DereDere Animated Series
Project Overview
DereDere is a show meant to teach people about the different Dere tropes. It personifies each of the tropes and tries to make them more human so people will remember them and hopefully what each trope stands for. Not everyone is a Tsundere.
DereDere is not a plot-heavy show. There is no hidden lore or grand overarching plotlines. It’s a simple character-driven comedy. The animation isn’t anything extraordinary, but hopefully, the character designs will make up for that.

Despite the budget being set as "For Fun", Payment is actually 0.05 per word for each character! Payment is set to increase depending on series reception!

His one friend his whole life has been his next-door neighbor, Dere. All his info on the outside world came from her, so he has a very optimistic view of the world. He believes that if you’re kind, you can change even the most heartless of people. He’s no dunce either. He’s one of the smartest kids in the school. But book smart doesn’t always mean street smart. When it comes to most Social Cues, he’s pretty much lost. The keyword is “most”.

Her reputation as a freak had already been set in stone. While she can be very distant and shy while on her medication, she tends to be very clingy and wild when off of them.
