There are the Hue, a magical race of people who are sought out and used by the Tones for their magical properties. The world is in a state of ruin and their king has no plan to fix anything. This has allowed bandits, rogues, and mercenaries to run rampant....

Teal, Magenta and their two other brothers aren't just Hues...they are Archhues, the direct children of Black and White. Teal loves his brother but there's a lot of underlying tension between them...

Magenta is the most perfect and powerful being in existence only second to his mother(Black) and his Father(White). Magenta and his twin brother were extremely close and were there for each other when their mother vanished. Magenta was his father's second-in-command for the dawn of the universe. Before long it is said that Magenta got bitter and resentful and thought he'd be a better god than his father. A rebellion started in Stellaregia and Teal fought and won against Magenta. Shortly after, Magenta was banished from Stellaregia and thrown into Monochromheim. He was later called and only referred to Crimson, the evil god.

King Photumbra is a sadistic king who takes pleasure in oppressing and killing Hues. Hues are used in his kingdom to heal and assist Tones, being slaves in his empire. He created the race called the "Tones." He used Crimson's Axe (which was left behind in Weivelandia after the fight between Teal and Cyan) to challenge White in battle, while Photumbra was out-matched, the Onyxprism(Which was holding Black in it) called out to him and he defeated White. He is later revealed to be Grey, the third primordial. (White being the first and Black being the second)
