Dungeons and Dragons Audio Drama Podcast (Retrospection Radio S5)
Project Overview
Retrospection Radio has a new world, with new characters every season. This season is no different. Using a homebrewed Dungeons and Dragons world with years of history, Noah has crafted a story using player decisions to influence an audio drama, start to finish. The Audio Drama revolves around Immilith, an orphan turned refugee as he meets a group of exploring and outgoing adventurers looking to find a superweapon capable of destroying half a continent.
Each character appears through the story for quite a bit, and has quite a bit of lines. There will be a 1 month turn around time for your lines after being cast.
PAYMENT
Payment will be through Paypal. You will be given $15.00 for the entire project. I realize this isn't much, but it's what I can currently afford. I'm paying as much as I can. You will be paid $15.00 total for the completion of the project. This includes all lines. ONLY AEROMIR, MARI-WYN and KAYA are PAID due to amount of lines. Asea and Roland are both very, very minor characters.

Asea is a 20-something orphan, and unknowing cousin of Immilith. She is tactical, and intelligent. She is killed by the end of the first episode.
(Examining animal tracks)
I’ve never seen something like this before, do you have any idea would could have caused them to do this?
I don’t know. But that’s not something Athesa normally does. I’ve never seen the gates closed during the day, and they rarely close them at night. Something bad must be happening.
(Yelling for help)
Immilith (Im-mil-eth)! Help! Please!
Aeromir is the gruff uncle of Immilith. He is has a low voice which is grumbly and raspy. He is generally someone filled with hate, but only because he sees the rest of the world as uncaring. He is extremely logical, and prefers to think things out.
(Sour)
We were sent to find you. You need to live, for his sake. And I respect him too much to have said no. Though if I’d known you’d act like a gnat flying around my head constantly, I would’ve had him go himself.
If the platform collapses then I’m dead. It’s a simple as that. No coming back from it. There’s no point in both of us dying. That’s why I’ll take the lead.
Despite being the lightest of the four of us, you’re heavier on your feet than anyone else. I’m a ranger, I’ve lived in the forests for most of my life. I’ve learned to hunt quietly and carefully. My steps are light. Immilith has learned similar skills, so it was only natural we’d both get across.
Kaya is the embodiment of a manic pixie dream girl. She is free, outgoing, energic, and empathetic. She brings out the best in people she's around, though she isn't always the best person herself. She cares for people, and goes out of her way to help others.
Aeromir is right. If Aunwal and Roland already knew about this cave, then there’s a strong chance they’re already in here, and looking for the superweapon.
Right. Because of the whole Exalid thing. Hey, Immilith, I’m really, really sorry to hear about your friend. That’s a really rough situation to go through. If you need someone to talk to, I’ll be here for you.
Great question! The blowing of the wind is a reaction within the cape. The essence of the cape isn’t reactive, but when combined a certain substance that Aeromir keeps on his person, it reacts. It creates a force from the reaction that spreads over the cape, making it billow as the trapped the reaction attempts to escape.
Mari-Wyn is the resident mage of the group. She is intelligent, and calculating, though in a different way from Aeromir. She has book smarts, but has trouble applying her knowledge to situations and skills. Mari-Wyn is an elf of whom has studied for decades the arts of magic, only to fail her final exam and become permanently scarred because of it.
This darkness and cold are not natural. Aunwal could’ve cast a spell.
Not a lie, but not exactly a truth at the forefront of your knowledge.
Alright, well, to lighten the mood I’m going to tell my life story now, since we’re all sharing. I was born in the faraway continent and nation of Balren. It’s home to the elves, but not the elves you’re familiar with. Those elves are distant ancestors of us, and when the lands separated, so, too, did our societies.
Roland is the father of the main character, Immilith. He is a man who has brought together the adventuring party, and taught them everything they know.
It's nice to finally meet you, son.
If you use that device now then the world will be destroyed! You'll have nothing to rule, nothing to stomp beneath your feet.
