Hi there! My name is Marioguy, and I'm currently working on a personal project called Diamondside! It's essentially the idea for a game that will likely never actually exist, and it's really just a fun story for me and my friends to enjoy. The main focus of Diamondside is that it's essentially a glorified fanfiction, where a whole bunch of characters for pre-existing properties are slapped together into one setting. Some of them behave quite similarly to their original counterparts, while some are almost entirely different characters, only loosely based off their origins. This specific project is simply a small script reading between two characters, the male protagonist and one of the many party members! This is also to find those who would be interested in keeping in touch to voice these same characters for future projects, so if that sounds like something you'd be down for, that's great!

The protagonist, he's a very optimistic and kind person. He has a bit of a higher voice, and he speaks with a cheerful tone, but acts very emotionally when angry. Somewhat child-like. Can be a small bit sarcastic at times, but never intends to hurt the feelings of his friends.
[You’ve just moved into the city of Diamondside, and are very excited to explore and meet new friends] “Oh man, this place is the coolest! So many potential friends everywhere I see! Watch out Diamondside, here I come!”
[You're confronting a burglar on the street, incredibly angry that someone could hurt another person for something as low as money] “So what!? You think you can just go around, hurting people and taking their money!? You… you’re just a great, big, jerk!!”
[You've just discovered powers that can be used to fight evil, and are determined to use them for good] “I don’t think I’m ever going to be used to fighting like this… But if it means I can protect this city, and the people in it... I’ll give it everything I got!”
She's the co-host of the local radio station, Diamondside Radio. She speaks very energetically and confidently, and is known as a very cool person. However, her cool facade only masks her deeply rooted loneliness. When this facade is broken, she speaks with much less confidence. She also has a bit of a potty mouth in general.
[You’re beginning your daily broadcast of your radio station, Diamondside Radio] “Alright alright alright!! It’s that funky time of day again!! I’m your host, DJ Candy, and welcome… to Diamonside Radioooooooo!!!”
(Angry/Broken) “Just because I’m popular, you think I’m happy!? Bullshit! When everyone you know idolizes you, there’s not a single damn person left to actually be your friend!!”
