Project Overview
A desperate couple on the brink of divorce seeks survival from a global pandemic through a mysterious organization offering robotic upgrades and immortality. But a cure for death comes with the ultimate price: becoming a part of something bigger they no longer control.

Deadlines are fairly flexible, but would generally like to have lines by two weeks of casting (the quicker, the better!). If you don’t think you can meet this deadline, please don’t audition. Recording will be done remotely and asynchronously.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be 13+ to audition
Please be sure your recording doesn’t have any background noise. Good quality mic is recommended.
Must have discord to communicate (or be willing to create an account)
Please include your discord username in your audition.
When auditioning, please READ ALL THREE LINES (exception if role has less than 3 lines).
Please feel free to experiment when recording. Do variations of the lines, ad-lib, all is welcome, interpret the lines your way.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot provide monetary compensation, but IMDB credit will be given.

Adult, male
Gerald is the husband of Nela. He is a curious and cautious guy -- wants to know the knick and knack of things before committing to doing it. Weigh the pros and the cons. He and Nela are planning for a divorce in the very near future.

(pushy, yet confused and curious) Any more details about that? And what else did you say? Continue the cycle? What does that mean?
(cautious) They don’t know how to reverse it. It was also in the fine print. But...I…I just wanted to make sure you’re 100%.
Adult, female
Nela is the wife of Gerald. She can be demanding and pushy to her husband at times, especially when she feels in the right. She and Gerald are planning for a divorce in the very near future.

(shocked, up to interpretation) Another couple, didn't even look at us. Rude.
(outraged) You know what…fuck you, maybe I can do it alone. That’s why I want a divorce. You can’t make up your fucking mind sometimes.
(desperate, pushy) Here, hurry up and sign it before you change your mind. Don’t think about it. Just do it.
Adult, female
Gabby is the clerk in the office who signs Gerald and Nela up for the treatment. She typically has a kind and pleasant demeanor, but is also capable of being demanding at times of frustration.

(genuine) Okay, now, really think about what you are doing…do you really, really, want to do this? Remember, this is a lifetime, permanent change for the both of you.
(demanding, upset) You both signed the papers! Either step in through that door or we will force you to! There, you will receive the initiation process.
Adult, any gender
The Initiator is the person who initiates the treatment process. There are only these three lines, so if you are chosen your audition will be used for the final recording. Feel free to interpret the lines however you like.

He is the husband of Liz, and the couple has gone through treatment with the organization. David only has one line, at the very end of the story. If chosen, your audition will be used as the final recording, but you may re-record if you wish. It is recommended that you record multiple takes and/or variations of the line.
Something to consider -- variations of a somewhat robotic response is encouraged.
