Sea Mauville's Obituary [Pokémon Mini Movie]
Project Overview
Hello, my name is Jaydreamer, and I'm a small-time Poketuber focused on bring my pseudo-fanfictions to life! I have decided that in 2023, I would like to release a second Pokemon-related mini movie, following the success of my first one "Project Pandora". I am calling this new project "Sea Mauville's Obituary"!
Sea Mauville's Obituary (or SMO) follows what happened on Hoenn's Sea Mauville, a manmade platform on Route 108 owned by a company known as Greater Mauville Holdings. But after the company unearths a strange energy known as Infinity Energy, the actions of their employees become more and more drastic. Will they do whatever it takes to succeed? Or will they fade into the shadows...?
Guidelines:
- A brief understanding of Pokemon (especially Generation 6) is suggested, but not required.
- Good microphone quality is a must; no pops, whistles, or background noise.
- All auditioned MUST HAVE a Discord account, as that will be the primary form of communication.

Faraday Stern is a down-to-earth individual who believes there is always a reasonable explanation for everything. He's hardworking, smart, and diligent, but is easily flustered by compliments or affection. He can also become a bit of a worrywart when things don't go as planned, and is bad at standing up for himself.

(slightly disgusted, but trying to be polite) Raizoh, have you ever heard of something called a 'shower'...? You reek of oil.
(embarrassed) I-It's just…I'd like to be able to hang out again like we used to do back in the day. We barely see each other, even when we work in the same place. We should…go out for coffee or something, and c-catch up, y'know?
Dock Treyhed is fun-loving and witty, always knowing how to lighten the mood when things are down or dull. Despite acting cocky, he is a genuinely nice person to those he's close to, always being a shoulder to lean on. However, when faced with a challenge, he becomes stubborn, not wanting to give up until the task is finished.

(jokingly) I dunno, but I bet Salty will want us to scrub the deck extra hard tonight. *chuckles*
(concerned) Hey Stern...you feeling a’ight? You're being a little more quiet than usual.
(hesitant) Look. Y’all want this to be over as quickly as I do. And as I see it…listening to Julius is the only way to do that. Once we finish what we’re doing here, we don’t have to think or talk about this ever again. It’ll be in the past. Faraday…I really just need you to trust me.
Raizoh Cozmo is a laidback and somewhat airheaded man who loves getting his hands dirty. He holds his family traditions close to his heart, and will not hesitate to talk extensively about them when asked. He also has a strong sense of justice, and will seek revenge upon those who betray his trust.

(explaining) See this? This is a Tidal Bell. It’s been passed down in my family for generations, and I always carry it on my person. It’s said to bring good luck to those who wear it!
(deadpan) I really hope you’re kidding. My life is miserable now, thanks to you two.
Julius Wattson is the CEO of Greater Mauville Holdings, and the man who oversees the progess of Sea Mauville, watching over his son, Erico. He is business-orientated first and foremost, and is strict, cold, and sometimes even ruthless. He will stop at nothing to ensure that he comes out on top.

Erico Wattson is the goofy, jovial, and eccentric man who claims the title of Project Lead for Sea Mauville. He's always laughing and always has a smile upon his face. He tries to smile even in the face of adversity, but can find himself intimidated by his father looming over his shoulder at every twist and turn...

(hesitant) Alright, is everyone listening? My father, uhm, our CEO - Mr Julius Wattson, has informed me that the results we have shown so far with the Sea Mauville project have been…unsatisfactory.
(casually) Now for our weekly news…we have decided on a winner for our slogan competition! Charles Salty, the leader of our storage unit! The winning slogan was “Don't dirty the seas with pollution and dumping! Dirty your uniform with sweat and hard work!”
Charles Salty is Faraday and Dock's old boss, who is kind and welcoming to all, but can get irate when people ignore what he's saying or don't complete a task on time. He's overall relaxed and pleasant in the end, and tries to calm his temper when he realises he might be going overboard.

Takao Cozmo is Raizoh's son, who is innocent and kind-hearted, consistently writing his father letters throughout his stay at Sea Mauville. He has a fascination for outer space, and is almost an astronomy encyclopedia, his interest only being fuelled by his father buying his a telescope, or taking him to see star shows.
