A Chat with Death (a really long comic)
Project Overview
This comic will feature your voice for a really, really long time. A girl wanders near a fountain to find that someone is sitting on the edge. Through a lengthy chat, the girl realizes that the afterlife isn't all it's set out to be, but instead even more. If you enjoy philosophical topics, sarcasm, mystery and the color black, this role could be for you! I do have few requirements. 1. Please have either a Discord or an email, preferably a Discord. 2. Minor swearing. 3. If you'd like to pass the due date, just let me know and you'll be fine.

A few minor changes!
Hello auditionees! Just popping in to say that there have been a few changes to Death's character description for some more specific vocal qualities. If you wish to re audition, do so on CCC. I will not count your previous audition as an official one if you chose to redo it. Have fun and waddle on!

Death is like a chill goth kid. Think, a skeleton in a long robe of black cotton dotted with earth and torn with age. He makes multiple character breaks, and is actually kind of funny. He is mysterious, so try a really deep british voice for him. Only set in stone thing here is that his voice should be deep. Add in some whisper effects too, but don't go ham with it lmao. Make sure you have good mic quality! Doesn't even have to be a genuine microphone. I don't use a real mic, I just use a Beats microphone attachment and some recording apps. Best of luck!
Once the soul passes into the realm of spirituality, an envisionment will appear. This envisionment is what people assume to be the true "afterlife" even though they are already in one nonetheless.
See, there is a difference between wanting death, hating death, or feeling content with death. Those who want death are those who have no happiness, or at least in the smallest degree. They need more. Those who hate death are those who wish to continue, or those who are aware of their lack of living quality that they are working to raise. Of course, those who are content have lived just enough. There is no "too much". Only "too little" and "just right".
You do not have to take these to heart if you do not wish, Ella. This is a philosophy for people like you. only few of your kin can comprehend it. Not like there are people who are "the different ones", they are just science people. Like math and english people, but different. Different enough to stick out like a scythe from a hand of bone and darkness.
