Behind The Scenes with TGF & Co. - Character Casting / Additional Help Needed!

Character Description:

She used to be one of the original archangels that existed before the world was even created, alongside Azrial - making them sisters.

I'm pretty sure you know the basic story for Lucifer, if you've read the stories: She fell from grace, tried to wage war with Heaven, and ended up being banished to Earth before becoming the Queen of Hell. 

However, after that, Azrial followed her down to Earth and fought her for the materials needed to create humanity. Azrial ended up winning said fight, which caused her to become "The Angel of Dark and Light" aka The Grim Reaper. Ever since then, Azrial and Lucifer have been on bitter terms with each other - but grew to tolerate each other over the years, enough to where Lucifer will come to "visit" Azrial every now and then - rather than fight each other while leveling entire islands…

Anyway, since Lucifer's goal is to drag poor unfortunate souls down to Hell, she's essentially the embodiment of Chaos - if left unchecked. She will encourage any mortal to commit any kind of sin, just for the hell of it. She has no limits, boundaries, or morals - aka she'll do everything in her power to make your life a living hell, no pun intended, if you end up on her bad side. Unsurprisingly, she also makes deals with mortals if they call her via a pentagram. She'll give them everything they ever wanted, in exchange for their soul. However, there's a good chance that the deal will turn sour very quickly - since she doesn't take lightly on those who wish for easy riches without earning their keep. So, you're better off not making a deal with the devil.

However, she will treat all hell-born demons with all due respect - mainly because it's not their fault that they were born there.

Now, with that said, how is she connected to this story?

Well, when Azrial revived TGF, she was forced to take his soul in order for the spell to work. Equivalent Exchange, to put it lightly. However, TGF was supposed to die that day - and guess where his soul was supposed to go? That's right, he was supposed to go to Hell! Now, since Azrial unwillingly owns TGF's soul, Lucifer is unable to claim it. So, out of spite and as "payment" for his misdeeds in life so far, she decides to cause absolute chaos for TGF & Co. - whether they like it or not!

Why was TGF supposed to go to Hell? Well... He essentially played God and brought Daisy - a sentient humanoid robot - to life, not to mention the fact that he regularly hangs out with three literal demons. He was kind of screwed from the start.

What I'm Looking For:

I can imagine her with a royal, proper voice when she's around other demons. However, when she's around with only mortals, I imagine her being less formal and more unhinged at points - just completely chaotic and ready to cause Hell for the poor unfortunate souls. If I were to use a reference... A voice like Risky Boot's from Shantae (Seven Sirens, specifically) would suit her, except a bit more higher pitched and more raspy.

To put it as bluntly as humanly possible... I need some help with Character Themes, Background Music, and Lyrical Songs.
I have several demos / ideas made up, so if you want to listen to them, here's the link to the Google Drive folder!

Since these songs have completely different styles from each other, I'm not against hiring more than one composer - if needed--

Anyway, as for songs with no demos... I also want to make some BGM for Downtown YouToplius and TGF's House - just to start things off.

Downtown YouToplius:
I want to go for a futuristic-sounding tone, regarding this song - like Planeptune's Theme from "Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 1", as an example. Just a nice theme to bop your head to with references related to well-known videos / YouTubers ("All the Way" and Nyan Cat, for example).

TGF's House:
I can imagine it being a mix of TGF and Daisy's Themes, respectively. As for the style... I imagine it sounding like "Mario Bros. House" from Super Paper Mario. Just a chill theme while TGF & Daisy relax at home~

Software:
Preferably, to make things easier, FL Studio would be preferred - since that's the program that I use the most, excluding MuseScore.

We have the script ready to go for Episodes 1 - 3, as well as the VAs needed, but it's clear that we need some help from someone who knows more about Storyboarding / Animatics. We're looking for someone who can work well with others / can help Icy through the process, if possible. I'll also be more than happy to go through additional details if the script is not detailed enough for specific scenes.

As for payment, I'm honestly not sure what the standard is, so feel free to name your price! I don't want anyone getting screwed over regarding payment at the end of the day...

Software:
Preferably, to make things easier, Clip Studio Paint EX would be preferred - since that's the program that Icy uses the most.

I'm looking for someone to help us establish what YouToplius looks like as a whole, that way it'll be easier for me, Icy and Co. to get an idea about what we can do from a visual standpoint.

There's several locations that will be mainstays: TGF's House, The Studio, Downtown YouToplius, YouToplius Park, Icy's Apartment, The Rundowns, and Central Avenue.

Here's a basic rundown of what I have in mind, if you're still interested:

TGF's House:
I can imagine his home being a simple Two-Story House with a built-in basement. Nothing fancy, just a simple suburban house on the outside. As for the inside...
On the 1st floor - there's the living room, kitchen, storage closet and garage.
On the second floor - there's TGF's bedroom, Daisy's Bedroom, Bathroom and Game Room.
In the basement, that's where TGF's lab is - just a dim room that's filled with chemicals, past inventions, several monitors connected to a PC, a workbench and the house's plumbing.

Icy's Apartment:
She lives in an apartment building that's being rented out by TGF & Co. Studios.
As for the apartment itself: It's a small, one bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, closet and - you guessed it - bedroom.

The Studio:
Similar to TGF's house, I can imagine the Studio being a Two-Story Office Building with a built-in Basement - but a lot bigger to compensate.
On the 1st floor - there's the Lobby, Staff Meeting Room, Green Room, Recording Booth, Mix Room, Changing Room, Restrooms and The Storage Room.
On The 2nd floor - there's TGF's Office, Break Room, Editors' Room, Artists' Room (Separated into different "Studios" for each respective artist), Composers' Room, Storage Closet, and Balcony.
In the basement - there's the Electrical Room, The Water Room, and TGF's Studio Lab.

Downtown YouToplius:
To be blunt as humanly possible, I just imagine it looking like a futuristic city in almost every way.
A mixture of regular buildings and odd standouts, references / cameos of other creators (and creations) everywhere, walk-in tunnels with moving platforms that'll take you to different sections of YouToplius, a regular subway, highways, and so on.

Central Avenue:
This is where most of TGF & Co.'s go-to places are: The Ice Cream Parlor, The Café, The Copper Sign, The Tool Shop, The Retro Game Shop, etc. It's essentially the Average Layer's Shopping District, to put it simply.

YouToplius Park:
It's just a nice, natural area that's surrounded by the big city.
A picnic area, a hiking trail through a forest and waterfall, a playground, a reserved golf course, and so on.

The Rundowns:
It's hidden deep underground, right underneath the Average Layer: Most people have abandoned it and went home, never setting foot on the island again. However, for those who are resistant and crazy enough to stay, it's a rundown city that's barely lit up by blue flames in lanterns. It's clear that this area is the most crime-ridden area in all of YouToplius - with chalk outlines, broken windows, and stains everywhere.

We have the character designs set in stone, pretty much. Now, we need help making proper Reference Sheets / Turnabouts for each respective character - otherwise, it'll probably end up like Steven Universe where some of the characters have inconsistent heights and proportions throughout the series.

The Main Characters / Protagonists: TGF, Daisy, Ava, Liz, & Icy
The Antagonists: DJ H0tHead & Lucifer
The Secondary Characters: Luke, Raizel, Icarus. & Azrial
