Dokidoki! Pretty Cure!! English Fan Dub
Project Overview
Doki Doki Precure (Pretty Cure) is about four (five) girls who are trying to revive the Card Kingdom from the destruction that has happened to it do to King Selfishness. They transform with there Cure Lovelies and fight off the Selfishness.
(Multiple Characters have been taken already, so they are unavailable for auditioning.)
Rules to be eligible for casting:
Must have discord!
Be active for this project. (If you aren't active and you have a role I'll uncast you)
Be flexible when the audio editor or me asks you to redo your lines again.
NOTES:
IF YOU AUDITION PLEASE KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT PRETTY CURE. (Or know nothing about it. But if your casted for a role I do suspect you to watch the sub version so you can get to know your character more.) (It helps a lot when a person knows something about the show. And no Glitter Force does not count)
This project will cover the Japanese show and all of the episodes Glitter Force left and skipped out on. So its better if you come in knowing something about the Sub Version of Dokidoki Precure instead of Glitter Force. (I'll leave a trivia question on each character to see if you have some common base knowledge on the sub version of pretty cure. Getting it wrong won't hurt your audition of course. xD)
I'll be putting down feedback on each audition. Stating if you got the role. Have been rejected sadly or I see you as being this character.

I'll be adding characters to this project page as they appear in each episode we fandub. So if your looking for I say Regina or Cure Ace you'll have to wait. The characters in the roster will appear in chronological order. Starting with the characters who appear in episode 1 in the beginning at the top of the casting call page and the later characters appearing below them on this page.
The other roles are essential for us to start our first episode off! Thanks for auditioning and I look forward to working with you.

(Makoto is a singer so you'll have to sing her songs in English)
Makoto was born in the Trump Kingdom where her pretty cure powers had descended to her. She became a singer and sung for everyone including the princess. After the Trump Kingdom was taken over by the Selfishness Makoto fled to the human world with her princess in hand. But sadly Marie let go of her as she surrendered herself over to King Selfishness. Ever since then Makoto mostly became a singer to sing as she figured her princess was reincarnated as a human girl who was unaware of her power or lineage. That was not the case as it is shown later on that the princess surrounded herself in ice so her heart may not fall to the selfish. Makoto regrets not protecting her and often cries to herself alone about losing her. Makoto soons warms up to the other girls and joins there team to fight against the Selfishness and save the princess. Later on she finds out Marie was engaged and had a future husband named Joe. She often shows jealousy towards him after finding out this information. But one thing they do have in common is they both regret not protecting the princess up to there last breathes.

*In her fairy form Dabyi has a cute but responsible voice. When she is a young adult however she sounds mature and responsible as she is the manager of Makoto and her singing career when she's a adult*
Like I said before when Dabyi changes to her young adult form she often looks out for Makoto. Scheduling her next singing gig or telling her she shouldn't exhaust herself while looking for the princess. Dabyi is the only fairy who can maintain her human form without getting tired or changing back. She also can sense when a Selfishness appears while the other fairies cannot in there human forms.

Ira is one of the main antagonists in the show. He always picks fight with Cure Diamond and wants things to go his way. He takes orders from no one unless threatened as seen by Bel. He lost his memories once and Rikka took him in. She nursed him back to health despite him being the enemy. When Cure Ace came to get rid of him when he had the concussion Cure Diamond protected him from her. (Yep people ship it) Ever since the encounter he is seen being flustered around Diamond, yelling at her, or making fun of her.

Ira lost his memories when a lightning stirke had struck him.
The Selfish are the enemies in the show of pretty cure. We'll need someone to do all of the selfish in the show so I'll be casting two people to this role. Well three people actually. Just in case one is not available another person will have us covered. The Selfish also appear right in the beginning of the first episode as Cure Sword is fighting them off from her already destroyed kingdom.
