, right now the place is basically just, you know, flashing lights and spooky props. Uh, I honestly thought we'd have more by now. Uh, if we don't have something really cool by next week, we may have to suit you up in a furry suit, and make you walk around saying "boo!", heh-heh. Uh, but you know like I said, we're trying to track down a good lead right now. Uh, some guy who helped design one of the buildings says there was like an extra room that got boarded up, or uh, something like that. So, we're gonna take a peek and see what we can find.
Hey man, okay, I have some awesome news for you. First of all we found some vintage audio training cassettes. Dude these are like prehistoric! I think they were like, training tapes, for like other employees or something like that. So, I thought we could like, have them playing, like, over the speakers as people walk through the attraction. Dude, that'd makes this feel LEGIT man. But I have an even better surprise for you, and you're not gonna believe this! We found one. A real one. Uh-oh-uh, gotta go man. uh, we-well look, it-it's in there somewhere, I'm-I'm sure you'll see it. Okay, I'll leave you with some of this great audio that I found. Talk to you later man!
Phone Guy, a veteran employee of Fazbear Entertainment, working since the days of the first Freddy's location. Phone Guy is an important part of the FNAF cast of characters, even if he does die rather unceremoniously in the 90s.
Note: You are not expected to fully read every line. You may choose to either read one full line, read pieces from all of them, etc. As long as we have around a minute or so of your voice.
(FNAF 1, Night 1) Hello, hello? Uh... I wanted to record a message for you to help you get settled in on your first night. Um... I actually worked in that office before you. I'm...finishing up my last week now, as a matter of fact, so... ..I know it can be a bit overwhelming. But I'm here to tell you there's nothing to worry about. Uh, you'll do fine. So, let's just focus on getting you through your first week, okay? Uh, let's see. First there's an introductory greeting from the company, that I'm supposed to read. Uh, i-it's kind of a legal thing, you know. Um, "Welcome to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. A magical place for kids and grown-ups alike, where fantasy and fun come to life. Fazbear Entertainment is not responsible for damage to property or a person. Upon discovering that damage or death has occurred, a missing person report will be filed within 90 days, or as soon as property and premises have been thoroughly cleaned and bleached, and the carpets have been replaced.
(FNAF 2, Night 1) Uh, hello? Hello, hello? Uh, hello and welcome to your new summer job at the new and improved Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Uh, I'm here to talk you through some of the things you can expect to see during your first week here, and to help you get started down this new and exciting career path.
(FNAF 3, Night 5) Hello, hello? Umm, this is just a reminder of company policy concerning the safe room. The safe room is reserved for equipment and/or other properties not being currently used, and as a backup safety location for employees only. This is not a break room, it should not be considered a place for employees to hide and/or congregate. And under no circumstance should a customer ever be taken into this room, and out of the main show area. Management has also been made aware that the Spring Bonnie animatronic has been noticeably moved, and would like to remind employees that this costume is not safe to wear under any circumstances. Thank you, and remember to smile. You are the face of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza.
Carnie is an animatronic attraction as a part of Fazbear entertainment's "Fall Fest", an event that had its finale in the year of 1983, after the multiple tragedies already connected to the Fazbear name. It's at this Fall Fest where Carnie catches on fire.
Looking for something extremely close to the interpretation of Carnie in the Fazer Blast minigames in Help Wanted 2. If we like your voice, it's likely we'll have you voice more animatronics in future episodes, or even seasons as Carnie is a very small part of the series.
Step right up, step right up! Test your skills and win a prize!
Fazer Blast has everything you could possibly want!
(Panicked) Woah!! Hold on! I'm on fire! I'm on fire!
Balloon Boy is a Fall Fest animatronic, later brought to Freddy's 1987 location, with one purpose: handing out balloons, and annoying his enemies.
Take a balloon.
Hello. Hi.
(The most annoying sound on the planet) HAHAHAHAHAHA
HandUnit/DreadUnit is an AI companion first seen in FNAF Sister Location, who continues appearing throughout games afterward. He has to sound both over-enthusiastic and like he could care less about the lives of employees. Looking for a near identical match to the games (it's just too iconic).

(You knew this one was coming) Exotic butters.
The third of the five children of the Missing Children Incident, Gabriel, or Gabe as his friends call him, likes to keep to himself. He seems to take himself somewhat seriously, even when he's at Freddy's. He loves animals, but he doesn't like to show just how much. He and Susie are friends.
(Excited, but trying to hide it) Wow, this place is so...it's cool, I guess. The characters are...believable, for a baby, I guess.
What happened, Susie? Oh...I'm sorry for your loss.
Wait you said you know where my friend is? Show me, Spring Bonnie!
One of the five children of the Missing Children Incident, Fritz is an extremely hyper kid, extremely physical and constantly moving. He loves Foxy, Freddy's Pizza, and Fizzy Faz.
(Hyper) Hey, you wanna race? Let's race! I bet I can make it to the Prize Counter before you do!
(Pirate-like) Yar, matey! I see a pizza that be needin eatin!
(Scared) Why did you bring me here Spring Bonnie?
The first of the five children of the Missing Children Incident, Susie is an extremely creative kid who loves drawing and playing pretend. She becomes sad when her dog Sparky dies, so she goes to Freddy's to get her mind off of it, playing an arcade game called Fruity Maze. She regains hope, however, when Spring Bonnie tells her Sparky is still alive. Though, her memories past that are fuzzy.
(Childlike wonder) I know the tree is brown...but it feels like a blue tree. It's telling me itself, it wants to be blue!
(Excited) Sparky's really alive Mr. Bonnie?
(Thoughtful) Hmm...I think Chica would be my choice. She seems lonely...
The second of the five children of the Missing Children Incident, Jeremy doesn't have many friends, as he's seen as the "weird kid". He likes to keep his distance from people, and tends to just stare at people when he's uncomfortable. He tends to talk to himself.
(Awkward) Uhh, hi, I'm Jeremy.
I don't think you want to hang out with me...
That girl is mean...why is she like that...I don't know.
