Concord Stories is an add-on of Sim Settlements 2 for the Bethesda game Fallout 4, releasing in December 2025. Its goal is to add new stories, characters, and places to discover in the whole Commonwealth. The stories are sometimes standalone and also sometimes integrated with the rest of the stories in the mod. Hence the name... Concord STORIES :)
Dozens of new NPCs, quests, shops, locations and items will be added to the game.

Story Description
In the Commonwealth, eight new baseball teams have emerged. Each of them has their own jerseys, values, goodies and weapons. The Concord Crushers, the Castle Catchers, the Hittermen of Goodneighbor, and many more...
In Paul's shop, the player can discover these new teams, as well as buy their outfits, goodies and merchandise. These post-apocalyptic baseball teams follow the Wasteland rules as described to us by everyone's favorite baseball fan: Moe Cronin.
Paul is helped by Elsa, a passionate fan and expert in skull bashing. She helps keep the shop secure from thieves and raiders.

Story: Born from Diamond City, Paul is a friend of Moe Cronin. While Moe is more passionate about the past, Paul is more focused on building Baseball back up in the Wasteland, helping the different teams. While not strong, he's calm and shrewd businessman. He supports the Upper Stands, the team of Diamond City.

Yeah... And those aren't easy to find. Probably a little bit expensive. But you know what, Elsa? I can paint your baseball bat! That would be easier!
Story: Some call her a borderline Raider, but Elsa is just a very passionate hooligan, Wasteland version. The Upper Stands team has no bigger fan than her, and she's ready to bash the skulls of rival hooligans to prove it. She is strong and ruthless, but she has a soft spot for Paul. She sees Paul as her little brother (even though he's older than her) and takes on the role of protecting him and his store.
