Project Overview
Hello! Thank you for checking this project. I hope everyone is safe and healthy.
Backstage is a partially animated series I made for fun! Since this is my first series, it's simple and short with only 10 episodes (+1 Special Episode).
Backstage Synopsis: Minah, like many others, is a big fan of magical girls. On the day she finally got to meet one of her idols, she was banished! Follow Minah's journey as she tries to get back home and... wait... defeat the magical girls?!
Here's the schedule!:
- Auditions open: April 19, 2020
- Audition closed: May 18, 2020
- Decisions released: May 20, 2020
- Lines sent to all VA's: May 24, 2020
- Episode 1 Deadline: June 7, 2020
- Episode 2 Deadline: June 21, 2020
- Episode 3 Deadline:July 5, 2020
- Episode 4 Deadline: July 19, 2020
- Episode 5 Deadline: August 2, 2020
- Episode 6 Deadline: August 16, 2020
- Episode 7 Deadline: August 30, 2020
- Episode 8 Deadline: September 13, 2020
- Episode 9 Deadline: September 27, 2020
- Episode 10 Deadline: October 11, 2020
- Special Episode Deadline: October 25, 2020
- Revision Deadline (redone lines): October 31, 2020
You would get 2 weeks per episode. Although the last deadline is in October, you'll get all the lines at the same time, so if you want to finish early you can do that. You don't have to stick with me until October!
Requirements:
- Please don't use your laptop mic (phone is okay).
- Have an email or Discord.
- Meet deadlines/communicate when you'll turn something in late.

**Keep reading if you want to play an extra! Open to everyone** Hi everyone! First I would like to say thank you to everyone that auditioned. I didn't expect to receive so many, and you guys did so great that I had a hard time choosing. I will contact everyone and send your scripts by May 24th.
