Batman: White Knight
quinnzeh for Harleen Quinzel (Harley Quinn)
Following The Joker's torture and presumed murder of Jason Todd, Harleen left him and was unwittingly replaced by a hostage suffering from Stokholm Syndrome who looked like her. She eventually returns to stand by the newly reformed Joker, now going by Jack Napier.
We are looking for someone who can do the traditional Harley Quinn voice as made popular by Arleen Sorkin, albeit a bit more subdued since she will be maintaining her original identity as Harleen Quinzel throught much of the story.
WARNING: Harleen doesn't appear until Issue #2 of the series. If you are cast in this role, expect to be brought back for subsequent installments of the story.
(Struggling to hold up an injured Jack Napier. Snapping back at a belligerent "New Harley")
"Get it straight, sister. You love Joker. I love Jack. You loved his flaws, I love him despite his flaws. And now that he's cured, he's mine. So BUZZ OFF, cuz I ain't losin' him again.(Sighing through a description as to why The Joker never realized he replaced her with a different woman.)
"Yo're a narcissist who suffers from dysthymia and a schizoid personality disorder. Likely made worse by a chemical imbalance, which is why the medication is working. You're probably not cured, but with the right support, you could be."
(Jack stares at her perplexed. She continues, slightly more subdued and demure.)
"I'm a psychiatrist, remember?"(Starts out whimsical and happy but becomes sad and heartbroken.)
"You were easy to fall in love with. The most exciting man I ever met. I didn't feel like a criminal, I just felt free. I don't know if you ever loved me. Wasn't sure if you were even capable of love...I didn't care. But your obsession with Batman kept growing. It felt as if I was sharing you. I struggled to get your attention as you struggled to get Batman's. And that's when I knew that you were in love...it just wasn't with me."
Hi! I'm the Director of this Project and I gotta say I'm quite impressed with your Audition as Harley. You do sound quite a bit like Tara Strong as Harleen in Arkham Origins which I really like and was a nice touch. One thing I'll add, if it'd be possible for you to have a louder microphone cause It was a bit hard for me to hear your Audition with out a pear of Earphones. But nonetheless, great job!
