This project is a motion comic of the 8 issue limited series written and illustrated by Sean Murphy.
"The story follows Jack Napier, a reformed Joker, who has been cured of his insanity and now views Batman as the greatest villain of Gotham City and the source of the city's endless crime cycle." (Borrowed from the wikipedia article for the series)
The project is being directed and produced by Patronic27 Productions. The works listed in the "Previous Work" section are his and not mine, though I did work on both projects.
The Joker and Batman have already been cast (reprising their roles from Joker's Last Laugh) but there are many other roles to fill.

Following The Joker's torture and presumed murder of Jason Todd, Harleen left him and was unwittingly replaced by a hostage suffering from Stokholm Syndrome who looked like her. She eventually returns to stand by the newly reformed Joker, now going by Jack Napier.
We are looking for someone who can do the traditional Harley Quinn voice as made popular by Arleen Sorkin, albeit a bit more subdued since she will be maintaining her original identity as Harleen Quinzel throught much of the story.
WARNING: Harleen doesn't appear until Issue #2 of the series. If you are cast in this role, expect to be brought back for subsequent installments of the story.
(Struggling to hold up an injured Jack Napier. Snapping back at a belligerent "New Harley")
"Get it straight, sister. You love Joker. I love Jack. You loved his flaws, I love him despite his flaws. And now that he's cured, he's mine. So BUZZ OFF, cuz I ain't losin' him again.
(Sighing through a description as to why The Joker never realized he replaced her with a different woman.)
"Yo're a narcissist who suffers from dysthymia and a schizoid personality disorder. Likely made worse by a chemical imbalance, which is why the medication is working. You're probably not cured, but with the right support, you could be."
(Jack stares at her perplexed. She continues, slightly more subdued and demure.)
"I'm a psychiatrist, remember?"
(Starts out whimsical and happy but becomes sad and heartbroken.)
"You were easy to fall in love with. The most exciting man I ever met. I didn't feel like a criminal, I just felt free. I don't know if you ever loved me. Wasn't sure if you were even capable of love...I didn't care. But your obsession with Batman kept growing. It felt as if I was sharing you. I struggled to get your attention as you struggled to get Batman's. And that's when I knew that you were in love...it just wasn't with me."
A former bank teller, Drews was taken hostage by The Joker when he started calling her "Harley" thanks to her uncanny resemblance to the original. After The Joker is cured and becomes Jack Napier, she decides the only way to win him back is to draw him out and convince him to stop taking the drugs that are keeping him sane. Taking on the mantle of Neo Joker.
We are looking for something a little more subtle for this "Harley" perhaps a riff on Margot Robbie's version of Harley as her design is clearly inspired by The Suicide Squad film.
WARNING: Marian doesn't appear until Issue #2. If you are cast in this role, expect to return for subsequent installments.
(Jack Napier has just asked her to marry him after being released from Arkham as a sane man. She finds this laughable.)
"Haha, nice try! You might have fooled the courts, but you can't fool me!"
(Jack calls her "Puddin" and she becomes enraged.)
"What did you just call me? ARE YOU FOR REAL?! Whinin' about feelings and marriage...YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?! Enough with the bullshit. Go put on some freakin' makeup and let's ROB somethin'"
(Distressed at the loss of The Joker, Marian decides it's time for a wardrobe change. Which this monologue is intercut with panels of. End this monologue on a confident note.)
"He's a LIAR...taking too many of those pills...damn drug addict..destroying the Joker legacy...and she enabling him...anything for her desperate romance...she's just another prison...holding him back, thinking he won't break loose...but the Joker's more than just a man...he's a riot.
(seductive, trying to tempt Jack into releasing The Joker inside him)
"Let him out. I know he's in there somewhere."
(turns to Harley with a bit of snark.)
"Bizarre isn't it? You and I in love with two different men in the same scrawny body."
(Jack struggles against Killer Croc's claw, gasping that he never loved her.)
No, but THE JOKER DID! Now let him OUT!
Formerly Batman's sidekick, Robin. Dick Grayson grew up and took on the new mantle of Nightwing. An accomplished acrobat and martial artist, Dick is a formidable opponent. He still shares a friendly relationship with Wayne/Batman, even if they don't always see eye to eye.
We are looking for someone who can emulate the vocal tone and snark brought to the character by Sean Maher in the DCAU. Here is an example of his work.

(After saving a construction worker from nearly being hit by the Batmobile during a chase with the Joker)
"Little hard to see those orange cones with the pedal all the way down! Get a tighter leash on him Babs!"
(Fighting with Batman)
"Napier BEAT you! He became the hero that Gotham really needed, and it's eating you up! That Gotham would rather embrace a reformed SUPER-CRIMINAL than YOU!"
(Heavy snark in this line. Responding to a call at Wayne Manor with the new GCPD task force. Bruce is dressed in a frilly bathrobe.)
"You stay put Mr Wayne. The GTO can take it from here."
The son of a former Nazi scientist, Victor Fries is a brilliant scientist in his own right. He and Bruce Wayne are on friendly terms and he is providing care for Alfred Pennyworth who is suffering from a degenerative disease, keeping him alive using Freeze-tech.
We are looking for a pretty standard middle aged man with an american accent. Fries begins the story in his Mister Freeze suit, but is removed from it after testing a serum to reverse the effects of the Freeze-Tech on himself. Also of note, he ages rapidly after being exposed to the serum. So he goes from around 50 to around 80 for the rest of the story. For reference, here is video of Maurice LaMarche's performance from the Arkham series of video games.

"Your help was most invaluable, Mr. Wayne. You've given me a chance to save my beloved wife by harnessing technology pioneered by the Third Reich. I thank you...and your father. Now please leave us alone."
A crotchety middle aged reporter/social commentator for Gotham Insider.
(Argumentative)
"So what?! The Joker is Gotham's greatest villain, a psychopath with a long history of violence, and a knack for manipulating the system...everyone knows that."
(Shocked and Angry)
"How could they release him? He's been a villain for all these years...surely he's guilty of at least HALF the things the GCPD says he is!"

"Tonight we're discussing the Batgate Scandal: stunning footage of Batman's assault on the Joker has gone viral causing many to question the GCPD and the Dark Knight's methods."
"I'm as skeptical as you are Mark. But it all comes down to evidence, and the police have surprisingly little despite their years of claims."
