Fallout Cops: Episode 9
Project Overview
Hello! We're seeking a talented voice actors to fill few roles for an upcoming episode of our YouTube series: Fallout Cops.
SERIES OVERVIEW:
Fallout Cops is a cop-show mockumentary machinima series set in the Fallout universe. A pair of vulgar and violent police officers, Monaco and Dandy dish out tough justice in the post-apocalyptic wasteland. After being betrayed and left for dead in New Vegas, they travel to the Commonwealth of Boston seeking revenge. You can watch the series here: https://goo.gl/ib53ko
WHAT TO EXPECT:
I will send the full script via google doc link. There may also be a rough cut of the scene with temporary audio for timing. All of the lines will be written on screen in the video, and also timecode links will be in the description. Feel free to reach out with questions via email back or on discord. If you watch the episode and decide you're no longer interested in the project, that's perfectly fine, there's no pressure!
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:
-Please send clean audio with reasonably normalized audio levels. Try to avoid reverb, background noise, and peaking the microphone.
-We ask you to do a minimum of 2 takes per line. Please don't feel like you have to adhere strictly to the script. If a line is tripping you up, and doesn't feel natural to say, by all means, adjust it to fit your needs. As long as the purpose of the line doesn't change.
-Email back a single wav file and we'll get to work inserting it into the episode!
-We will possibly ask for some revisions or re-takes if needed.
-Lastly, have fun with it. We have a small and mostly unsuccessful YouTube channel. And since we've been demonetized, we're doing this for fun and as a creative outlet. There's no deadline for this project, we'll release it when it's finished. We enjoy working in the Fallout universe, and enjoy working with the incredible modding community. Let's be creative and make something that hopefully bring people some enjoyment.

A brave Brotherhood of Steel pilot is tasked with transporting Officers Monaco and Dandy across the Glowing Sea in his vertibird. To pass the time, he offers the officers a look at this pornography collection, which he seems enthusiastic about. A clumsy mistake leads to the pilot being thrown into the vertibird propellers, killing him spectacularly and causing the craft to crash in the middle of the Glowing Sea...
PILOT: I’d get cozy in that power armor, unless y’all were planning on goin' ghoul. We’re entering the glowing sea now.
PILOT: About… halfway through the glowing sea... Hey, you guys wanna look at some porno mags? We've still got a ways to go on this flight and I got a fine stash in the back. The brotherhood ain’t exactly known for recruiting beautiful women, so we paladins gotta make due.
PILOT: You into freaky shit? I got Supermutant Smut-Queens, Volume 1 and 2. Ahh, it’s a must-see. I’ll put this bird on autopilot and grab it for ya.
The Children of Atom are a religious group that worships a deity known as Atom in the Glowing Sea. This character leads a small group of Children of Atom and delivers passionate, inspiring speeches to his disciples. He is outspoken, preachy, and larger than life.
Brothers and Sisters! For too long have our prayers gone unanswered! But no longer! Behold and rejoice! Atom himself incarnated! Delivered from the heavenly glow itself!
Today, Atom calls upon his children! And we shall answer his call! Have faith, Father. For you will soon experience division!
We will free you from that frail mortal form by baptism in the pool of purity! You will be reborn in the glowing embrace of your faithful!
The Children of Atom are a religious group that worships a deity known as Atom in the Glowing Sea. She is enthusiastic and unquestioning in following Atom's path, but can also display a threatening and fierce side if her beliefs are challenged.
The audition lines are the total amount of dialogue for this role.
The incarnation of Atom himself! Descending from the heavens above! We carried him here, freed him from his iron prison and tended to him until he gained consciousness.
If so, you will be branded a heretic!
(CHANTING) Atom provides! Atom protects! Atom provides! Atom protects!
(CHANTING) Division!
Elder Arthur Maxson is the supreme commander of the East Coast chapter of the Brotherhood of Steel. He remains fully committed to the strict ideals of the Brotherhood. He's a committed leader, projects authority, and delivers his dialogue with passion and power. In this story, Officers Monaco and Dandy request a pair of Brotherhood power armor suits that will allow them to cross the highly radiated glowing sea. Maxson grants the request and offers some clues to what they can expect to find...
A voice reference clip from Fallout 4 can be found on the wiki page: https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Arthur_Maxson
An exact voice match is not required! We're looking for a talented actor to loosely replicate the commanding tone and cadence of Maxson's dialogue from Fallout 4.
MAXSON: Brotherhood of Steel power armor isn't typically loaned out, officers. What are your intentions with the suits?
MAXSON: Yes, the suits are quite effective at repelling radiation... The glowing sea… There are certainly less harsh environments to hide in the Commonwealth.
MAXSON: There is… a piece of brotherhood property… A prototype. Old and abandoned. Deemed too expensive and too dangerous to see completion. The prototype was moved to an undisclosed location in the glowing sea. Hidden amongst the harsh radiation for safe keeping...
