Project Overview

Once the deadline is reached, I will either extend the deadline or cast one or all roles. However, I will not close any of the roles until a deadline is reached.

I will be using the audition takes for the lines in the video so please keep that in mind for when you submit them. However I may still ask you for redos if I feel it is needed. If you hand in your lines unedited/raw, please include 5-10 seconds of dead air/recording of your recording space in your audition.

Please feel free to give a minimum of three takes up to a maximum of five takes per line with variations, I'd prefer if you gave me more to choose from.

I'd ideally like to work with those over 18 as I plan to do more comics and private auditions so it would be great to use the same cast. I look forward to seeing your auditions!

Marianne has low self-esteem and is bleakly pessimistic. She actively avoids most people as she fears that her presence will bring them misfortune. She is soft-spoken, but also polite and tries to avoid inconveniencing people even in a minor manner.

Caspar leads a life bound to his strong sense of justice and loves getting into fights. He is a "punch first, apologize later" sort of individual when it comes to conflict. His hotheadedness often gets him into trouble and at times causes inconvenience to others, failing to consider their feelings. His simple-minded outlook on life also causes him to miss subtle romantic cues.
