Ace Attorney Fan Game: Need Major Roles!
Project Overview
Ace Attorney: Truth and Consequences is a fan game currently in development by Sarcastic Pasta Games, although I (Lily) am the writer and director of the project. I am looking for some small voice clips that likely will be used multiple times.. Also in both voices' case, I would be looking for someone who could potentially record more at a later time. I don't plan to have a ton of voice clips, but these are the ones I need so far. The end of the game has a trial everyone participates in, so I wanted to make sure everyone has a voice. A few characters have been cast, but we're in dire need of female VAs for some of the leads!
Robin Newman and Kristoph Gavin are the voices we need the most! They're the ones that absolutely need other phrases that don't exist in canon.
Also, I might stick to the original voiced lines for some of these, but I want to know what's out there and I'd love to cast as many people as possible. I'd love to have it be voiced entirely by fans!

It's been a few weeks since the events of Spirit of Justice and the Wright Anything Agency is ready for, well, anything! Phoenix Wright and Athena Cykes take on some new cases while Maya Fey prepares for the moment she will finally be christened Master of Kurain. As for Apollo Justice, he'll be back soon with the Khura'inese delegation Maya has invited for the christening ceremony, and there's a chance he might stick around just long enough to take on his own case as well.
But things aren't all good at the moment. One of the most notorious serial killers, known for targeting well known prosecutors, has set their sights on Miles Edgeworth, and it's up to the Wright Anything Agency and a few familiar faces from the past to uncover the truth and hopefully catch the killer before they strike close to home.

Fresh out of Themis Legal Academy, Robin Newman is prosecuting the 5th case of the game so I need some voice clips! Think gruff but still feminine and quite passionate about her work. She often jumps from very loud to the softer, cuter side often without warning. I'd love to do a take of all her major lines in both to be able to choose one! Definitely the voice I need the most!

Because the original VA sounds 30 and I'd rather find someone who sounds like a real 15-year-old.

This is an open call for any and all potential Maya Feys out there. I don't really have a specific voice in mind for her and, if you're auditioning, you probably know her personality fairly well. I will say, however, that this Maya is 29 years old, so she needs to sound like someone around that age. This is a role with some heavy emotions, so I'm looking for a versatile actress who can do a wide range.

I've been considering recasting Phoenix! Basically the voice in the original clips, plus I like the idea of doing the occasional voiced line in the game. This Phoenix is 36 years old. He's written more similarly to himself in the trilogy but obviously quite a bit older and more mature. Be creative! I want to know your headcanons for how he'd sound! You can say more lines if you want, I just threw in a snarky one because that's something you'd hear a lot from him. But there'll be some more emotional lines too. In fact, his role is probably the most emotionally complex, so I'm looking for someone with a wide range if possible.

My job is about more than saving people who have been falsely accused. It's about seeing my client, not as an ideal, but as a real person.

He's got Chords of Steel so consider that in your audition. I really like the AJAA voice clips but I love the idea of casting fans so use your imagination and do the Apollo voice that feels right to you. I will say this role has a very wide emotional range, so a versatile actor is definitely a must!

Full disclosure: Wendee Lee's voice is iconic, so if you can sound like her, that'd be amazing. But I'd be remiss if I didn't open the role to find out who's out there and whether it can be done. And if there is someone who sounds even better, I'd love to cast them! This is Athena Cykes: psychologist and attorney at law!

I mean... it's Miles Edgeworth. He's pretty much the same as ever. I don't have a specific voice in mind for him, so feel free to improvise and even add some more lines if you're so inclined.

I'm afraid I can't allow this trial to continue. As Chief Prosecutor, I am permitted to take over should I deem it necessary. And indeed I do deem it necessary.

A 19-year-old Pearl Fey whose arc is not going to be following canon, so she is very much a young adult and acts like one, albeit also like the Pearl Fey you've come to know. I'm looking for an actress with a wide range who can sound like... pretty much an older Pearl. So she doesn't need to sound like a child.

It's Trucy Wright. I mean, if you're interested in this project, I think you know who she is. Also the first line in the audition is a joke on her part. She's not quite that crazy!

It's Kay Faraday, the next Yatagarasu! She's a major character toward the end of the game. Bear in mind she's 27 as of this game's timeline, so she's not a teenager anymore and thus is more mature (though still very much the Kay Faraday we know and love).

It's the Twisted Samurai himself. He's a tiny bit nicer than he was in canon... but he's still very much himself here.
