Project Overview
Ceragon Dubs (channel link can be found here) is a fandubbing group. We are currently doing Otome Games, however we are looking to expand to comic dubs as well. Since this is a very large production and we only have 1 director doing everything, we will be needing additional help.
Rules:
1. Before applying you must keep in mind this is a LONG TERM project. It could take months, or even YEARS to complete. So please, apply at your own risk(You WILL NOT be paid for this)
2. You will NEED a discord account. This is where our production will be taking place.
3. You must be willing to give your email IF we ask for it!
4. You must be reliable, meaning, that you will remain in contact with me at all times. You must not go MIA for weeks or even months, especially when work has been given.
5. Since this is not a paid project, the least we can do is help promote your social medias and properly credit you.

I will sometimes be unable to completely photoshop some of the comic panels. I will be needing helpers who have experience with photoshop to help me remove any words/text bubbles that appear in some panels. Please show some examples of your photoshop work via google drive! (Please make sure that the link is public!)
The reason I will need helping with photoshopping out text bubbles, is because we are going for a more cinematic look for the comics. An example can be found here: https://youtu.be/8SzHIsxik54?t=7s
**You DO NOT need photoshop to help out! It doesn't matter what app/software you use-- what matters is that you if can remove the speech bubbles.

We will be needing all sorts of artists for these projects! Please link below some of your drawing examples/entries! (You must understand that this is NOT paid gig. However, we will give you full credit to any and ALL social medias that you own)
1. Please state why you would like to be an artist/lineart creator.
2. Are you inactive, fairly active, or super active?
3. What is your style? (Cartoon, Realistic, Anime, etc)
4. How long have you been drawing for?
5. What position would you like to apply for? (Traditional art, Digital art, coloring/shading, lineart, comic creators?)
We will also accept traditional art, and lineart creators to turn traditional art into digital art and accept artists to shade the pieces once turned digital. Comic creators will help us create original comics (mainly for The Arcana.) The writing team will help script these comics out, and work will be divided.

At the moment, we are thinking about animating some of our comic dubs. We will be needing a team of animators to help us accomplish this. Animators will not be animating the entire comic, just bits and pieces of certain panels if they are webtoon comics. Animators will be credited by having links to all of their social media platforms in the description for their assistance.

Because we are looking to introduce our fandubbing group to comic dubs as well, we will be needing more editors. If you have edited comics in the past, please leave some examples!!! We would like editors to animate comics, but that is not required!

Because we are working to work at a faster pace, we are looking for game recorders to help us out. In the comments of your application, please answer the following questions:
- What device are you using to record? (Android, iPhone, tablet.. etc)
- Do you play any of the games that we are fandubbing? (Lost Alice, Blood In Roses, Destiny Ninja 2, and Wizardess Heart. It is okay if you do not play any! These can be played via mobile phone, tablet, and facebook)
- If you answered yes to playing any of those games, do you have any obtainable spin-offs? (Spin-offs that you play events for to get)
- Anything else we need to know?

We will be needing multiple audio engineers to help us balance out/clean up our audio! (We will only be looking for audio engineers for our Webtoon comic dubs. Should we get a bigger team, we will try to do them for our other fandubs as well.)
We will mainly be working via google drive. I will edit whatever needs to be done, and separate them into 2 files: 1 containing all of our VA’s audio, and the music file. I will then assign it to an audio engineer and once the finished product is done, it will be uploaded via drive with the link sent to me. I will then upload the video, and credit the engineer for helping out.
Since we are working to have an upload every Friday, audio engineers must be able to complete their work within a set deadline if possible. Since this is a volunteer job, I will be more than willing to give you extensions or lend any help you may need from me. However, if I have another video scheduled to upload that week, audio engineers will not have a deadline of one week.
