Dinah Laurel Lance is a crime fighter of Star City that is happy to help anyone and will not care if you trash talk her. She takes of herself but still loves Oliver Queen. She has a sonic scream that can shatter glass.

Oh Huntress, she is little extreme but she's pretty sweet.

Brick is a meta huamn with a reddish, stony skin that grants him invulnerability and super-strength. His success as an underworld kingpin is due to his brilliant criminal mind rather than his superhuman powers. He goes against Green Arrow in his efforts to gain power.

Donna Troy is the sidekick to Wonder Woman who eventually becomes part of the Teen Titans. She is very feisty and ready for battle. Donna takes most situation logically and seriously but that doesn't mean she won't crack a joke sometimes. Let's see what you can do. She has a lasso and all the other typical powers of Wonder Woman except less strong.
You are not done with this case. Dick you know what makes you different from Bruce. People trust you, they feel comfortable knowing you are not keeping any secrets from them.

Malcom Merlyn is actually a crazy talented fighter. He trained with the League of Assassins, and let's not forget his stint as “The Dark Archer.” Merlyn has a knack for hitting his opponents where they are weakest, and killing (literally and metaphorically) every fight he takes part in. He is great with a bow and he mostly uses it for his rival with Green Arrow. Even if he is a murderer, he cares about his family.

Oliver Queen has a very dynamic personality. His passion and intensity make him strong, although he has always had difficulty finding direction in life. Born into wealth, he didn't need to work for most of what he had and was raised with very little responsibility. He takes his vigilante job seriously, but can easily be distracted by the glamor of being Oliver Queen. He will do anything for ones he loves, even if it hurts them.

Malcom Merlyn is still in prison so he can’t be here. It would make sense if he was. Malcom has the money to buy those missiles, but it’s not him. I know the culprit is in this building

Garth is a respectful, witty, courages, energetic, gullible, but is also not the smartest. He is the head of his class in young atlantean training since he can create water constructions. He becomes Aquaman sidekick and later a member of the Teen Titans. He goes on a retreat to meditate and become stronger with his powers.

I haven’t been in action since I left the team, but I guess now is better time than ever
T.O.Morrow is a brilliant scientist and made Red Tornado to be a weapon. He spends the rest of his life making robots and trying to convert Red Tornado back to his side. He is slightly crazy but is able to keep it together most of the time compared to his friend Ivo.
Hey you be careful with Red Tornado, it’s my creation. When I reprogram it I want it to be in good shape
Impressive Ivo, but now I want more. We can see he can replicate Red Tornado’s powers but what about other heroes?
Amazo has one purpose and that is to take down heroes. He follows direct orders. He has not much personality except following orders.

Please use voice modifier for this role to add a tiny robotic tone to your voice, not too much. John Smith aka Red Tornado one wish is to be human. He tires his best to fit in but doesn't always succeed. He says most things with certainty. He was made by T.O.Morrow to fight when all Red Tornado wants is peace and to live with his girlfriend.

Professor Ivo is the creator of the android Amazo. Ivo wants to destroy heroes and other typical evil villain motives. He is a little quirky and crazy.
Scarecrow, your little fear virus worked after all.
I call it Amazo. I hope to put it into an android, right now it is built in code. I want to have a beta test with it. I say we put it into Red Tornado’s mind. Amazo should replicate any powers it sees.
Scarecrow who is a villain of Batman who is an expert in fear gas has now moves on other villainous activities. He is working with Ivo and T.O.Morrow to figure out the fear of androids. He is a twisted man that believes fear is always the answer.
Do you know how humans get better, they learn from fear, and trauma. They use those experiences to become better, to become happier. That’s all I want, for people to grow.
It doesn’t matter if you lock me up, fear will always arrive.
