Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel
Project Overview
What is Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel?
Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel is an original, furry, Danganronpa fan series. 14 Ultimates must participate in a killing game in order to escape with their lives. Autumn Hotel will be a Youtube video series in the style of a visual novel. Each episode will be 25-60 minutes long. It is strongly and heavily recommended you watch the already released prologue to understand the tone and atmosphere of the series. Important: Because this series is not profit this will not be a payed position!!
What is Autumn Hotel about?
Apart from the killing game, Autumn Hotel is about 2 factions. The Ultimates who are privileged due to their benefits from the World Government and the Anti Ultimates who believe all Ulitmates must die to save society as a whole. Autumn Hotel is about the characters relationships to these 2 beliefs. Autumn Hotel will have all your Danganronpa typical elements as well (BDAs, trials, executions.
What to expect from me.
Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel is a very dialogue heavy series. This does not mean an heavy workload on the voice actors. Voice acting will be added for important moments and emphasis on certain lines. CGs will usually be voice acted. Trials will not be fully voice acted. I will handle everything else myself (editing, art, writing exc.). Episode will come out on a weekly-biweekly schedule depending on my workload and if I'm on hiatus. I will always be open to giving more time if needed. Quality>Quantity.
What I need from you!
So I need voice actors! Everything that is needed to accurately capture these characters is below. Despite me being quite specific on some requirements, I encourage creativity and I wont be too strict on them. You can definitely change my mind. The guidelines are there to help you not limit you!
Rules:
You must be 16+. Autumn Hotel as a series is 16+ due to its themes and content. There is one 18+ character that character is specified in his description.
Have a good mic. I doesn't have to be studio quality just make she its good enough not to be distracting. Low background noise and clear quality are necessary.
Be able to make deadlines. I'm okay with giving slight extensions but if you don't communicate and constantly miss deadlines than you will be removed from the project.
Be active on discord. That's where I will communicate with you!
Don't worry about multiple takes! You can do many or just one its fine!
Have fun!

Rosalie (Ro-zuh-lee) is the protagonist of Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel and the Ultimate Toymaker.
Rosalie is kind and always determined to do the right thing. She's eternally curious whether that be about her environment or, other anthro's. She has a desire for knowledge that causes her to ask more questions than most. She wants to understand and help others even when it doesn't benefit her or she shouldn't. Rosalie is not a pushover. She has the presence of a teacher: someone who wants to guide others to the correct conclusions rather than give them the answers. She corrects mistakes but tends to not intervene in to let individuals learn their own lessons. Being the Ultimate Toymaker, she mentors children. Through work that is were she gains most of her empathy and understanding. Interpersonal relationships are at the forefront of her mind, however, she is very intelligent and a great problem solver.
Voice Requirements:
Rosalie should have a voice that sounds kind. She should sound like a teacher or instructor in the way she conducts herself. Not too much energy, but not monotone, a calm voice. A voice with a, down to earth, true, kindness. This voice should be very clear, serious (in the way that she is very genuine), but also expressive.

(Genuine, giving advice) It’s hard when you don’t see the direct effects of your work but, that’s alright. You have to be happy with yourself. Knowing that you did your best.
(Somber) Maybe I am cynical but, I do think we underestimate our own evil......who we could be when placed in a position like this.
(Forceful, conviction)I try my best to do what I can. As all Ultimates should. But, we want to live a fulfilling life. One were we can be grateful for what we have.
Buddy (Bud-dee) is the deuteragonist of Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel and the Ultimate Mechanic.
Buddy is a strange man. His odd behaviors tend to turn most individuals away. This causes him to cling to the anthro's that do tolerate him. That anthro being Rosalie. He looks for validation from her more than anyone else. His self worth is a mixture of pitying himself and pride at his own abilities. More often than not he will twist narratives to make himself the victim. He's judgmental but is very cowardly and hates confrontation. But, none of this is purposeful nor is he malicious. He's actually quite silly in the way he comes off. Non threatening and even more so childish. Like he's unaware of his own bigotry like he's ignorant to his own flaws.
Voice Requirements:
Buddy should have a very expressive voice. One that can't easily be taken seriously. A man in tone but, a teen/child in delivery.
Buddy is the deuteragonist thus will have a slightly larger speaking role than some other characters.
Buddy should have a masculine, medium tone voice.

(Scared) I think it would of helped more to tell me lies about whatever is goin’ on here. All I’m hearin' is that I’m gonna die and never see anyone I care about ever again. I have people who depend on me!
(Prideful, offended) I'm perfectly fine with bein' an Ultimate! She just wants to complain about problems that don't exist then blame us for her being unhappy. I worked too hard to be told I don't deserve my privilege.
(Frustrated, pouting) What if they're never happy? What if you spend your whole life workin’ and you ain’t even given a shred of thanks. Not even a smile.
Jess is a character in Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel and is the Ultimate Dog Groomer.
Jess is an older woman. Due to a brain injury, she has issues with her memory causing her to forget things quickly. She is quite unfocused and always tired. Never present. Her service dog Dougie Bear (Doo-Gee Bear) helps her navigate her disabilities. Jess is clever but quite careless. She has an apathic attitude about most things. She's stubborn. She hate's other anthro's worrying about her because she finds it annoying and unnecessary. Despite this she has a bit of a sense of humor about the chaos around her when she bothers to pay attention. She find the emotions of the other characters almost foolish but entertaining like a tv show.
Voice Requirements:
Jess' voice should sound weathered like she's lived a lot of life already. Her voice should be in a tone were it feels like half of her mind is in a different place entirely. Jess is a slow speaker.
Nothing should be said with urgency or energy.
Jess should have a feminine, medium - low tone voice with a rasp due to heavy smoking.

(Amused) I know my brother is lookin’ for me now . He can barely stand 10 minutes without knowing where I am… heh he’d fall apart missing me for a whole day.
(Confused but disinterested) The Anti Ultimate folks are still a thing?… Hmhp…I haven’t been payin’ attention I guess. I’ll just believe you on that one.
(Reminiscing, slightly more energetic) I’m not competitive like I used to be… But if you saw me ten years ago, heh, I know I wouldn’t have been found playin’ for second. I loved to win. That was the only reason for games to me.
You must be 18+ to voice this character.
Wulf (Wolf) is a character in Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel and is the Ultimate Traveler.
Wulf is mysterious, that's what he wants to be, that's what he takes pride in. He takes his comfort in being on his own and not relying on anyone. He doesn't want to care about anyone else. He's selfish and he knows that. He's a cynic believing that everyone has only their interest at heart. Despite that it would be incorrect to assume he's rude. He very cordial with everyone he meets but, once you lose his respect its hard to gain back. His veil of mystery is a facade if he feels exposed he can become quite reactive. After that, its easy to see his ego is fragile.
Voice Requirements:
He should sound older. His voice should sound quite charming with a slight gruff quality to it. Very confident, sure of himself, purposefully void of weakness. Not extremely expressive, he should sound distant but able to be more gentle and open in his expression as well.
Wulf should have a masculine, deep tone voice.
- male adult
(Calm, serious)I am an independent man. I go where I wish, when I want, with no problem. The thought of being another’s toy strikes a fear in my heart that I haven’t felt in a long time. We may all die here.
(Anger) That’s it? Obey her commands? Let all of them disrespect you? You let them say things to you that I wouldn’t dare let anyone say to me.
(Softer, concerned) The path to hell is paved with good intentions, Lady Yvette. Good actions with bad motivations are just cruel deeds in the end.
Isaias (I-zay-uhs) is a character in Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel and is the Ultimate Ice Sculptor.
Isaias is a teen boy who is not thrilled at the idea of being an Ultimate. A lot of the time he can come off as frustrated or rude. He hates being seen as lesser or childish by the adults in his life but also hates the responsibility of his Ultimate obligations. Isaias is a smart kid and shows it through his sarcasm and quick observations. He doesn't like to admit he likes things because its "uncool". Isaias is not great at expressing himself. He does care. But, he is going through typical teen angst. Trying to find his ideology as he navigates the world.
Voice Requirements:
Isaias is a 15 year old boy so he should sound like an adolescent. His voice should be expressive especially when angry or frustrated. His expression of happiness or appreciation should be a bit strained like he's trying not to admit that he feels that way.
Isaias should have a medium tone voice.
- male teen
(Frustrated, matter of fact) There's no meaning when I’m doing my sculptures I’m doing my job I’m expected to do. It’s made to look good for a while then melt away.
(Thankful) Hi Rosalie……uh thanks for not….forgetting about me. I..I really appreciate it.
(Angry) I can't stand her and I'm tired of people acting like they like her. There cannot be anyone who legitimately likes that woman.
Yvette (ee-vet) is a character in Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel and is the Ultimate Poacher.
Yvette is has an intimidating presence. Her talent combined with her appearance make others fearful of what she could do. Her intimidation does not equal her strength however. Yvette is very passive. Calm in her demeanor; serious and thoughtful. She's quiet, never saying more than she feels she has to. She avoids conflict only intervening if she has to or is told to. She keeps herself very composed and subservient to the current authority. However, Yvette at points can become unstable and show a uncharacteristic amount of anger and aggression. In this state she seems to be a completely different woman.
Voice Requirements:
Yvette should should have a calm and commanding voice. Her voice should sound slightly stiff as if hiding any emotion that might come through. Her voice should a grit to it perhaps due to wear. An American southern accent is strongly wanted for this role.
Yvette should have a feminine low tone voice with an American southern accent.
- american (southern)

(Conviction) Why not expose the people who are allies with the person keepin’ us here. They have the motive to kill. We need to stop them.
(Resentful, slight sadness) My past in the military ain't somethin’ to be praised. It turned me into what I was. I want it to be forgotten. It should be forgotten…
(Low voiced anger, commanding) DON'T throw my name in this argument. I ain't nobody's pet so don't you ever compare me to one.
Aldonzo (Al-dawn-zo) is a character in Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel and is the Ultimate Interior Designer.
Aldonzo is a average man despite his Ultimate status. He likes to read, paint, and indulge in the various skills and hobbies that he has. He tries his best in everything he does, you will rarely see Aldonzo not finish a task he started. Aldonzo has the tendency to not be confident in himself and will second guess himself. He's not stiff willed and his opinion can change with enough convincing. He's very kind and tolerant. Avoiding trouble is what he does best. He has a reputation for being boring due to his very innocuous personality. He's not boring he just keeps most of his thoughts to himself. He's a bit of a philosopher when he's not so private.
Voice Requirements:
Aldonzo should have a soft voice. Never aggressive but still expressive. A very smooth voice quality.
Aldonzo should have a masculine, mid-low tone voice.
- male adult
(Pleased) Good idea. We'll do a lot less arguing and save a lot more time in the process. Not to say our conversations aren’t productive, just that they could be more productive.
(Kind, Apologetic) If either of you need something, ever, come talk to me. I'll be happy to help... especially after the trouble I caused.
(Worried) I was bored for the first time in years……..bored is incorrect… maybe aimless. Usually I love to sit and think but in a killing game. It’s different.
Zariah (Zar-eye-uh) is a character in Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel and is the Ultimate Luck.
Zariah is fun. She has a unmissable energy about her when she's engaged with other anthros. She's extroverted and extremely friendly. She has a lot of patence with others and he's the though of anyone being alone. Most of all she likes having fun. She's very careful with other anthro's emotions and will try her best to not do anything that may be upsetting. She hates bullies and often will defend others even if it's unjustified. Octavian is her best friend and she would do anything for him.

Zariah should have a feminine, medium tone voice.
- female adult
- female young adult
(Bragging, humorous) They determined I was too powerful so they made Ultimate to try to control me. Ha! Little do they know I can’t be controlled.
(Confusion, slight seriousness) I'm the Ultimate Luck. I don't contribute to society negatively or positively. Whatever dude put us here is doing this just to do it. Anti Ultimates really just be…doing things.
(Chill) Don’t get so heated about it, it's a game! It’s for fun man. Don’t worry about winning or losing, it's about playing, the journey, y'know! I like to have fun, that's it.
Octavian (Oct-tay-vee-in) is a character in Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel and is the Ultimate Poet.
Octavian likes to be considered the calm and sensible on in his duo with Zariah. That's not necessarily true as he can be less stable in his mood than others. Octavian is very sarcastic. He has a love for dramatics in concept in reality he can find them quite unenjoyable. This opinion doesn't extend to himself however and he commonly complains dramatically about many scenarios. He has a fascination with dark subject matters and an interest in how the mind works. these thoughs can be quite intrusive to him but tend to subside a bit when Zariah is around. With her around he's normal like he deeply wishes to be.
Voice Requirements:
Octavian should have a very expressive voice. He should switch between almost actor like in his delivery to a more grounded slightly uninterested delivery.
Octavian should have a masculine, medium tone voice.
- male adult
- male young adult
(Offended) This mastermind is too busy to explain their own killing game? I find it offensive that they couldn't make time for us.
(Judgement) I know you're trying to make us feel some type of despair. But you're not unique for feeling a bit of pain. You're not the only “tortured soul” in the world.
(Amused, lighthearted) Just don’t think about it too carefully. I spent years of my life trying to figure it out. It’s not worth it. Quantifying something that is a mere concept is a torturous endeavor. Do not attempt it.
Elizabeth (E-liz-a-bith) is a character in Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel and is the Ultimate Philanthropist.
Known as the most generous woman in the world, Elizabeth has a reputation for being very kind. She is a celebrity that is beloved by most but hated by the Anti Ultimates. She carries herself with a demeanor that makes the Anti Ultimates seem irrational. She's very calm under pressure and takes leadership roles in any given situation. She too good to be true in a way. Her image is scrubbed of flaws in order to be served to the public. She loves her fiancé Luan and wants to keep him safe
Voice Requirements:
Elizabeth should have a sweet voice. Something about it should sound fake but not robotic. But she should have the ability to sound vindictive and slightly intimidating when the vail is dropped.
Elizabeth should have a feminine , medium tone voice.
- female adult
- female young adult
(Serious) You have a less than favorable opinion of me. Mostly due to misunderstandings of some sort. I understand that, however, the last thing I want to happen is for this discussion to turn into an argument.
(Sweet, appreciative) You give me too much credit. I didn't mean to take charge, it's just a natural inclination of mine. After all, it's easier for everyone if we all keep calm and try to figure out what is going on together.
(Anger) Everyone here dies for your revolution ? A revolution that you aren't even considered a part of? You're not a traitor, the Anti Ultimates never let you in on their plans. You're like all of the rest of us.
Luan (loo-awn) is a character in Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel and is the Ultimate Film Critic.
Luan is a nerdy guy who struggles with social anxiety. He's not shy but he is quite nervous especially when his partner, Elizabeth, isn't around. He loves and trust her a lot, following her decisions on most things. Once comfortable, Luan is very friendly and can become quite talkative and ramble. He used to have a temper but overtime that faded. He can be a little prideful about his skills as the Ultimate Critic.
Voice Requirements:
Luan should sound like a nerd, not necessarily goofy, but cute, in the way that he's kind of awkward.
Luan should have a masculine, medium tone voice.
- male adult
- male young adult
(Nervous) I don’t like showing my face in public anymore. I'm scared someone will know it’s Luan the Film Critic. Then take a picture of me and suddenly my face is as well known as Lizzie’s.
(Lovingly) built my whole career on pissing people off. She built her whole career on being justifyingly loved and admired for all the things she does.. her just incredible work all the charity she gives to.
(Proud) If it’s an opinion on a film then I’ll go against the grain no problem. I’ve switched the whole consensus on movies before.
Mei (May) is a character in Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel and is the Ultimate Empath.
Mei is not empathic. She purposefully pushes peoples buttons just to see their reaction. She know exactly what flaws each of the characters have and how to play on their insecurities. Mei likes the control she has by knowing what each of the Ultimates are feeling at any moment. This imformation is something she hoards for her own benefits. She has self preservation though and doesn't go to far with her taunts in order to not get hurt.
Voice Requirements:
Mei should have a voice that is able to switch between villainous and innocuous. Mei is a very expressive character. Despite this she usually will not show sadness in her voice.
Mei should have a feminine, high-medium tone voice.
- female adult
- female young adult
(Amused) You're still taking this seriously? You don't even care about anyone but yourself. So maybe worry about yourself.
(Disgust) Oh no, ewwwww no I won’t tell you anything. You’re not using my certified Empath insight for your weird hypocrite dogma. Figure out what you believe then come back to me.
(Softer, genuine confusion) No she’s not lying….was I wrong?
Sunniva (Sunny-vuh) is a character in Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel and is the Ultimate Chess Player.
Sunniva is an Anti Ultimate. She hates Ultimates more than anything else on earth and will make sure you know it. She's very devoted to her cause often making every conversation political even if it doesn't have to be. She's very angry and rants a lot about her beliefs. She truly believes she's the smartest in the room at all times. She enjoys the idea of causing harm to Elizabeth. She tends to be impulsive and not think her plans through before acting on them. Most of the Ultimates do not find her as intimidating as she thinks she is.
Voice Requirements:
Sunniva is loud!! She will yell a lot! Be prepared for that. She has a very forceful voice. Convicted in everything she says. In calmer situations, she sounds rude no mater what she says.
Sunniva should have a feminine, medium tone voice.
- female young adult
- female adult
(Angry) Oh! So my free speech is a threat of violence now? Do you realize how fucking stupid you sound?
(Frustrated, baffled) How many anthros are out there in poverty, suffering, dying? Just a statistic to you all. Look at you all having fun in a killing game…..the world is a killing game and you're all just having fun.
(Serious, somber) If I’m nothing else I’m the most honest one here. And I won’t compromise my beliefs for anyone or anything.
Milo (My-low) is a character in Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel and is the Ultimate Ventriloquist.
Milo is a shy boy. Being sheltered for most of his life, he find it hard to interact with the other Ultimates on his own. Because of this his puppet, Jack, often has to assist him. Milo doesn't see the world normally and is perceived as strange because of this. Milo is very friendly and likes being helpful when he can. Jack can often give him bad advice that can lead him to make choices he doesn't want to make.
Voice Requirements:
Milo is 16 year old but should sound younger than that. He should have a slightly squeaky voice. That doesn't sound matured.
Milo should have a high-medium tone voice.
- male teen
(Anxious) Oh w-well the Anti Ultimates are pretty scary. I would want to cross them. Jack is being a bit mean about it you know.. uh they have their opinions we have ours…
(Glad) I don't get gifts often....... I love it when I do! It makes me really happy.
(Naive) I'm okay Jack, it's fine! I’ll always listen to you!
Jack is a character in Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel and is the Milo's puppet.
Jack calls himself Milo's father and insist that him and Milo are two separate beings. Jack is an older man who is stuck in his ways. He's confident and stubborn and will share has opinions more than Milo does. He often will give Milo advice for better or worse. Its unclear what Jack actually is whether has a character Milo made up or a separate personally.
Voice Requirements:
I have no voice preferences for Jack. All I ask is that he sound very different from Milo and sound older than him. How you want to interpret that is up to you.
Jack should have a masculine voice.
- male adult
(Self important) I, as a previously well known and now retired politician, would like this election to be fair and without bias.
(Annoyed) He doesn’t control me, he has his thoughts, I have mine, I was on this earth before this kid was even born.
(Commanding) I better not see either of you two men getting shown up by a lady!
Uni is a character in Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel and is one of the two mascots.
Uni is the less aggressive of the two mascots. He presents himself as calm and charming. He's the leader of the two and talks much more than Gon does. He takes he job quite seriously and can sometimes be annoyed with the Ultimates' antics. He enjoys encouraging the Ultimates to kill each other.
Voice Requirements:
Uni should sound like an older man. A cool, strong, and smooth voice. Like he's in total control.
Uni should have a masculine medium-low voice.
- male adult
(Convincing) I’m fair. As stated by the UniGon Social Contract we must be fair.
(Ominous) Remember your lives are equal in the eyes of the Anti Ultimates. You shall die equal to.
(Triumphant) Rejoice in revolution! Be glad children! Soon we’ll be free.
Gon is a character in Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel and is one of the two mascots.
Gon is the aggressive on of the two. Less invested in rules and technicalities and more in the violence of it all. Gon is seemingly stupid and is only there to enforce the killing game rules. Though maybe there's something more to him than that....
Voice Requirements:
Gon should sound goofy like a cartoon character with a really silly laugh. He should sound unintelligent but he's having fun.
Gonshould have a masculine voice.
- male adult
(Threatening) HEHEhehe keep runnin' but we’ll be watching ya we always are!!
(Childish) I'm Borrrrrrred. I want some action that’s the point of a killin' game ain’t it Ultimates dyin'?
(Excited) OH! Big words, very big words HEHhee! Tell me what they mean Uni!
Sara is a minor character in Danganronpa: Autumn Hotel and is the Ultimate ???.
Not much is know about this mystery woman. Just that she was supposed to be in the group with our Ultimates but somehow went missing.
Sara is an older woman. She should sound like a business woman. She's trying to sell you something and it could be bad for you.
Sara should have a medium tone voice.
- female adult
(Annoyance, dismissive) I don’t like the way you watch them, study them like you want to be one of them…
(Proud) You know I’m an analyst. That is my job and specialty. I spend more time thinking about Ultimates than anyone on the planet.
