DANGANRONPA: Bright Blood

Kioshi Sekura is usually a quiet boy that usually keeps to himself and doesn’t talk very much, however, there is an exception to this when he becomes anxious. He tends to wear bulkier clothes, as they make him feel much more comfortable since they are quite spacious, warm, and homey. Although his talent is socially based, his social skills are not ones to be desired. Because of this, in a conversation, it would be quite the task to carry on a decent conversation as a normal person. He would rather just keep to himself. Concentrating is another thing that he finds hard, as he loses interest in things and doesn’t put his all into it.  Despite all these problems, he is quite curious about the unknown and to gain as much knowledge as possible. For instance, even though he has no clue about social queues or anything of the sort, he is truly enamored by them and wishes to know more.

Sumaiya Fusajiro, despite her many many wins, is a very humble person who came from humble beginnings. It's fairly difficult for her to open up to others, or trust others at all. She prefers being alone, rather than being in the spotlight, despite her impressive winning streak. She likes winning but she doesn’t like the press that follows. She’s fairly reluctant to speak. She cares immensely for everyone else but is far too shy to interact with people due to her thinking they’d see her as more important than what she truly believes she is. She is very caring, and gets easily upset when something bad happens, even if it’s small. She’s a very down to earth person who only talks when she needs to and enjoys her own free time as well as being with others who treat her as an equal. She strives to be a better person and make a good and lasting impact on the world, and prove that not all celebrities are stuck-up and hubris and that some are just normal people. It’s hard for her to focus on things, as she has a very low attention span unless it’s something she’s extremely committed to.

Akira Watanabe is an asshole. He’s very entitled and believes himself to be better than everyone. He has excessive amounts of hubris and pride for his talent especially after redesigning the Japanese province flags and having them all be put into commission which inflated his ego heavily. He treats people as inferiors. In the Killing Game, he’s more obsessed with finding the mastermind of it rather than concerned for people’s safety. He doesn’t get easily attached. He’s very judgemental, he’s very untrusting and very untrustworthy. He will betray someone in an instant and won’t think twice about it. His intentions are questionable most of the time. He secretly cares about all of their well beings, he just prioritizes finding the mastermind so that they can get out. He’s very judgemental and very harsh most of the time, however. He is very unwilling to give in on his beliefs and is very stubborn.

Teku Raijin is kind, friendly, and approachable, though she prefers to spend most of her time alone, and doesn’t like to have ‘friends’, due to her fearing that she may let them down, and thinking that having friends wouldn’t really be that beneficial for her. She spends most of her time on wiring, trying to finally achieve the role of SHSL instead of P-SHSL, and rarely speaks or goes out, though she doesn’t mind it if she has to. Whenever she’s interested in something, she pursues it thoroughly but lacks the motivation or attention to focus on anything that she’s not intrigued by. She may be considered a ‘realist’, but that doesn’t mean she’s not a dreamer, too, and her little mind is constantly overflowing with ideas, which may be the source of her continuous headaches. Unlike her other classmates, she thinks mostly logically, and based on facts, rather than emotionally, and maybe stubborn because of this. She also doesn’t understand when people do something she doesn’t consider to be ‘logical’, and may get extremely confused to the point where she’s overwhelmed. Teku tends to fixate constantly on tiny details and hates it when things are messy, unorderly, illogical, or simply just doesn’t ‘work’. She can get quite annoyed when things don’t go as they were planned, and hates to do anything without a plan, though she tries to stay relatively calm and patient in these situations. She’s always bored in her classes, due to her being so far ahead of her year level, but she doesn’t like to admit it because she doesn’t like to put herself above others.

Haruki Yanamoto is very outgoing and loves to have a good laugh. He’s extremely energetic, and can easily come off as annoying. He’s defensive of others and hates controversial matters, even at times being quite upset by the discussion of them. He’s often very oblivious, and can accidentally be rude, but doesn’t mean to be. Because of this, others tend to avoid him because he makes them uneasy. Even though he is quite the extrovert, he enjoys alone time all the same and loves spending time outdoors, especially in the garden. He’s very chill and calm and almost never loses his head. He does not wish to ever upset anyone so he remains a pacifist most of the time. You won’t find him intentionally starting arguments or being apart of them. He hates when he accidentally upsets someone by being unintentionally rude.

Kairi Ohira believes that wigs make anything better, hence her title of Ultimate Wig Stylist. She’s obsessed with giving people ‘makeovers’. She can be quite brash and rude when someone refuses her ‘help’. She’s very persistent and adamant but overall is a very good person. She likes to give people pep talks and make them feel better about themselves. She doesn’t like it when people refuse her ‘help’ because it makes her feel worthless which is the complete opposite of what she wants, so she can be quite forceful. She loves cats and well, maybe a little too much…(Yes she gives cats anime hair). She is a caring and persistent person who can do her best to give the other students hope in the darkest of times.

Denjiro Tanaka is intelligent, phlegmatic, and secretive, and hesitant to open up about his feelings. He’s rarely fazed by any events, and almost always manages to maintain his composure. Though he’s cooperative, he tends to work alone and prefers not to work with anyone else. Despite being an investigative reporter he favors the truth, which is probably why he publishes independently. Though he has a stone-cold exterior, most of the time, he can be easily aggravated by certain things. He tries to be considerate, but he usually comes off as self-centered and apathetic when trying to help others. He is naturally curious and can be a bit pushy.

Azuki Oe is very bubbly, outgoing, friendly, and approachable. Despite being seventeen, she acts very childish and adds a little charm to her boisterous persona. She acts very kind and caring and has a lot of childish wonder and imagination. Her energy can be quite annoying for most, and she isn’t very good at reading the room, either. She can come off as quite daft, though she really is quite smart, she just can’t infer things very well, or real feelings. She cares about people and dogs alike (Dogs usually more than people). She tends to be a nervous wreck when she isn’t around Dogs or other people. She is an extrovert to her core and loves talking to people. Due to this, she gets on the less talkative peoples’ nerves.

Hajiro Kunitaro does not usually speak unless spoken to, and when he does speak, he’s very quiet and articulate. He’s incredibly loyal and faithful, unfortunately, this also means that he’s desperately frightful, dependant, and can be quite childish and oblivious. Though he hates to do bad things to others, and for bad things to happen, he will go against this if he feels it best for those involved. He’s extremely trusting of others, and though he prefers to be alone or with the people he feels most comfortable with, he tries to be friends with anyone he can. He’s an excessive hard worker. He describes himself as a people-pleaser and does almost anything he can to help someone. He’s prone to putting himself down and oftentimes wishes he weren’t so nice. Despite being extremely childish and dependent, Hajiro is quite intelligent, though mostly refuses to think that highly of himself.

Aika Nakamura prefers to distance herself, and simply analyze the situation, but that doesn’t mean that she’s not energetic and outgoing. She loves to be helpful and inspire people, but can sometimes come off as a bit self-centered, though not to the point of complete annoyance. Aika could also be considered childish at times, due to her vocalist persona being so bright and bubbly. She understands that a lot of people are quite surprised to find that, when not using her vocalist persona, she’s actually quite intelligent, and likes to spend time alone. She has a hard time trusting people, despite being so friendly and approachable, and quick to make friends. Her speaking is also quite articulate, though not as much when using her vocalist persona. Unfortunately, when it comes to her dislikes and pet peeves, she can get quite aggressive, especially when she’s pissed off on certain days. With her vocalist persona, however, it must be noted that she tries to be more passive-aggressive, or simply tries harder to ignore it. She can switch between her two ‘personas’ - her vocalist one, and her more ‘personal’, ‘normal’ one. Aika is secretly quite ruthless...

Jurian Kashoku is quiet, intelligent, and prefers to stay out of things. Unfortunately for him, however, he’s also quite defensive and easily annoyed and gets into a lot of arguments. He’s self-conscious, and very insecure, but tries to puff his self-image up and pretend he’s some sort of a legend. He doesn’t like to touch upon controversial issues and hates socializing overall. He prefers working alone to working with others and gets quite aggressive when someone asks if he needs any help because it damages his ego enough that they think he might need help. He used to be quite violent and feels extremely embarrassed when confronted with his past violence. Deep down, he cares about other people a lot but hesitates frequently about what he should do in certain situations, and whether he should help at all. He’s very confused about his identity and how he should feel about things.

Chiasa Kobayashi is not soft-spoken, graceful, or elegant. She is by no means shy. She loves the 1900s style and mannerisms, though doesn’t like the 19th century itself, she still prefers the modern era. She upholds the morals of style, class, respect, and empathy, and hates violence, unreasonably loud places, among other ‘modern’ things. Still, she has never learned to embrace technology and fails to admire a lot of modern innovations. She’s far from quiet and speaks in a fast, inarticulated manner. She loves to help people out and be kind to those who earn it, though will not hesitate to give rude people ‘a taste of their own medicine’. She prefers to be a ghostwriter rather than take credit for her work because she believes she can bring joy to people’s hearts through her work and do people favors without her identity being known, plus she simply hates attention. She appears to be extremely stoic, but this is because she tends to bottle up her feelings and burst in private. She prefers dealing with things head-on rather than emotionally, or any other way.

Yakumo Igarashi is kind, loving, mischievous, and overly charismatic, he shows a deep understanding of people and loves to communicate, many people adore him and he enjoys the attention. He has a habit of making things difficult for people purely for his boredom and shows a kind facade to hide the enlightenment. He has a great sense of humor and a plethora of bar stories from his time working in his dad’s Bar. He’s easily the most charismatic and charming member of the group. Unfortunately, he isn’t always trustworthy and can be manipulative and a wolf in sheep’s clothing. He intentionally tries to manipulate via blackmail and other motives for getting what he wants. He believes any manipulation that he does is for the betterment of the group as a whole.

Murasaki Kamu is extremely loud, humorous, and can be quite obnoxious, though she doesn’t mean to be rude. She’s only quite sassy if someone does something incredibly stupid, or is unnecessarily rude. Sometimes she plays the Devil’s Advocate to get under people’s skin, but most of the time, she tries her best to be genuine and sincere. Despite her seemingly approachable, boisterous nature, she’s introverted, and feels her best when she’s alone, or only with her closest friends. She keeps herself closed off to everyone unless she trusts them, which may take an extremely long time, depending on the person. Her voice/accent is exaggerated and articulate, though she won't refrain from using slang. Surprisingly, at least to most people, she’s incredibly intelligent and highly educated in everything she argues about. She also sometimes boasts, but that’s when she’s on a sugar rush since she tries to be as humble as she can (unless she’s being satirical or ironic). She greatly enjoys pop culture and wishes that her talent was the Ultimate Shitposter, or something similar, though she doesn’t mind her current talent, either. She’s grateful, though at times, can be self-deprecating. She doesn’t like to take herself too seriously, nor people who do that consistently, and likes to see the humorous side of things. Unfortunately, that’s a cover for her often nihilistic realism, and she finds herself repeatedly questioning her identity, purpose, and the meaning to continue. She can come off as germaphobic due to her need to clean things, but this is simply a result of her OCD and heightened sensitivities. When tired or anxious, she looks over most things, but she usually notices tiny details most others don’t. Sometimes she forgets to eat food due to her almost always chewing gum. Despite loving to argue, if she wanted to be, she could be an excellent problem-solver, due to her creativity, analytical skills, and imagination.

Yaketsuko Aiuchi is a young man who is very in touch with his feminine side, He cherishes colors and makes sure they are everywhere in the vicinity, including himself. His talent is an interior decorator but he wants to make sure that anything and everything is fabulous. He also has OCD, so not only does everything need to be spectacular, it needs to be in the proper location as well. If something is not right, he will have a meltdown right then and there. Yaketsuko is not afraid to tell anyone if something is not right, he will outright demand that they fix said thing. His character is beyond eccentric.

Yuna Ichibangase is incredibly optimistic and caring, She has a kind demeanor and heart that helps give new light on subjects during the killing game, she seems to be incredibly outgoing and is liked by the majority of the characters, she is seen as supportive and determined, she, however, is incredibly competitive with her background, competitively kayaking in many races across the world, at times she is too persistent on pushing people which leads to discouragement at times. She loves to see people succeed and her work is shown to all. She loves collaborating with people and working together. She loves when the whole team gets spotlighted, not just one individual, she doesn’t take kindly to people who are egotistical and crave attention just for themselves.

Emishi Teshimine is a friendly and often flirtatious sounding man but also ever the skeptic. The amount of trust he has in another person seems to be 100% but this could always be a facade. Emishi uses his kind demeanor to lure others into being completely open with him. He does this out of habit from gambling and overseeing gambling tables for when he has to catch cheating, changes in behavior, and speech patterns. He’s intrusive and inquisitive, wanting to get as much out of you as possible while also remaining on friendly terms. He’s not above using his looks to distract or get information from people as well, intentionally wearing tight or revealing clothes at times. Emishi has a very princely look about him, some would even call him pretty. This is due to his skinny frame and soft yet refined-looking skin. Emishi is someone who understands others sometimes even more than the person who understands themselves. It’s common for people to trust him and put their faith in him, but in reality, it’s a mystery whether Emishi should be trusted or not.

Satoku Buridoji is a pretty friendly guy to those he meets, but he can get very angry at any moment. He's almost like a ticking time-bomb, waiting for the perfect chance to explode. He's a hothead who loves competition and will do anything to win. Even though surfers are usually super chill and easygoing, Satoku is pretty much the opposite. It's probably best to stay on his good side because his bad side usually ends up getting hit by a flaming rage when things don't go his way. Though, to those who can overcome his boiling-hot exterior, he will be more than willing to open up to them. He's pretty social and very energetic when he speaks.

Kazune Atanta is used to portraying her emotion through multiple masks that she uses to hide her naturally shy and timid personality. These masks work for her in a way that makes her embody the emotion portrayed in the mask. She essentially becomes what the mask portrays. Her multiple masks can portray anything from Sadness to Anger to Fear to Conceit, to Cowardice, to Envy to Avarice to Judgement. Her mask for the majority of the story would be what shows her emotion, not her facial expression. She garnered a massive fan base from the various plays she’s been in and directed, instead choosing to go the way of greek theatre and use masks to portray the characters’ emotion rather than the actors’ actual emotion. Thus she became known as the Ultimate Thespian. Underneath her whole acting thing, she’s a pretty nice and caring person who doesn’t really know how to express herself without her masks.

Ace Mitake is brutish and boisterous and has always had a habit of finding herself in hard to get out of spots, whether that be in trouble with the media, or free falling from thousands of feet off the ground without a parachute. A free spirit without a filter has its own troubles and secrets though, and Ace is no exception. She shows her strength through her sense of humor though, either brightening people's day or ticking them off with her crude and dark sense of humor.

Voice Range: Medium, (Almost Gender-Neutral)

Keiko Taiyo has a sharp mind and is very wise. Growing up with only her siblings and father, it is no wonder that she is not exactly the most social butterfly. In fact, you could call her the opposite of social, as she does not get along with almost anyone. She also has a short temper, and she will snap at the smallest little thing. Because of not having to depend on others for survival, her survival skills are in peak condition, and she focuses completely on those. As a bounty hunter, these things are absolutely crucial.

As a Dialogue Writer, we will be trusting you to help with the writing of the script of this fangan. We expect and really need you to be active in the server and help with the planning of the fangan in general

As an Animator, you will help with the actual animation of the fangan. This includes everything ranging from minor animation, intro cards, executions, and trials, this is a job where you can take as much time as you need to get things done as it isn't as urgent as some of the other roles

As the Line Artist, you will help with the creation and design of sprites. This is a role we desperately need so you will likely need to be reasonably active on the server.

As a Graphic Designer, you will create the stuff that makes the fangan look presentable. This is also a role that you need to be reasonably active in the server. The design and presentability of a fangan are important.

As the Music Composer, you will create the music of the fangan so that we can have a Jammin soundtrack. This is an important job as well and might also require a reasonable level of server activity from you.

As a Video Editor, you will be trusted to handle the editing department of this fangan and you will be trusted to make sure our videos themselves look presentable.

As an Audio Engineer, you will be trusted to handle sound effects, voice acting, and music of the fangan so that our fangan's audio sounds as crisp and good as it can
