Project Overview
16 Ultimate Students have been recruited from all around the world to attend Hope's Peak Academy, a school for teens who are the best at what they do. Little do they know the terrors that will take place at that school, or why they were recruited in the first place.
Dr: Terra Dev is a Danganronpa fan game project that requires talented VAs to voice in it! Please audition and feel free to try out for as many characters as you want! Phoenix is our resident protagonist ditz. As the Ultimate Oracle, she’s very soft, but tells very dark prophecies. She’s always been a leader since she grew up taking care of 5 younger brothers, but when it comes to life decisions she relies on her prophecies to guide her, which isn’t always the best decision. She’s 5’5”, likes swimming and disliking crowded spaces.
She speaks in a medium to high pitched voice, slightly more on the higher side. Her voice is very rhythmic and almost like Angie’s inflection, with a hint of a Greek accent.
(Note: The accent is more of an add on, it'd be nice to have but we might cast you without it)
(Clears throat) ...I’ll start then. (Excited) Hello everyone! My name is Phoenix Pavlovia, and I’m the Ultimate Oracle! You can count on me to lead the way, as I can see things most others cannot~
(Dark and foreboding) ...This place. One could call it the origin of chaos, devastation and despair. The birthplace of the heaviest sin-- a stirring place for anger and jealousy. I must warn you all, it seems the end for many here is nigh.
(Advising, nyeh energy)- Mmm...Yukine, you need to stop being a doormat. Seize opportunities like the legends in the famous Greek epics, and stick up for yourself, silly!

Yukine is the Ultimate Ice Sculptor, and an introverted boy; he’s very naive and soft, but also can crack a joke if needed. His faults are his many insecurities and being unaware of social etiquette. He's a family kid, as his talent comes from being raised in a family who runs the most renowned Ice Sculpture shop in Japan, almost in the world. They're a small business that don't earn much besides in the winter, so Yukine is grateful for everything he has.
Yukine’s voice on the higher side, a bit like a soft, light version of Naegi’s English voice. It’s not too feminine, but it’s also on the lighter side of masculine.
(Surprised) - …aH! O-oh, hello, I didn’t see you there. I suppose we’re doing introductions, right? I’m Yukine Takahashi, and I’m the Ultimate Ice Sculptor, though it’s nothing that special-
(In awe) Oh, gosh, really Phoenix? That’s incredible! It’s not everyday you run into someone who can tell the future…

Nora is a legend, to say the least. Her actual talent is the Ultimate Violinist, but out of hatred of her family lineage, she calls herself the Ultimate Kazoo Artist, and even bribed Monopengu to change it on her talent card. It's heavily implied that's she's done some sort of crack in her time alive, and she's a major women's rights advocate. Wild to the core, this "5 foot" (4 foot 11.75 inches) brat could beat you up if she wanted to with her constant angry outwards appearance, but inside is a big softie who really means no harm.
Nora’s voice is slightly on the higher side, with the tone and inflection of Hiyoko, and the sleepy “Nyeh” energy of Himiko. Her voice can be dramatic at times. but very chill at others.
(Tired, panting) ..What do you want, ditzy? I’m busy making *art*, as you can see. I’m Nora Tsugami, and I’m the one and only Ultimate Kazoo Artist.
(Engaged and thrilled, but smug) You, sir. You are the only intellectual in this dump. I haven’t met anyone like you in a while, so I’ll consider taking up your offer~

Mo is quite playful and childish. He loves playing pranks on people, and gets a laugh out of teasing them. However, he tries to avoid hurting others’ feelings. He teases Yukine the most and is quite the flirtatious bastard, to say the least. He can be very immature, but he uses it sparingly.
He has a mid pitched voice with a bit of a slang as he talks fast sometimes. He has a naturally slightly feminine voice as he is genderfluid and just prefers he/him; it’s almost like his voice is naturally mid to low and feminine but he’s purposely making it deeper slightly when he projects.
(Nonchalant, slightly flirtatious) Nyeheheh~, sup’ hottie! I go by Mo. (pause) What? My talent? Maybe later sweetheart...
(Giddy and childish) No way. You’re Phoenix Pavlovia? Your initials...that’s two Ps. PP! Your name is PP now. Whassup, PP?

Karl is just a big dumb sweetheart. He's got more brawn than brains but it's not much, he's still fairly smart. He sees potential in Nora's "talent" as a “Kazoo Artist” (Violinist, it’s just a big mix up) and thus grows incredibly close to her, despite her being a brat. He's always courteous to others but absolutely despises it when people can't plan things correctly. It comes from working in the tour business. He gets frustrated with Phoenix from time to time, but only wants to help her keep her mind on track.
His voice has the inflections of Kaito Momota. It’s masculine and deep in pitch, very loud and bold, and has a German accent that comes out when he’s irritated.
(Note: This applies to all accents: We might still cast you if you cannot do the accent depending on the amount of auditions who do, so don't be discouraged! :) )
(Slightly nervous chuckling, then friendly) Ohoho, I guess it’s my turn now. Hey, I’m Karl Ernst, and I’m the Ultimate Roadie. If you need any help with heavy lifting, I’m your guy. These muscles are proud to be from the fine country of Germany, so you know they’ll get the job done.

Aneta is a soft young girl with a big compassion for others. She loves teaching and helping others but when something doesn’t seem right, she closes up and turns quiet. She enjoys many activities such as cooking and painting in her freetime, but is very afraid to go outside her comfort zone when it comes to people and her hobbies.
She speaks many languages, so her voice is mainly americanized, but has a tint of european left over. She speaks fast and has a naturally higher voice that drops to medium pitched when she’s upset.

Jess puts on a tough girl act, she’s more rough and blunt about her feelings and opinions but she means well. She enjoys telling people about her work and some funny stories that come along with it, and likes to think of neat tattoo designs for everybody if they ever wanted to get one, just to help pass time. Miss Adams takes nobody’s bullshit and will stand up for herself and others, often telling Mo to stop his schemes and help put him in line.
She has a Australian accent, and it comes out stronger when she’s mad. Her voice is medium pitch, almost like Kirumi’s but higher.
(Curt) Look here. Name’s Jess Adams; Ultimate Tattoo Artist. I come from down under, run a little tattoo shop there, nothing too shabby. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m gonna look around.
(Annoyed, slightly disappointed) Quit it, Mo, do you think anybody would want an immature nickname like that? Man up and call her by her actual name, or at least something more respectful.

His voice is very curt, has good annunciation, and is at a lower to medium pitch. When he’s calm and not irritated his voice can become very rhythmic and soothing.

Kana is the nonbinary firedancer. They're outgoing and hotheaded, and always take on any challenge. They're very protective of their twin, and encourages them to try harder and speak more often. Kana is the one who's popular and has a bunch of friends and fans, but always makes sure mention Leilani and help get their name known just as theirs is. They say that if Leilani wasn't there to help calm them down and make sure they were in line, they wouldn't have gotten the fame they have now.
Their voice is quite casually yet soothing, medium-low in pitch and slightly rhythmic, but not as rhythmic as Leilani’s. Imagine Angie’s voice but lower.
(Upbeat, normal) - Why hello, I’m Kana. Kana Kahale, Ultimate Firedancer. Leilani and I are twins, and we’re almost never apart. I’d recommend not crossing us. Just for...safe measure.

Leilani is the Shadow dancer twin; a sweet, nonbinary human that uses they/them, like their sibling. They’re much more timid and soft spoken than their sibling, and they let them do the majority of the talking. Since they're incredibly quiet, they never really had friends and only hung around with their family and their family's/Kana's friends. Leilani always follows Kana because they have their full trust as their only family and friend, and helps them cool off and psych up for their next "dance recital".
Their voice is basically the same as Kana’s except a lot more rhythmic and spacey in inflection.

Austin is your standard friendly Texan. He’s of course got the accent, the boots, and a hat to match his talent, the Ultimate Cowboy. He’s strong, dependable, trustworthy, but is mostly a loner, though he gets along with crowds just fine. He’s got a bit of a temper but he does his best to control it and be the outgoing, dorky young rider he usually is. He grew up on a farm with his parents, younger brother and sister, and grandparents. He also has a brown horse named Bucky.
Austin’s voice is deepish, with the outgoing force and inflection of Kaito Momota’s voice.

Lacie is very ditzy, eccentric, and can be dark and foreboding at times. She grew up with her Pa (her grandfather) in France, helping him with clocks in all of her free time. She and him are known for their city-wide famous crepes, gorgeous clocks and kind hearts. Lacie gets very sensitive when someone mentions her past trauma, but overall is a sweet girl who loves helping her friends.
Her voice is higher pitch but not so high as Mikan’s. It’s very energetic but can become very dark, grim and even a bit creepy when she’s upset.
(Note: Bonus points for a hint of a French accent, but it's not required!)

Hiroto is...very tired. He shows little emotion, but often does things that aren’t typical for a guy his age. You can imagine him being a bit like Maki, except instead of being cold to his classmates, he’s just reserved, stoic and tired. Running on negative hours of sleep, Hiroto is very protective of the kids he works with, usually around kindergarten age. Around them is the only time he ever lights up, and he always comes prepared with a mini backpack full of coloring books and crayons. In his free time he likes to catch up on the latest trends and styles, and sometimes even sketches fashion designs of his own.
Hiroto’s voice is on the medium to low side in pitch, mainly more mid pitch.

Mars is very outgoing, loud, and sometimes rude. She really thinks she knows what’s best for everyone, even stuff other than their perfect look. Sometimes oblivious and petty, Mars can be enjoyable for a while, but never had many friends as a child and still doesn’t. However, she does have her own goals, morals and pursuits, though she might not show it.
Her voice is a soothing low pitch, and she talks using lots of slang. You could imagine her with a slight New Orleans or Compton type accent, but the accent isn't a big part of her character
