An audio drama anthology series about a girl with strange dreams she talks about to her tinny recorder.
The series itself is an anthology series, consisting of episodes that differ in theme, writing style, format, etc. Be prepared for scripts that are dissimilar to each other when working on this project.
Recording for a little under half of the production will be done in-person via phone/recorder audio, with background noise and foley being done to present a semi-realistic recording. The rest will be ADR narration, with FX in post. You must be comfortable meeting up with the rest of the team in-person while recording.
Anyone associated with the project will require signing a contract, but will ensure performance is licensed to the production team, rather than completely owning it. Your voice is your own.
Auditions will be a two stage process, first you'll send in your initial audition, then I'll message you for callbacks with additional lines. If I think you're a right fit for the project, then you'll be selected.

Main character records her odd dreams due to a case of hypersomnia. She is witty, poetic, and makes being tired her whole personality. But when she goes into her dreams, her language can be beautiful, despite her day-to-day behavior.
"My mother was a poet before she died..."
(grogy, tired) "Ugh, is it on? Oh? It's on, yaaay. Back to sleep now... *Fine*, I'll do this now, *then* go back to sleep"
"Do you know how it feels to die? Sorry, that's a somewhat grim question to start on, but really though, do you?"
