Lancer-Captain Kells is the captain of the Brotherhood of Steel airship, the Prydwen. He is second-in-command of the Brotherhood's operations in the Commonwealth, reporting directly to Elder Maxson. Upon welcoming Officers Monaco and Dandy aboard the Prydwen, he is met with immediate resistance, and is kicked over the railing to his untimely death.

It's not required to sound identical, but somewhat similar is preferred.

  • KELLS: Officers. Welcome aboard the Prydwen. All weapons must be checked and stowed before meeting with Elder Maxson.

  • KELLS: Then I'm afraid I can't allow you to see the Elder.

  • (Officer Monaco kicks Kells off the side of the Prydwen)
    KELLS: AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!
