The Walking Dead Fandub | Casting Wave 3

The first cameo role of Season 1 Episode 1 (that shows up before Glenn Rhee in the 2nd half of the same episode)

Seeing as how the Telltale set the game series in the comic universe; feel free to reinvent an original voice for "comic" Herschel OR try your hand at doing a Scott Wilson impression, either will be fine for an audition (maybe even trying both if you really want too)

Line context #1: Herschel not taking his son's and Lee's warnings about the walkers seriously, almost completely dismissive of the threat and more placating Shawn's worries

Line context #2: Herschel raking a pile of hay, making conversation with Lee in a light hearted scene of banter, moments before tragedy strikes

Line Context #3: Herschel, full of rage, snaps at Lee and Kenny over saving Duck while letting Shawn die without doing anything to try and save him from getting chowed down on by walkers

Herschel Greene's son, main role in the story is saving Lee and Clementine from being stranded in the latter's neighborhood, taking them to Herschel's farm before being the first choice of two people Lee has to save

Seeing as how Shawn doesn't have an AMC counterpart to optionally do an impression of like Herschel, you can either look up a voice reference of him on YouTube or come up with your own take on how Shawn should sound based on his in-game appearance

Line Context #1: First meeting Lee and Clementine, relieved from initial panic of thinking Lee and Clementine were walkers sneaking up on him and Chet

Line Context #2: Telling his father (Herschel) what Lee tells him around the first line's scene of Lee being Clem's neighbor as opposed to being her father

Line Context #3: Panickily begging Lee and Kenny for help, his leg pinned by the tractor that Kenny's son was playing with while watching Shawn reinforce the gate around the farm as two walkers reach over a weak part of the gate to try and get a bite out of him.

Smallest role in Season 1 Episode 1, being introduced trying to clear the way for Shawn's truck as Lee and Clem find them before leaving to head home upon reaching Herschel's farm

Like Shawn, there is no AMC counterpart to Chet, so feel free to either look up a voice reference of in-game Chet or come up with an original voice for Chet (preferably keeping his semi-heavy southern accent, though not required)

Line Context #1: Failing to push a wrecked car with Shawn, complaining along with Shawn about their situation of being trapped in Clementine's neighborhood

Line Context #2: Hopping out of the bed of Shawn's truck, stretching as he parts way and heads home from Herschel's before disappearing from the series

The officer first seen with Lee at the start of Episode 1, looking for someone who can do a (light) southern accent

Not really a lot of info to give for this role, his role extends to literally just driving Lee in a police cruiser before crashing the car and being devoured by walkers

Line Context #1: Attempt to break the ice of a quiet and tense car ride to the prison he's driving Lee too

Line Context #2: Telling Lee his final story before the car crash, easter egg line to the original Walking Dead comics

Line Context #3: Line #2 continued after Lee's response to said line

I don't really know much about Katjaa apart from her being a caring mother and (narratively) growing distant from Kenny due to the apocalypse, so this is a role that I'm kind of relying on the walking dead wiki for those who need/want to read up about her

Line Context #1: Pleading with Larry to not throw Duck outside the Everett family drug store, hurriedly cleaning Duck of walker guts trying to prove there's no bite mark on her son (Episode 1)

Line Context #2: After the St. John's ring a bell to signify dinner is ready, Katjaa gets Kenny to go inside and leave Lee to find the St. John's secret barn backroom (Episode 2)

Line Context #3: Grieving the soon-to-be loss of Duck, as her son is close to death after being bitten by a walker hours earlier; trying to ground Kenny in the reality of Duck needing to be put down (Episode 3)
