Project Overview
It's an HP Lovecraft Comic! With your voice in it! (potentially)
Hey everybody! I'm Rory Williams, aka Kickassgrandma911, and I'm a Voice Actor! But I'm also looking for experience with vocal directing and editing to add to my repertoire. Which is why I thought a comic dub would be an excellent way to start that, and ya boi loves HP Lovecraft.
Anyways! I plan on just making this as a one-off thing, but if it goes well and turns out to be a fun thing to do, we could make more, maybe!?
AUDITIONING: I ask for three takes per line, different inflections (or even voice!) per line. Just try your best and have fun, that's what this industry is all about! Kinda!
REQUIREMENTS:
A decent microphone with little to no background noise. (Blue Yeti being the least, if you use a headset mic, you might as well look elsewhere.)

Evil, cold, menacing. He can take on the form of any person he pleases. Voice needs to be adaptable, as I'd enjoy having the same voice actor perform each different form of Nyarlethotep.
(Menacing voice)

(Friendly, normal sounding voice, in the appearance of an older man, maybe late 40's to mid 50's, possibly british.)
You needn't worry, Cy. Your uncle was a good man, I will not allow his memory to be tarnished by the misdeeds of cretins.

Just a weird bearded dude narrating things in the beginning of the comic. Nothing too wild with his voice, just narration, maybe an old man voice, but not a cooky old man yanno?
As all things, it will begin in darkness.
And from his swollen throne utop R'yleh, great Cthulhu will hold dominion over all mortal flesh.
Giant weird looking demon thing from the dreamlands. Speaks slowly and spookily.
Not... Yet... Time...

Time to wake...
Just a priest with a whip. He cuts a dude's tongue out.
Don't you recognize this place? Are you not Abdul Alhazred, the man who dared pen the secrets of the Old Ones? Secrets we entrusted to you?
Your tongue has tasted our secrets for the last time. Now it belongs to me.
Scared out of his wits. Warns of incoming doom.
Someone approaches the cavern entrance!
