INTRODUCTION
Hello everyone! We are Danganronpa: Chains of Trust! (Braydon and Germany) Chains of Trust is a Danganronpa fangame which takes the series in a slightly different direction, pulling a bit back on the comedy aspect and focusing on the students trying to survive in a sick and twisted killing game. Although the game is not going to be super dark and gritty, it will not be as upbeat as most Danganronpa games are.
ABOUT THE GAME
Chains of Trust is a 2D visual novel being developed in Ren'py.

Maria Delgado is the protagonist of the story. She's friendly and outgoing, while also being a good people person even if she is prone to being annoyed/stressed out by others.
"What's up? I'm Maria Delgado, the Social Media Personality!" |
(Thinking out loud, processing) "But if Maya went into the library at seven, how'd she end up in the girl's bathrooms at seven as well?" |
(Sure of it) "No! That's wrong!" |

Maya Coleman is a participant of the killing game. She's well-liked by her peers and tends to tease a bit. She often finds herself going out of her way to make others happy.
"Helloo! I'm Maya, the.. uh, Real Estate Agent." |
(Hesitant) "Uh.. Yeah! I guess I can do that for you." |
(Playful, flirty) "What's wrong? Scared of something big and long?" |

Dani Yoo is a participant of the killing game. Although she's not mean, her no-nonsense type personality can come off cold to her peers. She's energetic and happy otherwise.
"What's up? I'm Dani, the Dance Choreographer!" |
(Annoyed, impatient) "Seriously. It's not hard. Just put your damn left foot over your right one. Come on!" |
(Unsure) "I don't think so... It just doesn't make any sense." |

Sorano Chisaka is a participant of the killing game. She's a calm and collected person, although not very nice to those she doesn't know or like.
"Hello, I'm Sorano-- the Flight Attendant. Pleased to meet you." |
(A bit overwhelmed) "Right-- okay! I'm on it. Just gimme a second!" |
(Angry, annoyed) "Can you please just shut your damn mouth for a second? I know you see me trying to figure this out. Quiet." |

Elyse Altergott is a participant of the killing game. She's very meek, often speaking quietly. She has a hard time making new friends due to her distrust in others. (Although not required, bonus points for a German accent!)
"U-Um.. Hi.. I'm Elyse, the Translator." |
(Scared, shocked) "B-But then that means... If he--... N-No..." |
(Upset and confused, slightly yelling) "You're supposed to be our friend! How could you... H-How could you..?" |

Anaisha Puri is a participant of the killing game. Although she's a sweetheart, Anaisha is very dumb for a lack of better words. She's also loud, very, very loud.
"Hey! I'm Anaisha, and I *love* Soccer!" |
(Confused) "Um.. Guys? If he killed Thomas wouldn't he have blood on his clothes..? This doesn't make any sense to me.." |
(Happy, outgoing) "Alright! Let's get out there!) |

Cleo Dozier is a participant of the killing game. She's focused and highly intelligent, but she has a hard time admitting that sometimes she's just wron.g
"Huh? Oh-- I'm Cleo, the Investigative Journalist." |
(Processing a thought) "Hm... I think Maria's right, you guys. If what she says is true then... well... He would be our prime suspect." |
(Annoyed) "No. That's not right. I'm telling you that's not right! Just listen to me, okay!?" |

Pheobe Ha is a participant of the killing game. She's a strong and well-liked person, however she finds herself being easily flustered, and sometimes she thinks with her heart instead of her brain.
"I'm Pheobe, I like to um, style hair." |
(Flustered) "R-Really..? You... You think I'm.. c-cute..!?" |
(Upset but determined) "N-No... I'm not letting you take us all down. I know you're guilty. I know it!" |

Elias Becker is a participant of the killing game. He's quick thinking and witty, using his smarts to his advantage. He's a bit of a jerk, putting himself on a pedestal above others.
"I'm Elias. I'm a Screenwriter, do you know what that is?" |
(Annoyed, done with it) "No. You're wrong, sorry. If that was the case then we wouldn't have found the hairband near the body." |
(Quiet, meek) "I.. I've never talked about this before... I don't.. I don't know.." |

Kazumi Shirai is a participant of the killing game. He's a big and loveable guy, towering over everyone else in the most non-threatening way possible.
"Hey there! I'm Kazumi, the Cat Groomer!" |
(Upset but hopeful) "It's because you are my friend.. that I know you didn't do it... Please just... fight a little harder. We can figure this out together, okay?' |
(Happy) "Aw... You kinda remind me of one of the cats back at the shelter. Such a little cutie!" |

Bellamy Thomas is a participant of the killing game. He's a sweet, understanding, and patient guy. Although he tends to get too serious sometimes.
"Nice to meet you. I'm Bellamy Thomas, the Couple's Counselor." |
(Nervous) "A-Alright... Let's just try and talk this out, okay?" |
(Caught off guard) "A-Ah..! Did you.. Did you need something..? I-I'm here if you do." |

Harvey Woods is a participant of the killing game. Although he is relatively friendly, he has no idea what boundaries are and tends to overstep them. He's touchy-feely and no one quite cares for it.
"Ooh.. Who do we have here? I'm Harvey, need an uh.. massage?" |
(Annoyed, forceful) "Just... stop struggling! You have a grey hair!" |
(Surprised) "Oh my god... Did she really do that?" |

Adrian Vidal is a participant of the killing game. He's an honest guy, and cares for his friends greatly. However he's a bit naive and lacks a back bone.
"Hey! I'm Adrian Vidal, and I am a Novelist." |
(Nervous laughter) "Haha... What does that mean...?" |
(Surprised) "P-People really do that...? I thought that was something just for T.V..." |

Hyun-Woo Im is a participant of the killing game. He's a bit weird to put it simply, and loves all things dark and eerie. He's kinda neutral personality-wise, not overly mean or overly friendly.
"Hey dude. Wanna join my cult?" |
(Flirty) "Maria... Babe, chillax. We've got this, alright?" |
(Courteous, then a bit confused) "Ladies first-- oh.. and Bellamy, I guess." |

Joshua Velasquez is a participant of the killing game. He's loud, rude, and could care less about anyone else. Yet he has this strange charm to him...
"I'm Josh, and I help people become the best vocalists they can be!" |
(Careless) "Pfft. Alright, and this is coming from the girl who said that the moon isn't real." |
(Angry) "Can you just stop!? I told you I don't care. I don't care about any of you. Shut up!" |

Michael Harris is a participant of the killing game. He's friendly, but not open to change. He believes what he believes and that's final.
"Good to meet you, I'm Michael-- the accountant." |
(Thinking, and then happy) "What if we put that there... then maybe-- Yeah! That looks good." |
(Annoyed lowkey) "I'm not saying that you're wrong--! I'm just saying that I don't agree..!" |
Although we don't need custom music, it would be super cool to have it! If you're willing, please audition/message us!

Not much is known about the Warden other than the fact he's the one controlling the horrible killing game. His voice is deep and he hardly shows positive emotions, focusing on anger and hate for the prisoners.
[You've just revealed yourself to the prisoners, you're feigning friendliness] Good afternoon everybody! The time is currently 2 P.M. |
[You're replying to one of the prisoner's question after they thought you couldn't hear them, your tone is somewhat dark] I can hear you. I can see you too. You can call me The Warden. |
[Your true nature is starting to come out as you feel slight excitement as you begin to explain the killing game to the prisoners] If you ever wish to escape this place, you’re gonna have to do something. Something bad. The cost of freedom is none other than a fellow prisoner’s life. |
