hello! do you like to act like a maniac? do you like to scare your neighbors with cryptic phrases and screams? i have brainrot of this series SO BAD, and there's no english dub so i figured i'd do it myself, and this will be the place for you! looking for long term vas who are passionate about voice-acting and singing, as well as editors and audio producers. since the series is a bit complicated (i think) having knowledge of the show would come in handy. we will be dubbing the trailer first, release it, then start on the songs, then the interrogations. even if you do not know about the series, that's fine as it's still ongoing and it's not too big in western communities.

MILGRAM, established April 2020, is an ongoing interactive music project by DECO*27 and Takuya Yamanaka.The premise is that there are 10 prisoners residing in the Milgram Prison; they have all committed "murder". Over time, their mental images will be projected into a music video, containing hints and clues hidden in it. With these videos in mind, it is up to you to find out the truth behind their actions and deem whether they should be forgiven (innocent) or not (guilty).In Milgram, there's a three trial system. Each prisoner will have 3 different MVs. For each video, you will be able to vote on their verdict (for the specific prisoner). Dependant on their previous verdict, their trial will change it's direction. Keep this in mind when you vote!You can judge the prisoners on Official Website, the prisoners' trials will be updated on the Official YouTube Channel, and further relevant content (e.g., interrogation questions, news, etc.) can be found on the Offical Twitter Account. some guidelines to follow :)
1. have a fairly good microphone/audio quality (no glitches, pops, heavy background noise, fuzzy sound, no ECHO)
2. i will choose with a preference for those who have singing experience in either jp or eng (or both), but we can always cast two individual people for singing and normal VA.

i'm looking for a very androgynous semi monotone/dead-inside voice to play this role. should lean towards the deeper end of the scale, but should sound pretty young. this role also contains minimal singing (only one song so far), but an absolute insane amount of lines. two people will most likely be cast for this role.

A quiet young prisoner who's normally always looking at the ground. At first, he would only respond to Es’s questions with a word or two. But as he starts to open up more through conversation, he slowly starts to become more talkative. When you're able to communicate with him properly, you can see his true personality: a kind and gentle person.
He is mild-mannered and does not seem to dislike being in MILGRAM. He tries to converse with Es and the other prisoners, but since his communication skills are poor, he is unable to hold a proper conversation. -From the MILGRAM Wiki

A female high school prisoner who appears trim and tidy. A pretty young girl who has a gentle, laid-back and whimsical attitude. She's surprisingly good at reading the room, and is able to stop conflicts from breaking out. She has a habit of jokingly asking for money. She's quick to get friendly with people, even in her first meeting with Es.
She adores getting special attention, and is delighted when she is favoured. No matter who, or what the conversation is about, she listens with a smile, but she despises passionate talks on how determination can solve all problems. -From the MILGRAM Wiki

A young, strong-minded prisoner with fierce-looking eyes. Out of everyone in MILGRAM, he is the most impulsive and has a rough temper. He has a strong sense of justice, and will strongly oppose any wrongdoing. When talking to Es, he protested on his own rights, and demanded better living conditions. His tendency to get his emotions overcome him and his harsh words make it easy to misunderstand his character, but he isn't a bad person, but rather a good-hearted but cowardly individual. -From the MILGRAM Wiki

angry boy. probably sounds like a bundle of unbridled rage and ego (i honestly see him sounding like angry Ezreal LoL... maybe a bit deeper?) one thing to note- he has a very gritty/rockish singing voice, his songs are fairly high energy, reminds me of shounen anime OPs. feel free to leave your own interpretation though!

A bishoujo prisoner who seems to be cut off from the rest of Japan, and has an air of transparency. She appears to be indecisive but is actually very blunt with her words, and can’t accept being in the unusual situation in MILGRAM. When meeting Es, she appeared very wary. Her seemingly well upbringing suggests that she was likely born into a fortunate family. ojou-sama princess type, but i feel as if she sounds like fischl genshin impact. extremely dramatic, very easy to flip sides, so looking for a medium-high female voice (with sort of a stuck up tone? like a voice that kind of makes you want to hate her... lol) i think experience from voicing tsunderes will come in handy here. (also she's half french so feel free to try it with a SLIGHT accent)

A tall male prisoner with gentle expressions. He is considered to be one of the more senior prisoners in MILGRAM, and he is cool-headed and calm, or at least not easily perturbed. When meeting with the prison guard, realising that they were far younger than himself, he seemed to treat them like a child in an attempt to make them feel comfortable. A talkative, ever-smiling female prisoner who's warm like the sun. She doesn’t play favourites with the people she interacts with, and is very devoted. She is the oldest among the female prisoners. Despite that, she's pure-hearted, always acting cheery even when she's being teased or lied to. Her presence in MILGRAM allows others to feel more relaxed.
When being interviewed, she tends to talk a lot, and she seems to have developed some special feelings for the prison guard, and sometimes also shows a lonely, vacant expression in contrast to her normally bright and cheerful self. -From the MILGRAM Wiki

An ordinary prisoner who is confused and perplexed by the personalities of his fellow prisoners. Mikoto always tries to adapt to the situation. Unlike the other prisoners, Mikoto doesn't know what crime he committed and suspects that he got involved by mistake. A rabbit that has horns. He should be a UMA (Unidentified Mysterious Animal) from the Wyoming state of America, but for some reason he is guarding the prison along with Es. Aside from being a guide in MILGRAM, he also instructs Es on how to perform their guard duties. He speaks human language, and has a facetious personality.
