Air Crash Investigation - Qantas One
Project Overview
Qantas One landed at Bangkok International Airport on the 23rd of September, 1999. With heavy rain causing an unstable approach and a very wet runway. The aircraft aquaplaned along the runway causing the brakes to be significantly less effective. The result was a runway overrun and significant damage to the aircraft. Noone was injured or killed in the accident, however.
