Character Description:

She used to be one of the original archangels that existed before the world was even created, alongside Azrial - making them sisters.

I'm pretty sure you know the basic story for Lucifer, if you've read the stories: She fell from grace, tried to wage war with Heaven, and ended up being banished to Earth before becoming the Queen of Hell. 

However, after that, Azrial followed her down to Earth and fought her for the materials needed to create humanity. Azrial ended up winning said fight, which caused her to become "The Angel of Dark and Light" aka The Grim Reaper. Ever since then, Azrial and Lucifer have been on bitter terms with each other - but grew to tolerate each other over the years, enough to where Lucifer will come to "visit" Azrial every now and then - rather than fight each other while leveling entire islands…

Anyway, since Lucifer's goal is to drag poor unfortunate souls down to Hell, she's essentially the embodiment of Chaos - if left unchecked. She will encourage any mortal to commit any kind of sin, just for the hell of it. She has no limits, boundaries, or morals - aka she'll do everything in her power to make your life a living hell, no pun intended, if you end up on her bad side. Unsurprisingly, she also makes deals with mortals if they call her via a pentagram. She'll give them everything they ever wanted, in exchange for their soul. However, there's a good chance that the deal will turn sour very quickly - since she doesn't take lightly on those who wish for easy riches without earning their keep. So, you're better off not making a deal with the devil.

However, she will treat all hell-born demons with all due respect - mainly because it's not their fault that they were born there.

Now, with that said, how is she connected to this story?

Well, when Azrial revived TGF, she was forced to take his soul in order for the spell to work. Equivalent Exchange, to put it lightly. However, TGF was supposed to die that day - and guess where his soul was supposed to go? That's right, he was supposed to go to Hell! Now, since Azrial unwillingly owns TGF's soul, Lucifer is unable to claim it. So, out of spite and as "payment" for his misdeeds in life so far, she decides to cause absolute chaos for TGF & Co. - whether they like it or not!

Why was TGF supposed to go to Hell? Well... He essentially played God and brought Daisy - a sentient humanoid robot - to life, not to mention the fact that he regularly hangs out with three literal demons. He was kind of screwed from the start.

What I'm Looking For:

I can imagine her with a royal, proper voice when she's around other demons. However, when she's around with only mortals, I imagine her being less formal and more unhinged at points - just completely chaotic and ready to cause Hell for the poor unfortunate souls. If I were to use a reference... A voice like Risky Boot's from Shantae (Seven Sirens, specifically) would suit her, except a bit more higher pitched and more raspy.
